The Lounge pampers you superbly. The rooftop is legendary. |Their staff is always very attentive and helpful. Thank you Mr Rajan.

Stay in the hotel where The Hangover was filmed! The rooftop bar has amazing city views! Went to enjoy the sunset and really enjoyed the experience. The drinks are expensive, but worth it. Didn't opt for dinner up here. The local neighborhood is totally walkable. And there are a lot of great places to eat, just steps behind the hotel. 10/10 would stay here again.

An incredible experience. The room is incredibly spacious and modern with a large balcony offering an amazing view of the city and river. Check in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast is as good as I’ve experienced, faultless service and delicious options. An added attraction is Sirocco restaurant and bar offering breathtaking service, cuisine and views of the city.

Great Drinks. The cocktails were really gastronomical delight. Enthralling view of Bangkok. Extremely caring and helpful staff. And yes… the Sirocco is the place to dine if you want to be surrounded by Gorgeous people, delicious food.. and soothing live music

Despite the beautiful setting, our experience at lebua Restaurant Hotel was dreadful. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed uninterested in providing any semblance of hospitality. Instead of offering a relaxing environment, they constantly pressured us to spend money, making the entire visit feel like a scam. We were particularly disgusted by the behavior of the staff when it came to taking pictures. They enforced a minimum spend requirement just to allow us to take photos, which is simply unacceptable. There was not a single moment of genuine hospitality; instead, we felt followed and harassed throughout our stay. Moreover, we faced discrimination and racism, which added to our unpleasant experience. We had initially planned to visit the Sky Bar, but the staff insisted we spend money on each level before it was possible. This sort of treatment is outrageous and not worth the exorbitant prices they charge. Overall, lebua Restaurant Hotel was a complete disappointment, and we would never recommend it to anyone. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Great advice very nice room and people. Very helpful in everything that you would need. And very caring. If need anything they will go above and beyond. I would stay here again if I have to the next time I will come back to Bangkok. Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This place was what I expected, top notch . Well worth the money to stay. The real plus was all the staff, everyone so helpful and kind. Reception staff Cherry very helpful. Have enjoyed Thailand so much I will definitely return it n the near future

We have landed today at the Bangkok airport all tired and exhausted from the long flight. A great crew at the lebua tower club has welcomed us. A special thanks to Kartik who managed to get our room as quick as possible and to show us around. Additionally we had some breakfast at the lounge breeze. The service is amazing as well as the great dishes they serve. Another great thanks to Jeaw. She was super amazing and is as Kartik a wonderful service.|Thanks a lot. Laura
