If you love enjoying a meal somewhere with... ✨ a m b i a n c e ✨ this is your place. The food is great, the service is great, but the truly stand-out differentiator here is how incredibly adorable this space is — inside and out. All of the lights and the plants make it feel so cozy it's downright magical. Everything we tried was quite good, but the burgers and specialty breads (served complimentary with your meal) here were exceptionally delicious. Highly recommend!

LeBus is a beautiful restaurant! It was a very welcoming atmosphere with great service. Their bread basket was great! I love the different types of breads they offer, especially the focaccia. I ordered the croissant sandwich when I came here and wasn’t impressed by it. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. I had a pleasant experience here, but wasn’t too impressed by the food.

The burgers at LeBus are great. I always appreciate it when I don't have to send my burger back because it was well done. They did a fantastic job on the temperature cook here! I would have given them five stars but I ordered the Roxs burger which was supposed to have: pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, jalapeño, and arugula. My only request was no jalapeno. When the burger arrived — I was focused on the burger being medium. I took my bite and noticed a lot was missing. All the ingredients were non-existent. However, Josh checked in to see how things were going and he was kind enough to accommodate by putting in another order for me. The new order came out quickly and correctly! Josh and Colin at the bar were very nice and helpful, as well as everyone else. When good service matches good food. It’s easy to return and recommend LeBus East Falls to others. I can't wait to try their brunch/breakfast menu next.

I've been to LeBus quite a few times, and it’s always a treat, especially for brunch. The salads and steak fries are particular favorites of mine—always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Last night, my friend and I, who both live nearby, decided to stop in for salads, which were fantastic as usual. To our surprise and delight, the staff gifted us some baked goods to take home for breakfast! It was such a kind gesture and a thoughtful way to reduce food waste. This morning, I enjoyed my gifted bagels and breakfast pastry with a nice cup of coffee. I warmed up the pastry in a low oven, and it was absolutely divine—the perfect way to start the day. It’s those little touches that make LeBus feel like more than just a restaurant; it’s a wonderful neighborhood spot that genuinely cares about its guests and the community. The staff is always friendly, the food consistently excellent, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. Whether you're stopping in for brunch, grabbing a quick salad, or enjoying a relaxed dinner, LeBus delivers quality every time. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great meal in the area. Thanks for being such a fantastic restaurant and neighbor, LeBus! 😊

Google
The atmosphere of this place is so lovely, both indoor and outdoor. At times they have live music inside in the evenings, which is so nice to listen to. The outdoor seating is beautiful when the weather is nice, and you can sit out there with your pet as well. Their menu is fairly small but with great options, especially for vegan and gluten free options. It’s a great local place to eat. The service is always very nice, we’ve had only exemplary waiters and waitresses and hosts, all of whom are very attentive and helpful! They also feature some great local drafts and brews, as well as fresh baked bread that you can buy whole and take to go.

Seated right away, as soon as we walked in it smelled like fresh baked bread and garlic yummy. All staff we encountered was very nice. Our server was informative when we asked questions about the menu.

I've been here quite a few times. I love the brunch especially and the salads and steak fries are also favorites. Last night my friend and I who live close enjoyed yummy salads and then...we were gifted some baked goods to take home for breakfast. Such a nice gesture and way to limit food waste! So I paid for my salad and LeBus treated me to bagels and a breakfast pastry this morning 🌄. Thanks for being a great restaurant option and neighbor 🙂 I warmed the leftover pastry in low oven and had w coffee ☕️ Divine...

Google
The BEST Burger (East Falls) I have ever eaten and I am old! The quality of the meat, the way the melted cheese was grilled onto the bun, the perfectly cooked onions, the roll. 10/10! Nia is also a delightful staff member, but truly everyone was so kind. I will be back!!

