Le Touring

We spent one night at this hotel and it was terrible. Anything positive that I might have had to say is completely negated by the fact that the air conditioning didn't work and the nightclub on the 1st floor kept us awake into the early hours. Not only that but Nicolas, the manager, LIED to us. He promised to organise a partial refund but has not done so and ignored 3 emails.||DO NOT STAY here. Yes, it's central and it might seem like a good option BUT you will not be able to sleep because of the horrendous noise and if it's hot, you will have no chance of sleeping because their aircon doesn't work.||Shameful that they are barefaced liars.

Great hotel and customer experience. I had left something at a store next to the hotel and the staff were amazing. they popped over to the store and held it for me until i was able to pick it up. Amazing customer service. Thank you agian to the team.

We have stayed here on at least 2 occasions before the fire and the subsequent renovation, so I cannot comment upon the present-day facilities. The rooms were basic and more than adequate but the restaurant on the ground floor, always busy, was one of the best that we have visited anywhere in the World! The fruit de mer offering was outstanding and made a trip to this hotel worthwhile just for the food. The location is excellent too: close to the market, rail station, bus station and the boat terminal where you can sail across the bay to St. Tropez.

From the moment we arrived, we were extremely impressed by the hospitality of the receptionist. She was truly amazing! She made our check-in process so simple and even accompanied us to our room. The room was extraordinary. We stayed in a Deluxe sea view room, and it certainly had a "wow" effect fro us. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and I really appreciated the extra amenities such as notebooks, welcome books, and magazines. For dinner, we tried their main restaurant, which was also perfect. Overall, we had an excellent short stay! Congratulations to the entire team!

Beautiful Hotel, just like the pictures on the website, perfect location, great staff, but be warned if you want to get a good night sleep this isnt the hotel for you. They have a first floor outdoor terrace bar which is very VERY loud until 1am through the summer. We left halfway through our stay due to this and were given a refund on our breakfasts. Would not stay here again despite the good nature of the hotel staff. Management no where to be seen.

Bravo for being an eco-responsible, but luxurious hotel. From the first greeting to our last breakfast, the entire staff is welcoming and super accommodating. Very well appointed room (Fitzgerald) with an amazing view over the harbor and bay. Spa experience was relaxing, and spa personnel very attentive to our needs.

Ok, great hotel. Great rooms and great location but here’s here’s in very big reason for the mediocre review. I stayed in the rosemary suite. When I played down there was this high pitched beeping noise coming through the wall (see video). It was horrible! I couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk asking them and he said it’s from the machinery room and no other solution. I had to stuff toilet paper in my ears and put a pillow over my head to fall asleep. I talked to the front desk and they said. Yeah we know, but we don’t know how to stop it. I wanted to love this place but this is crazy.

We've been sitting in the outside area of the restaurant for a meeting with our wedding planner. The service was very professional and friendly and we had a good time. Located directly next to the port of Saint Raphael so you have a nice ambience.
