lebua at State Tower

I stayed here with 3 guests in the 2-bedroom suite, which boasted exceptional view of Bangkok. We had a great experience with every staff here - Ham helped us with check in and was extremely pleasant and professional. The room service staff was speedy and nice. My guests had a great time. Highly recommended.

Lebua is a classy hotel with extremely welcoming staff. The rooms are large and spacious, the breakfast is good, and the staff are extremely welcoming. Special thank you to Chief Concierge Nissara, who was so helpful in calling motorbike taxis and getting me off to Hua Hin smoothly! She runs a tight ship. Everything is extremely clean and wonderfully designed.||My three minor pieces of feedback are: 1) More thai food at breakfast; 2) I understand why the prices are high at the top bar because it is such an amazing view for people to come and visit, but maybe there could be a discount for people staying in the hotel so we could have a relaxed drink in the evening. 3) Maybe a bit more relaxed with the timings in the lounge, five minutes here or there... ||Thank you for a wonderful stay in Thailand!

Nice location to discover Bangkok. The hotel has seen its best years. The mall which is attached to the hotel is totally empty, which is scary and not very welcoming. The gym is very small and worn down, no changing rooms and showers available. The pool is very small with no space for real swimming. Toilets and changing rooms at the pool were under construction. Rooms were spacious, but windows did not really protect from the noise of the air condition on the balconies and from the traffic. View from the bar is incredible, drinks are outrageously expensive. Overall an average experience.

Save your money and stay away from this hotel. I have high expectations for this hotel being a luxury 5 star hotel. We booked 2 nights with 3 different rooms for our family of 6. With two rooms being Tower club suite River view with lounge and one room being Tower club suite city view with lounge. No way do they care to accommodate to have us on the same floor. The hotel doesn’t even look like they’re booked. The rooms are outdated and old. Carpet in the hallways looks old and dirty. The view from the room was beautiful. The sky bar, if you’re going and it happens to rain, you can’t even step out there. The staff I feel like they are watching you like a hark! Especially at the sky bar. We were asked by 5 different staff at the 64 floor if we stay there. They didn’t ask any other people walked in there but 5 different staff asked us. It’s not like they have any promotion if we stay there so why ask and nothing else not even like “welcome”. We just find that annoying so decided not to get any drinks from there! And just went down to snack on the 52nd floor. Staff there in 52nd are super nice and more welcoming. On a note they don’t serve BEER on the bar. Only mix drinks or wine. ||*We regret stay here at the Labua compare to our other hotel “staybridge” a 3 star that we pay half less the price. Room at the staybridge was more up to date and the hotel is more clean. Enjoyable stay on the 51st floor in a club room. Very spacious and very comfy. The mini bar included complimentary soft drinks only. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Lots of restaurants, bar options (famous from the Hangover 2 film) but on the very expensive side on this part. Nice to see though but feel it needs to be more competitive. Food is varied and of a very good quality. Lovely pool area with quite a few loungers.

One of my favourite hotels in Bangkok! Great locations by the riverside and very easy to get to iconsiam or asiatique. BTS station only 4-5mins walk with great shopping, food and massage options on the way. Extra extra large rooms! 😍 comfortable large beds, spacious pool on the mezzanine floor and extensive breakfast buffet is a must. Will always look to stay here when returning to Bangkok

Really lovely hotel with outstanding service. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the travel agent (they accidentally cancelled our booking!), and despite this being entirely the agent and not the hotel's fault, they bent over backwards to take care of us while the issue was resolved. The views from the room over Bangkok were amazing, and the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is incredibly varied - sushi, pancakes, dumplings, noodles eggs, and much more. I don't have a single complaint about anything I ate, and I ate a lot! Easily the best breakfast I've ever had.

Situated right in the heart of Bangkok, Lebua’s location is awesome. It takes about 40-45 minutes to reach from Airport. The reception staff stresses about deposit which after some discussions they waive off. They asked for 10000 Baht per room for our 3 night stay. The rooms are pretty spacious with separate lounge and bedroom area and is more than enough to sleep 3 adults. The beds are truly King size and good mattress and bedding. The view from the room’s balcony is awesome. They take your signature to open balcony lock. This is to waive off any liability in case some mishap occurs in the balcony. The breakfast buffet is nice with good Indian food and choices. Fruits, Sushi and yogurts are really nice. But But the worst part is my wife’s perfume and two lipsticks went missing from within our suitcases. No compromise there. This cannot be tolerated. This is simply NOT acceptable And hence the rating.