Yelp
Oh my goodness! First of all this place is so cute and warm and welcoming. I arrived on a weekday to meet a friend for lunch and it was so lovely I can't imagine a better setting. The hostesses and wait staff were all so accommodating for us and our two babies which was so appreciated. We were seated upstairs in the back loft area so we had space to move around when they got unsettled which obviously happened a bunch. Honestly each of the ladies working that day were so kind and lovely I would go back just for them! Oh! And the food was so fresh and the bread! Ugh the bread is what dreams are made of. Can't wait to go back

Yelp
My kids and I love this place for brunch on the weekend. I have not branched out from the frittatas because they're delicious! The kids order all the sweet stuff (e.g pancakes, chocolate croissant, French toast) and they usually clear their plates. We usually have the same waitress every time. I wish I could remember her name because she is a shining star! She remembers our orders and is very sweet and attentive. I wasn't expecting LeBus to be as big as it is inside. Feels spacious and never overly crowded.

Yelp
Beautiful interior with lots of plants. I haven't sat down for a meal in quite a while, but I recall that the food was really good. I'm a huge fan of their bread and it does not disappoint. Everything from their loaves of bread to their croissants are delicious.

Tiffany V.

Yelp
Ambiance is really nice, there are a lot of plants everywhere, a little bakery at the front. But bring a book or some form of entertainment because the wait for everything was really long. Came for a late lunch (meaning it wasn't busy anymore) and the total time we waiting in between things were extremely long. Took about 10 mins for us to get seated, but once we were seated, we had to flag our waitress down to order. We ordered the french dip cheesesteak, a burger and 1 side of fries. It took a really long time for the food, which considering what we ordered, is unexpected. Took a REALLY long time to get our food, like I read a book and played tetris and my partner started studying. Food was good, but not good enough to justify the wait. The cheesesteak was dry and could have been seasoned more; it definitely needed the au jus. Waited a while for a server to come by so we could flag them for a to go box, but for some reason all the servers except for the one at the bar were MIA for about 10-15 minutes so we had to get up to ask for a box. After that, it took about another 15-20 minutes to get our check.

Yelp
This is long overdue. The sandwich I had here may not look like much but it was warm and cheesy and so delicious with the addition of the avocado. Only saving a star due to the price and the server wasn't the easiest to get ahold of. The restaurant itself is filled with plants, and would be a terrific place for a lunch date or meeting. Or a simple brunch.

Yelp
I've been to LeBus for both brunch and dinner. I have not been disappointed. There's usually a wait on the weekends, so I would suggest a reservation. The service is good, waiters are friendly, and food is delicious. I like the ambiance inside, but I do not suggest a table outside. The corner of Midvale and Ridge is a very busy intersection, so there is a lot of street noise. I had a hard time deciding on what to have for brunch and tried the French toast. The French toast was good, but the berry compote was what really topped it off nicely. My guest got the French toast with apple compote. They said it was good, but would order the berry compote next time. Alcoholic beverages are moderately priced as well as the food. It's also great if you want to pick up freshly made bread and treats.

Yelp
I met a colleague here for lunch as a last minute selection because we had a change of plans. I was not disappointed at all in this quick lunch experience. Upon entering, the vibe gave a go to lunch spot for folks working or living close by, so I appreciate the energy of the place. I wasn't sure what to order so I went with the tacos. They were good but the extra sweet plantains made me a happy eater as that's one of my favorite foods. Reasonable priced and the food flowed quickly to allow us to be in and out.

Yelp
Came into Le Bus with relatively low expectations as we stopped while passing through East Falls for dinner, but came away huge believers with every intention to return. The food was great. Loved the roast Turkey sandwich and the sweet potato fries were awesome. The bread they bring out beforehand was also way better than it needed to be. The atmosphere both inside and outside is really impressive. Love the lights, flowers, tile tables, all of it. Servers were nice and produced a cool low key vibe. Will make a point to come back!

