Super easy to rent and return. Loved the routes they suggest through the vineyards and farm lands. Bikes were easy to use and came with everything you need to cruise the roads and countryside. Would highly recommend.

The booking and collection/ return process is designed to be super easy. That said when we arrived the door was open as someone was cleaning so we did not enter the code. We didn’t realise this meant we could not unlock the bikes as we thought you enter the code at the door and at the bikes. It wasn’t a big deal but the guy there was unnecessarily rude. He did realise we had been allocated a broken bike so corrected that but then as he was leaving basically shouted about the return process and if any damage we will get charged for it all. Kind of ironic given they initially allocated us a damaged bike. The bikes themself are pretty functional / basic electric bikes that do the job needed to get to little towns near Colmar. Make sure you understand how the lock works. It took us a bit to figure that out but once we did pretty straightforward.

So easy to rent bikes! The downloadable maps were a perfect addition to our adventure. We biked the Eguishiem circuit. Wonderful views of the country side including wildlife. Easy to manaythe rental process. Helmets, safety vests, bike locks and baskets.

Highly recommend! Very professional team, everything went smooth. Bikes are new and very good, and the whole process is very clear and easy to follow. Thank you and I can’t wait for the next time!

Rented 2 bikes for 9h, Sunday 06.04. All ok, code received 5 minutes before booking hours, both bikes unlocked from the 1st try. Sent them pictures with bikes conditions before leave the site, then had one amazing day - Colmar-Riquewihr-Eguisheim: a total of 43km, not easy for us (less than beginners, both over 40's). Bikes were super ok, batery after 43km was about 45%. Wind killed us on the Riquewihr hills :) Photos sent again when returned the bikes. Amazing day, totally reccomended!!! Great bikes, great idea. Make sure you don't enter behind someone else as your unique code unlocks your bikes! And learn how to make the most of electric assistance before going up a hill! We hired for 6 hours on a very warm day and made it round multiple villages. Very simple and effective from start to finish. We bought the assistance but didn't need it!

We really enjoyed this service to be able to bike around the countryside, it ended up being our favorite activity in France! The technology to be able to pick up the bikes quickly and easily without assistance worked great. We did have a miscommunication at the start of the booking, but the customer service was very helpful once we explained our situation and got us a refund right away. (Just a note for foreigners to not book too last-minute during the customary lunch period, the codes to the doors and bikes may not generate immediately and you will have to wait, but that was our mistake.)

No physical person to man the shop or help out. We had hired 2 bikes. The battery of one worked but not the gear. The battery of the other bike didn't work though the gear did. We were able to message some help service but the instructions didn't help. Fortunately most of the areas we cycled to on the day of the hire were flat.
