Our stay at Lebua in Bangkok was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and a special thank you goes to Ni, who surprised us with a thoughtful upgrade. The room we received was fabulous—spacious, elegant, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view of Bangkok’s skyline, which looked spectacular both in the day and even more magical at night. The combination of warm hospitality, luxurious rooms, and stunning views makes Lebua a must-stay destination in Bangkok. Highly recommended.

It’s a great hotel and is charming. Service and all the people deserves a 10. ||Breakfast is amazing with tons of variety and high quality. ||Also the amenities are fine and the view is quite impressive. Internet runs well. ||The only aspect I could recommend is that some installment and equipment in the room are old fashioned and should be restored.

Nice location to discover Bangkok. The hotel has seen its best years. The mall which is attached to the hotel is totally empty, which is scary and not very welcoming. The gym is very small and worn down, no changing rooms and showers available. The pool is very small with no space for real swimming. Toilets and changing rooms at the pool were under construction. Rooms were spacious, but windows did not really protect from the noise of the air condition on the balconies and from the traffic. View from the bar is incredible, drinks are outrageously expensive. Overall an average experience.

They happen to have an overbooking and tried to downgrade us. I was there on my engagement trip and they were so rude and unhelpful… We payed extra for a view and they said well we don’t have that room in your standard we can’t give you view cause it’s in higher floors you have to pay extra for… I wasn’t asking for higher floors but the room i actually booked. Very inelegant entrance to the hotel through some Middle Eastern clothing shopping center that just confuses me but okay. Food 😬 it’s actually my second time staying with them and quality went down to the point I was scared of a food poisoning. Looks okay and fancy but taste reveals a certain surprise.. sweet bakery was good tho! Bread old and hard as a rock (I stayed 5 days so it wasn’t just one unfortunate breakfast guys) I feel like I wasted my money. Often felt like a 2 star hotel cosplaying a luxury hotel lol. Definitely will not be coming back. And if you want quality and peace of mind I would look elsewhere too :/

Been to this hotel several times, this time is really remarkable. The reception lady is so nice and gorgeous. She kindly put off the checkout time for me due to my late flight. So considerate and helpful. The view is so breathtaking and widely known in Bangkok. Strongly suggest you to stay here in Bangkok.

The suite was incredibly spacious with breathtaking views over Bangkok, and the service was second to none – attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The rooftop bar experience was unforgettable, and breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Every detail made us feel truly pampered. Highly recommend!”

Me and my husband really disappointed in this hotel as we have high expectation for 5 star hotel. We chose this place as an expectation to relax from work but it’s the opposite which brings us more stress. The rooms are kind of outdated. Some of the people who work here are nice but not all of them as they dont respect everyone who stay here. The location always confuses grab or taxi drivers on where to go and it’s not an ideal location to our destinations. The only thing nice about this place were some of the workers who were kind to us but that was it. I would not want to come back here again as for a 5 star experience it was not worth it.