Yelp
I ended up wandering into LeBus after getting gas at a random stop in the East Falls, suburb of Philadelphia. It had a great vibe but I needed to take my order to go . The food menu looked good and the place had the most amazing fresh bread smell I ever encountered at a sandwich shop. Apparently in addition to delicious fresh made sandwiches they also have a bunch of nice looking pastries breads and sweets. But I did not try any on this visit. I did order a turkey avocado sandwich and a grilled cheese with tomato and bacon. Little side salads on each. Seemed pretty average and a pretty safe bet. My travel partner and I each split one of the sandwiches so we could each have some variety with our lunch, I was amazed at how good the sandwiches were... I'm not sure I ever had a sandwich taste so good! Both were made with delicious fresh bread and were a great size and absolutely delicious. I later learned that this sandwich shop Got consistently great reviews from the area and was well loved by everybody and apparently quite crowded the majority of the time luckily on that afternoon I walked right in and out with my order in 15 minutes. Looking forward to stopping at that sandwich shop again.

Yelp
LeBus is a special place. Of course there is delicious bread. And...the mussels are magnificent - pecan crusted grouper is perfectly cooked and served with a spring vegetable risotto and broccolini. Don't forget the great sandwiches, burgers, fries and onion rings! The hummus platter with roasted vegetables was yummy. Yes- we have tried them all. Service is friendly and attentive. The clientele is diverse. Everyone feels welcome there. The ambiance is enhanced by lovely plants and (sometimes) live music. We go to LeBus because they take care of people.

Yelp
Fui a ese restaurante y el muchacho del bar no tiene nada de atención dure como 15 minutos o más y no me puso attention

Yelp
I am highly disappointed in this take out order. Normally, I dine in with this establishment but decided to do a take out for the family. $24!?? Cesar salad!?!? I order a Cesar salad with shrimp and this is what i received. 4 pieces of shrimp, a hand full of ice burg lettuce, and one side of Cesar's dressing. (With a %20 tip I have added in) This is unacceptable. In addition to the small salad, turkey burger that was on the order was missing fries. Please do not order a salads to go and check your bags for additional items missing.

Yelp
FANTASTIC FOOD, great service, pleasant unobtrusive atmosphere, easy access. We were not hurried, nor irritated by wait staff. And if you like the (fab) bread that comes with your sandwich, or as an amuse guèle, WOW you can BUY the bread!! Many types., My only comment is that the chair seats are HARD if you are there for more than quick meal (but a quick meal would be silly there)

Yelp
Fish tacos and Mussels were sooooo good!!! This place is cute and quaint and the drinks are on point too!!! My fav was the margarita. The service was decent overall and everyone was friendly. I came to catch up with a friend and we were not disappointed tho she felt her soup could've been better. This place is kid friendly also which is an added bonus. I'll be back!

Yelp
Had a great brunch at LeBus! This is truly a special experience, as you walk in and are greeted not only by their friendly staff, but by the fresh aroma of baked goods. Loaves of bread and different assortments of pastries are all on display, and will put you to the test as you try to stay discipline in waiting for the actual meals to come. Would highly recommend taking a brief peruse before sitting so you can grab some well deserved carbs to take home :) The staff was lovely, and the interior of this place is so relaxing. Plants all around, great music, and local art on the walls. It is full of life and vibrant colors. The food is top notch as well. I think I literally had one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches of all time. It was a sausage, egg and cheese, but what really helped elevate it was the fresh roll it was on, and their garlic aioli. Their potatoes weren't too shabby either. My wife got a soup, salad, and cornbread - which were ideal for a cold, blustery day. If you haven't been here yet, get it on your list!

Yelp
We just went to Le Bus for the first time in a long time. Everything was excellent. Two of the four of us ordered the shrimp with fettuccine and pesto, which was outstanding. The quantity was so huge that we had one and a half more dinners out of it. Appetizers and drinks were also great, especially the vegetarian chili and mushroom bisque and Sangrias. I wish we had gotten the name of the server, a young man. He was perfect, friendly, nice smile, very efficient, classy. This added to our enjoyment. All four of us were delighted with the experience. And the prices are extremely reasonable for what you get. Highly recommended! The only negative, over which the restaurant has no control, is the parking situation. We spent more than 20 minutes after getting to the restaurant, driving around looking for a parking space.

