Very good hotel! Nice service, turbo cleaning, like a ninja. Polite and nice personal! Only 15 min walk to Efel tower.Croissants for breakfast were luxurious :) We will come back for sure!

This hotel is amazing!!!! Definitely coming back again in the summer!! The rooms are beautiful and spotless clean, gorgeous. The location is very central in Paris, it was so easy to get around but also was peaceful and not to loud (perfect for a couples get away). The bar was also amazing, the cocktails specifically! The staff was lovely, especially a young woman named Jade, she went the extra mile to make our stay better! I will definitely coming back!

What truly stood out to me about this place is the setting. The terrace on the third floor is absolutely stunning — the view of the Eiffel Tower creates such a special atmosphere, especially in the evening when it lights up. It’s the kind of view that instantly makes the moment feel unforgettable. I stayed in the suite effel and even though it was small the view is breathtaking. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, the layout makes it feel both elegant and comfortable at the same time. And a special mention to Jade — she was amazing. Warm, and incredibly professional, she made sure everything went smoothly and made us feel truly welcome. Her positive energy added so much to the overall experience.

Stayed in this hotel for a long weekend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Staff when above and beyond for us as my partner proposed to me on our trip and we came back to rose petals and a bottle of Prosecco with beautiful note.Location is perfect for walking to attractions or a short trip to the metro or a few minutes uber. With amenities such as convenience stores and bakery’s within a few ft.Rooms are very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you all so much for making our trip so special!

My daughter stayed at Hotel Wallace earlier in the year, and she insisted that I stay there when I was in Paris this time. After staying there, now I know why. From the moment I walked in the door after a long flight, the front desk stay was so friendly and welcoming. They were able to give me recommendations and arranged for a taxi for me as well. My room was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast exceeded expectations! So many choices of fruits, cheeses, really good bread choices as well as warm options and coffees. The staff working at breakfast were very attentive as well. It is in a location that is easily walkable to many Metro stations and so east to get around. I look forward to staying there again is a couple of weeks.

I had such a great experience at the cocktail bar. Everything they serve is absolutely delicious you can really tell that care and quality go into every drink. I personally recommend the Negroni à la Française; it’s incredibly tasty and perfectly balanced. Definitely a must-try. The staff were super friendly, , and always willing to help with any of our requests especially jade the event coordinator that was very attentive to our needs. Their positive attitude really added to the overall experience. The terrace on the third floor is a huge highlight. It offers a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, which makes the atmosphere even more special, especially in the evening. On top of that, they have stunning spaces to host events, making it a perfect venue for celebrations or gatherings. I recommend it 100% and would gladly go back again.

We ended up at this cocktail bar almost by chance, and it turned out to be one of the best parts of our evening. The drinks were genuinely impressive not just good, but memorable. You can tell they take their time with each one; everything feels carefully crafted and thoughtfully balanced. The service really stood out as well. The whole team was kind, relaxed, and attentive without being over the top. And a special mention to Jade she was absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, she made our experience even more enjoyable.

Luciana has been very friendly and helpful. When I requested for a chili sauce, she could have say no, instead she served it. The table was cleaned very fast soon after the guest leave. Quite nice and cozy breakfast, small room but a lot of choices!

4 stars for a nice boutique hotel walking distance to the Eiffel Tower! We stayed during our layover and it was conveniently located. The hotel itself is rather small, I think there's only 9 rooms or so. The room was a typical Paris size, a little smaller than normal but the bathroom was quite larger than others. The shower was a good size and has a separate space for the toilet and sink. I love the look of the lobby, very modern cute terrazzo flooring and flutted marble on the reception desk. They gave us our room a little earlier than check-in which was nice since we came off a red eye. They were good about giving us filtered water and extra coffee pods. Pro tip: visit the bakery nearby in the AM, so many good options (go with the banana chocolate crosssiant) at a great price!

Rooms were very clean had heating and air-conditioning very nice amenities and breakfast was amazing. I wish it was near a busier area better than that it's a hotel I'd go back to. But I wish they knew and use the Hyatt program more.

This is not a good hotel to deal with. Bad customer service. Misleading photos and policies. I would not stay at their properties. They are not hyatts and not of the same quality. I booked a room with a queen sized bed at hotel Wallace in Paris. When I arrived I was given a single twin and told that if I wanted a queen I would have to pay more money. I couldn't sleep in a twin with my friend and so I asked to cancel the room. They wouldn't do this for me. I canceled on the website and was charged $500. Additionally the rooms are dark, humid and are falling apart. It's also in a rundown area of the city. Do not stay here.
