Waited nearly an hour for 2 kebabs. The staff seemed confused and each order was taking ages to make. Then the guy cutting buns let his knife fall into the garbage and he pulled it out and resumed cutting buns with it. I had to tell him to wash his knife otherwise he would have kept going. I was so hungry I did end up eating the kebabs and they were actually quite good, but the frankly terrible standards make me wonder how this place is so highly rated