Yelp
Stopped for a fuel up before a game, food was absolutely delicious!! Service was amazing as well. Would highly recommend for a quick meal! Also the staff there are full of personality! Love the flavors in the food. As well as great options to chose from to savory to sweet or both!!!

Yelp
Friends and I stumbled across this restaurant on the way to the Fillmore. It was 5 pm on a Friday night. We were seated right away, and our waiter took our drink order. Two of us ordered a Rusty Bus and one ordered an orange cosmo. They were very good with heavy pours. We ordered our food and and was served timely. The food was absolutely fantastic. I ordered a bowl of vegetarian chili and a small green salad. I combined them, for a delicious combination. We were in and out in about an hour, but chatted for a while. The decor was fabulous. We felt we were in a friends home eating on their veranda. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you!

Yelp
We have been ordering take out and eating in at LeBus basically since they opened. We've tried a lot on the menu. -Jambalaya - awesome -Pasta with pesto sauce - we opt for the cream and add chicken- amazing -Beet salad - highly recommend -Quinoa bowl - while it's so yummy, I wish it wasn't as pricey (with chicken added) as it is - but that being said we still order it - so go figure -Stir fry - just ok -Salmon - tasty Burgers: -East Falls -Germantown -Mt. Airy .... every single one of these burgers are very tasty (have tried the veggie burger but it's just not my jam ever, regardless of place?) -Breakfast sandwiches - won't disappoint Whether ordering on the phone and picking up or sitting in the restaurant - the servers are cordial and the service is friendly. There's also a bar which has a fairly decent beer/wine selection. If you eat in the restaurant you will also be able to experience the LeBus bread and gosh - I love love love their bread. I personally like the raisin walnut bread but really any of their breads is fabulous.

Yelp
LeBus is an institution in Philadelphia. Dating back to the 80's, the food has always been great. I have been there several times recently to experience great service and menu that goes way past what has become standard gastropub fare. A true bonus is that the kitchen is open late.

Yelp
Our table of 4 arrived around 1:30pm on a Saturday. It wasn't busy and we were seated right away. Maybe that should have been our first sign that this wasn't going to be a great experience. One guy came up and said he's be taking care of us and would be right back. We wait about 10 minutes then another asks if we'd been helped. We only had water at that point so he said he'd take over. We ordered drinks. It took over 15 minutes for us to get our drinks which we saw sitting on the bar for over 10 minutes. The one drink was forgot about and I even heard him tell the bartender that he forgot to put it in the system. That drink sat for over 10 minutes at the bar until we finally walked over and got it ourselves. Now the food.. it was just okay. We had the omelet, French toast, curry chicken salad, onion rings, and kids pizza between us all. The best food may have been the onion rings which were good because of the thin breading. Everything else was just meh, nothing special. The Bloody Mary tasted like they poured olive juice in it. The lemonade tasted like it was just straight up lemon juice mixed with a little water, it was so sour. We had to get up and go around to some of the open tables to find ketchup. Each table had a bottle but all were almost empty.

Yelp
~ Visiting my sister in Philly & she chooses this place to be "Yelp worthy". Upon arrival, I felt it was going to go well until I entered. Great vibes & great greetings by the staff. I just knew the food wouldn't be official, supported by the fact that my sister & I are two different types of eaters. I was wrong! I ordered the crispy honey glazed wings, (3 orders) cauliflower wings, chicken fettuccine alfredo, the New Orleans cioppino, and the Wild mushroom risotto. Long Islands were trash, so don't waste ya time. Spend about $255.00. Well worth it. But I wouldn't go back. The menu doesn't have too many selections to choose from. The crispy honey-glazed wings were my favorite. Whatever dipping sauce came with the wings compliments it perfectly. The New Orleans cioppino gets the reward for the " dish of the night". The broth was superb!! The seafood was good, minus the Mahi. Dry, tasteless, and not needed. The remaining dishes were satisfying and reach a higher standard than I expected. We had a beautiful, well-mannered waitress who said she also cooked my wings. Love it. Didn't get her name tho. Young, black skinny chick with glasses. Parking is probably a hassle since it's a residential area. A nice outside seating area as well. The location is safe and comfortable. Hope you enjoy. ~ #TeamDiesel

