My friend and I had dinner at Le Tre Bocche on our first night in Catania. The quality of the seafood was excellent. We ordered the raw red prawns, the Tre Bocche antipasti mix and the mussels & squid in tomato sauce. This way, we could try all different types of seafood and the local specialty like stuffed sardines. Everything was delicious and the price is reasonable. The ambiance was not that great because of a large tourist group that was very loud and noisy. The service was ok, only one waiter spoke English but at least he was friendly.

I was chatting with a woman at a clothing store, she recommended this restaurant, so I went. Everything is good except the portion is so big, I had to cancel the rest of my orders after the appetizers. They were very nice about it. I have to go back to try their other main and pasta dishes.

Expensive but hell worth every euro. Everything is fresh, delicate and insanely tasty. I swear this is a paradise for those who love fish. Antipasti are the best. You can feel that all the dishes are made with passion, love and fantasy.

Good fish restaurant, in town (not on the sea). We particularly appreciated the antipasto le tre bocche (many small-medium sized dishes), while the fritto misto was not so special (although still good taste). We finished with a fresh lemon cake (the offering of desserts looks quite standard) Total bill 49 (two people, no wine).

OM GOODness! The food is FANTASTIC! The restaurant owns 3/4 of the fish market, so all of the seafood is super fresh! We had and cooked fish (so many different kinds) as appetizers. There was no end to what they brought to the table! We chose zucchini and shrimp risotto and shrimp paccheri (a shape of pasta) as the main dish. Then, we had a full platter of desserts to share; one better than the other! You will feel in heaven! We had rosè, espresso, bottled sparkling water, and grappa. After all that I was sure the bill would come to $200/person, but it was just $80 with tip! Only in Sìcily!!!!

Very nice place and nice people. Really excellent shrimp. And highly recommend. But book it few days before, if not, there is no place inside.

Good fish restaurant, perfect for having a business dinner or celebrate special occasions with your favourite one. Fresh fish and good wine. The reservation is recommended.
