Le Wallace Hôtel & Bar

A comfortable and clean hotel, located in a convenient, quiet residential neighborhood. Many brilliant brasseries and restaurants nearby. Amazing, polite, friendly, respectful and very welcoming staff. Accommodated our leaving early hours and late returns without any fuss. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast, which included two buffet tables, with cheeses, meats, fruits and juices, as well as breads, granola and yogurt, and pastries was another feature to enjoy. Hard-boiled eggs were also available as was coffee, espresso and a variety of teas. Definitely a good place to stay.

Hotel was splendid. Truly a hidden gem! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Getting to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the top floor was truly an unmatched experience. The room was tastefully decorated and cozy. The hotel bar was lovely as well. Tucked away in a quiet and safe area, minutes away from several metros and boulangeries, 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower- a perfect base to explore. Well located for accessing Versailles as well. Would stay here again without hesitation. Merci!

Had the most amazing time at Wallace Hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the family room, which comes with two adjoining rooms with two separate bathrooms, was incredibly spacious for European standards. The hotel was clean, modern, and had all the basics one needs. The location is amazing and just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, and the train station. Highly recommend it, especially if using Hyatt points to book, which ended up getting us a great valuation. Thank you, Wallace Hotel!

You stay here for the location which is great. The rooms themselves, whilst stylish, were not as clean as one would hope. Unfortunately the water provided in a dirty bottle and the bathroom did have areas of mould!

Warning. Do not book this place! After a disappointing 2 night stay at this hotel last week we are still trying to recover the €100 deposit that was taken from our account on arrival, no other hotel in my decades of travelling has charged upfront for incidentals, they have no in room mini bars and no room service so I’m unsure what such a deposit is for exactly? Worst of all, we are now experiencing gaslighting from the front desk team who are repeatedly telling us they didn’t taking the money! Even after sending proof of a bank statement. This was not a ‘holding’ deposit, it was 100% a transaction, confirmed by our bank who now need the hotel to approve the refund, yet the hotel are still denying it. A completely frustrating & unnecessary process which has tainted our Paris experience. The hotel itself is NOT worth a stay, do yourself a favour and book elsewhere! The neighbourhoods only redeeming benefit is its close proximity to the Eiffel Tower. The bar is awful, the barmaid couldn’t even pour a pint of beer let alone make a cocktail. Our bath plug got jammed after the first use. Heating didn’t work properly. And now this hidden charge. 0 stars

Great little boutique hotel. The best part of the hotel is the phenomenal breakfast. Everything is of the highest quality (I'd lived in France for years and have never had a better croissant). One morning when they didn't have the croissant I wanted, they went out and bought me one! I was really impressed. The rooms are cosy, many have interior-facing windows, which I didn't love. They have a little gym, which was nice. I went to their bar twice, the first time the drink was delicious (the basil cocktail). I went and had the same drink later, made by a different bartender, and it was pretty gross (I didn't send it back because I saw other patrons sending their drinks back and I felt bad for the bartender). The single rooms are pretty small, as are the cheapest doubles, though this is normal for a hotel in Paris. The toiletries are really lovely, and the in-room coffee and teas were of very high quality. Helpful people at the front desk-- I was really impressed that the woman there knew who I was, and the dates for my future stay. They have a lovely cake and cucumber water when you check in --a really nice touch. Hotel is clean, and in a great location--the neighborhood feels authentic and welcoming, despite being so close to the Eiffel Tower. Overall I think the price is wonderful for such a sweet hotel. It's not perfect, but it is still a gem, and I am looking forward to my next stay.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Paris! Great location, very close to the Eiffel Tower and had easy access to several subway stations nearby. The staff was very warm, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are on the small side but comfortable and clean. Very happy with our 5 night visit and would stay there again if we ever go back to visit Paris.

Found this hidden gem from Hyatt hotels choices and picked by Mr and Mrs Smith. Erika and Allison are very accommodating with the whole weekend stay. Great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as metro and buses. Rooms are typical Parisian, decent size but good enough.