Yelp
This would be five stars based on the salmon alone. They could've treated me like total Sh!t. It wouldn't matter. The salmon was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender/juicy on the inside. It was sat on top of lettuce with potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, avocado, onion and hard boiled egg. It was so good! I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast. On top of that the weather was perfect to sit outside today and drink an iced coffee. Also an improvement since COVID - the touch less paying is really perfect. Once you get the receipt you can scan it and pay when you are ready. If your in a rush you don't need to wait until you get your card back. If you aren't the wait staff doesn't have to keep checking on you. I personally love it. I think it makes it feel more relaxed. It's off because the one thing I've loved most about traveling Europe was the relaxing feel when you went out to eat. I feel like we are getting closer to having experience that we can enjoy and last a little longer.

Yelp
Worst food I've had in a while and that says something cuz Philly food is trash!! Went in with my husband for late lunch post busy day to just get some simple food. Burger was so salty it wasn't able to be eaten. Fettuccine was mush all mush. Pasta mush veggies mush. Sauce was watery no flavor. Bread brought for the table took 25 mins and was stale and old. We will never go back. Unprofessional staff as well eating and drinking while walking around waiting on people. Go to the back and eat there not walking around talking with your mouth full.

Yelp
The Food was amazing! I didn't think American cuisine could be so tasty until going to this Restaurant. Everything was homemade from its authentic Caesar dressing to its burgers and fries. So good! The ambiance reminded me of Friends' Cafe on the show with fresh plants and scenic views of East Falls.

Yelp
Omelettes are very good but stop serving at 3:00 p.m. it was a very good restaurant but the food is on the downside. I played it safe and ordered the meatballs and couldn't eat them they were just that bad

Yelp
Great spot for lunch They don't always have the food on their menu available. Quality is great, wait staff is sub par.
google avatar

Jessie S.

Yelp
their food is INCREDIBLE!!!! consistently flavorful dishes with fresh produce and prepared in a timely fashion! I am surprised to see them getting such little business, this place is a MUST TRY! The atmosphere and ambiance in this restaurant is so aesthetically pleasing, and the location is convenient. Street parking available and is rarely ever a problem to find. They provide a warm assortment of bread when you sit down and have a full bar! I love this place and will always order from here over other restaurants. The vegetable burger is definitely one for the books!!! -You can actually see the vegetables in the burger as opposed to the other processed veggie burgers out there. Also, the crispy wings and fries and such a classic!

Yelp
I want to give this place more but we have to be real about what's out there. HOWEVER, for east falls, that has just lost trolley car cafe and shoulders manayunks pricey brunch's, this is basically a quirky 5-star experience. Picture talula's brunch....in a smaller scale layout. Pretty much anything you order is fresh, there's an in house bakery, they sell fresh loaves of just about every style you could buy in Whole Foods. The service is hit or miss because if the area, a lot of college kids that probably don't need to work will blend in the mix with people who believe in the food they serve, and the atmosphere they create. In that vein I must say my favorite part about this entire place, is the amount of plant life that provides such high frequencies of energy I believe conversations flow with ease throughout the restaurant.

Yelp
Bread Basket is to die for. They truly have great bread and if you went to Reading Terminal for their goods or even some of Trader Joe's bread (mostly made by them), it's literally the next level. I got the veggie burger and it was very tasty! And it's not just because the bun was excellent either. The patty tasted as if it was cooked on a char grill - big plus for me. I had my sister in law's fries; very tasty and gourmet. Service was splendid. But I feel like the employees were doing double shifts/everything and not many working there. It didn't trouble us at all though! The waiter was very attentive and helpful, but seemed tired. I'd come again if I have another brunch in East Falls.

Julie T.

Yelp
Best food in Philadelphia! Everything on the menu is the best. The service is generally friendly and engaging and the art and plants provide a fun and inviting atmosphere. It is one of three restaurants in Philadelphia that I will eat out.

