Leadership Long Beach

Having graduated from Leadership Long Beach (LLB) in 2000 and served on the board from 2001 to 2003, I valued the positive impact of LLB have had on Long Beach and Cambodian communities very hightly. LLB had created a safe and hopeful space for individual to grow better and stronger, to express oneself independently and yet compatible and integral to the group, the team, and the community one chose to be part of, to improve and to have meaningful impact. I recommend people who want to help themself and others in a community sign up and get invited to a test interview to be admitted to the 10 months long program. Expanding this program to it's sisters cities around the world is my wish for better understanding, cooperation, improve human relations and everything else that come with it, i.e. improved social, economic, and communities tie.
