The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location, the complimentary upgrade to a spacious corner suite, the excellent buffet breakfast and the gorgeous flowers everywhere all made or stay absolutely fabulous. Most of all though, the staff were lovely. Courteous, friendly, with everyone remembering our names and predicting our needs before we had realised them ourselves! Not to mention the reassurance and help given within minutes of us emailing the concierge asking for help with retrieval and postage of a forgotten ipad after we had checked out. Altthe hough there were countless friendly faces, the one person that we all are particularly impressed with, and fond of, was Ham Taksino, the guest rand elations officer who met us when we checked in. It is a rare treat in life to be greeted warmly by a young, enthusiastic, efficient and capable young person. Ham clearly is already an expert in her field, and her dedication and passion for, and her ability in her profession was evident. The most lovely start to a holiday and a real asset to the hotel. I wish her, and all of the staff the very best, with gratitude.

Overall, I had a great experience at Lebua at State Tower. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the venue itself is impressive. However, some areas could benefit from improvement. The corridors leading to the hotel rooms look a bit dark and dated modern lighting and a refresh of the décor would really enhance the ambiance. The room size is excellent, but the living area would also benefit from some modern updates in terms of design and furnishings. The amenities provided were excellent, and the breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. However, the breakfast stations were spread across two separate areas, which made it slightly inconvenient. It would be better to have all food stations located in one area for a smoother experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, with a few modern updates, it could be truly exceptional.

Well, no comments at all! The hotel is perfect! Wonderful! And the view is spectacular! The room is comfortable and spacious, clean, and complete! A lovely experience in Bangkok! Special mentions to ARNOLD and ATHIPHAN SUKSALEE (James), who helped a lot and were very nice, friendly, and kind! After all, a very enjoyable experience in Bangkok! I strongly recommend LEBUA!

Lebua is our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Bangkok, and, as usual, it didn’t disappoint! The hotel is a destination in itself, and, from the moment that we were checked in by the lovely guest relations officer, Ham, we felt right at home. We never tire of the fantastic Tower Club rooms, and their fabulous birds-eye views of the city. As usual, the breakfast, the Tower Club lounge, the service, and attention to detail were exemplary. Thank you so much to Rajan and his staff - we’re looking forward to our next visit to Lebua already…

We were incredibly positively surprised by our stay at lebua. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Every single team member we encountered whether in the lounge, at the entrance, the concierge, or the housekeeping team was consistently helpful, genuinely friendly, and eager to ensure we had a wonderful time. Their honest interest in guest satisfaction is rare and truly appreciated. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite which was absolutely fantastic. It was very well-equipped and offered an incredible amount of space, featuring three separate balconies with amazing views. A major highlight was how well-insulated the room was; despite being in the middle of Bangkok, it was perfectly quiet and peaceful.Furthermore, I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. There are so many small, thoughtful touches here that have unfortunately disappeared from many other luxury hotels. It is clear that lebua places a high value on maintaining excellent standards and sophisticated hospitality.I can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and will definitely be returning. I am absolutely delighted with the experience and want to say a big thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic time.

On our mother and daughter trip through Thailand, Bangkok was our first destination. I had doubts about booking this hotel because of comments that the facilities are old, which is totally false. The facilities are elegant, super clean, and beautiful. We booked the airport pickup service through the hotel, and it was the best decision. They met us at the airport, took our luggage to the car, and in the car we had towels for cleaning our faces and hands, water, soda, and snacks waiting for us. At the hotel, we were greeted with tea, and while seated in the lobby, we were checked in and welcomed with hibiscus tea. Our room was on the 58th floor, super spacious, clean and with a spectacular view We rested and what a pleasant surprise in the morning, the breakfast buffet included with the room, we had an incredible variety, from hams and cheeses, to sushi. We enjoyed the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurants and also the Pinky Wine Bar. Would I go back? I'm counting down the days until I can go with my husband. 🤗 I must highlight the quality of service and the friendliness of all the hotel staff.

Amazing experience. Truly makes you feel luxurious and well taken care of. We had an issue with our AC and when it couldn't be fixed they upgraded us immediately and gave us a cake for our honeymoon. Also, easily the best breakfast I've had.

The best experience we ever had. Staying in Thailand? Choose Lebua state tower. Especially 1st timers!! I would highly recommend a corner unit 2 bedroom. I promise it is worth it! We had the river and city view and it was amazing. Staff was amazing. Even had a washer and dryer in the suite.