Lisa A.

Yelp
This cafe was my go-to for many years. Unfortunately, like so many local spots, the food quality has steadily declined. Two meals ordered via delivery services were substandard (ordering favorites I'd enjoyed for years), but delivery can lessen the quality of dishes. So, I tried a third time, this time dining in, and the meal was even worse, although the service was great. What happened to LeBus?
google avatar

Shifa A.

Yelp
Such a cute restaurant, pleasant service! My best friend suggested this place and she called ahead to see if they were open for outdoor dining, thankfully they had space for us. We were seated shortly and a server with mask and gloves was prompt with the menus and gave us a run down of the menu. They were kinda slowly reopening and didn't have too many cocktails on the menu, however they did have margaritas, wines and beer. We chose to get a bottle of Cab. Unfortunately they didn't have a bottle so they offered us a bottle of merlot at have the price. We also ordered the crispy wings and flatbread, so so delicious and freshly made. Think farm to table sort of food! We got a variety of entrees and I did try a few bites of the Thai Salad and the salmon. This is definitely worth a detour in beautiful East fall

Yelp
Not a great experience. Very crowded, waited 45 min for a bowl of soup, the staff couldn't handle the crowd and the take out demand. Staff was pleasant, food and beverage was over priced. The dining room was elegant tho..

Yelp
This place deserves so much love, c'mon Yelp?! The quality and freshness of every item cannot be beat. The bread variety for starters was already off to a good start--some with nuts etc., fresh, warm. Seafood chowder was hearty and contained generous portions of salmon, clams, shrimp. The burger made me cry with every bite--FRESH BEEF, extremely soft to bite into, flavored well, beyond juicy. The bun was quality (major key) and accoutrements paired nicely--Mt. Airy, so cheesy and garlicky with roasted red peppers. Truly blown away. Highly recommend the horseradish slaw as a side--a perfect, creamy blend of shredded kale (not even into that) and other veggies. Very tasty! The interior here is ADORABLE. A Pinterest lovers dream. A secret garden of sorts. The staff was very friendly and they have live jazz during dinner time. Great local beer selection on tap. Excited to return here next time I'm in the area.

Yelp
Where to start ? This place smells so good just walking in. I got hungry just from whatever it was that smell so darn good. Haha. The food was delicious. I really love the mushroom and seafood soup. So good. Hearty and flavorful. I love a good soup. The atmosphere is also lovely. And this place doubles as a bakery. Totally will come here .

Yelp
Went to LeBus in East Falls for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the burger and my fiancé gave the shrimp & grits a try. The burger was good, I took some of the cheese off because It was a bit overwhelming to me. The lettuce came to me soggy from the burger grease, which was off putting to me as well. The Honey Chipotle Shrimp & Grits was great! My fiancé enjoyed the faint sweetness and smokiness of the dish. I had a taste and I thought it was pretty good take on the traditionally Cajun dish I'd definitely come back to try something else on the menu There is an extensive selection of artisan breads to purchase too (I'll review that at a different time).

Yelp
I used to eat at Le Bus when I was a student at UPenn. That one is no longer there so I was delighted when I saw LeBus in East Falls. Besides the fact that I love East Falls, the LeBus has the same "feel" as before. It's casual. It's friendly and the ambience is very inviting. There are so many great vegetarian options. Everything is fresh. The servers are friendly and knowledgable about the menu. The breads and baked goods are in-house. When in East Falls, this will be a regular for me!

Yelp
A gem of a restaurant! I have yet to try most of their menu because they make an incredible turkey burger and it's done to perfection every time. One day I'll explore the rest of their menu but if you're looking for quality food and a lovely environment, look no further!

