Our stay at lebua at State Tower was absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Bangkok. The food was fantastic with so many options to choose from every day. There was even a dedicated Indian food section, and everything we tried was delicious and of top quality. We genuinely looked forward to breakfast every morning. The view from our room was simply breathtaking — the best city view I have ever seen. Watching the skyline of Bangkok from the room felt surreal. What truly stood out was the staff. They were among the most polite, professional, and helpful people we have ever encountered at a hotel. From the moment we entered, we immediately felt the luxury and warm hospitality of a true five-star property. And of course, the iconic Sky Bar at Lebua was an unforgettable experience. The panoramic views of the city are just incredible and something you must experience if you stay here. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I would happily choose this hotel again on my next visit to Thailand. Highly recommended! 🌆✨

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location, the complimentary upgrade to a spacious corner suite, the excellent buffet breakfast and the gorgeous flowers everywhere all made or stay absolutely fabulous. Most of all though, the staff were lovely. Courteous, friendly, with everyone remembering our names and predicting our needs before we had realised them ourselves! Not to mention the reassurance and help given within minutes of us emailing the concierge asking for help with retrieval and postage of a forgotten ipad after we had checked out. Altthe hough there were countless friendly faces, the one person that we all are particularly impressed with, and fond of, was Ham Taksino, the guest rand elations officer who met us when we checked in. It is a rare treat in life to be greeted warmly by a young, enthusiastic, efficient and capable young person. Ham clearly is already an expert in her field, and her dedication and passion for, and her ability in her profession was evident. The most lovely start to a holiday and a real asset to the hotel. I wish her, and all of the staff the very best, with gratitude.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay. By the end of our trip we felt happy and relaxed, but at the very beginning there were a few issues. The check-in process took more than 40 minutes, and we were sent to the wrong suite, which wasn’t ready (maintenance was still going on). They did upgrade us to a better room and sent complimentary treats — big respect to them for that. Because of this, we saw two different room types, and I can say they were very different! The more expensive rooms are much better and have a decent view. Despite booking a Large One-Bedroom Suite, the original room didn’t feel worth the price they charge.Breakfast is really worth it — I was especially impressed with the drip coffee station where you can grind beans and make your own pour-over coffee. The gym and swimming pool are just the bare minimum for a hotel of this class.The most annoying part was the construction work at the hotel entrance. The main lobby was closed because of it, so you have to enter either through the car park (with no sidewalk, of course) or through a half-closed entrance covered in dust.

From arrival to departure, my stay at Lebua at State Tower was an absolutely wonderful and memorable experience. The entire team was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional—every staff member I interacted with made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Special thanks to Chai at the main entrance for his consistent assistance and warm smile throughout my stay. And a big shoutout to bartender Boom at Sky Bar for making the best Dome 266 cocktails—I couldn’t resist enjoying a few! The Sky Bar was magnificent as expected, and I was equally impressed by the vibes and service at Distil and Alfresco bars—stunning views paired with outstanding hospitality. Thank you for an outstanding experience; I’ll definitely return and highly recommend Lebua.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt refined and indulgent. The hotel radiates sophistication, with expansive, beautifully appointed rooms that were spotless and incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected thoughtful luxury. Breakfast at Mozu Café was outstanding, offering an impressive spread with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The panoramic view from the top floor was breathtaking, and recreating the iconic scene at Sky Bar made the experience even more memorable. An exceptional stay that truly make us feel pampered and well cared for.

I’ve stayed at lebua many times and always had a lovely experience. The location is excellent, and the suites are incredibly spacious—especially the bedroom and bathroom, which are very comfortable. This time, however, what made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional service from the Concierge . I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful young lady named Mind. I needed to order a product from a company, and what initially seemed like a complicated and stressful situation quickly became smooth and effortless thanks to her. She handled everything efficiently and professionally, taking full responsibility and ensuring the entire process was seamless. I truly couldn’t thank her enough—she made what could have been a headache into something completely stress-free. Even though the hotel may need a little refresh here and there, the warmth and professionalism of the staff—especially Mind—make all the difference. I will absolutely continue to stay at lebua in the future.

Wife and I stayed here in February 2026 over our anniversary and valentine's day for 4 nights. The check in experience was great and very organized. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak English very well. The room was huge, clean and well equipped. The service we received was exceptional and we were probably the most needy we have been as guests. They decorated the room for our anniversary and I cannot say enough how special and amazing this was, what an incredibly personal touch. The hotel is close to restaurants and a short walk and ferry to iconsiam mall. We would definitely stay here again and will always cherish just how special they made our anniversary here ❤️.

The whole experience at this hotel was amazing from the minute we pulled up. First class service the entire time. We came to Thailand for our anniversary and they made it very special. I would return for a few more days of just hanging in the hotel enjoying the great treatment and amenities. Amazing overall!!!!