Yelp
My brunch experience at LeBus left me a bit disappointed. Maybe I built them up in my head a bit much. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. While I'd like to give them another shot, I don't see making it a short term priority. Service was a bit lacking for a half-empty restaurant on a Saturday afternoon (post-brunch rush). They were friendly, just not very attentive. The Bloody Mary seemed to lack something... probably a decent pour of vodka. I don't look for a "heavy-hand" in my drink, but felt like it was all mix. Food was just average. My Death by Brunch didn't wow, but wasn't a complete mess. However, the bread was pretty good. I'll update if/when I check them out again...

Yelp
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hostess was kind when I came in. I asked if I could sit at the bar and she said yes. I was literally the ONLY one sitting there. The rest of the restaurant was not busy at all. While sitting at the bar, the bartender looked at me and said nothing. He chatted it up with two waitresses, still no acknowledgment. Despite being there for almost 25 minutes, both the bartender and waitstaff completely ignored me, leading to a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. The lack of attention and service made me decide to simply leave since I never even had the opportunity to place an order. The bartender and waitstaff watched me grab my coat & things and head out. Still, not a word. Unbelievably horrible service.... Would not recommend!

Yelp
Everything is usually great from here - one of the best restaurants in the NW area of Philly. Love both of their breakfast sandwich options (although a little pricy). The Salmon entree has always been great. The wings are (only jerk flavor the last time I checked) and go great with their buttermilk pesto' dip as alternative to ranch / bleu cheese. That same dip doubles as a salad dressing on their side salads which is also great. Definitely go if your in the area.

Yelp
Great food, great staff, great time. Parking can be a little tough, but worth the short walk.

Yelp
Blown away! This place is a vibe. Plants on plants on plants. The decor and ambiance was very welcoming. I was with two other people we sat inside at a table that was socially distanced. The staff was so friendly, they all wore masks and practiced social distancing. They were thorough and attentive. Before your meal they bring out a variety of freshly baked bread. I think I have to say it was the best raisin bread I have ever had. The whole experience was very efficient. The food came out really quick. We ordered their soup which came out first. I highly recommend the gypsy soup, it is perfect for a fall day. I ordered the Mexican Frittata with no sausage. The flavors were perfect. It was a little on the oily side because it had cheese in it, but it made it way more delicious. My friends had the zucchini fritters and ranted. It looked delicious but has a sunny side egg on it which isn't my style but it looked incredible. Everything was so delicious and everything was very fresh. I will be back very very soon friends. Still thinking about this meal hours later

Yelp
This gets 4 instead of 5 primarily, cause the menu appears to be seasonal. Entrees you like and come back for more, only to discover they're not there. If anyone in charge of LeBus East Falls, reading this, please bring your mac and cheese with bacon. And don't get rid of the meatloaf here, I talked to a bartender at your place who told me other patrons love the meatloaf and that the request for meatloaf from other patrons cause you to put it back in the menu, so stopping taking things out of the menu please. The meatloaf is very good, drenched in mushroom gravy, with mashed potatoes and green beans. I've had the burger, but Lucky's Last Chance in Manayunk still dominates the burger corner. Would tell you about the mac and cheese, but its not there. I also come here for the brunch. Bacon is crispy and eggs are very fresh sunny side up. The orange juice is out of this world. Drinking the juice, you can tell this is freshly squeezed, not store bought. Honestly, I wish I could buy their juice regularly instead of Tropicana. However, one thing they changed was their brunch potatoes(again, LeBus East Falls, stop changing the menu). When I first had the brunch potatoes, they were potatoes that were fresh and sliced with the right seasoning. Now they appear to be a deep fried potato with seasoning. I still eat it but the potatoes use to be good as the orange juice I raved about. Please LeBus East Falls, if you want a 5 and more business from me, stop changing things that are good and most people I imagine are like myself, preferring consistency in the menu.

Yelp
The perfect spot to meet for lunch between the city and the burbs! GET THE SOUP!!!!! It's cozy and warm inside and you can grab a loaf for the way home!

Yelp
I used to get the multigrain bread from the bakery counter all the time. For the last two years it's been getting worse and worse. The bread just falls apart. I don't recommend the multigrain.

Yelp
When I first heard that Lebus would be coming to take the place of the iconic Mexican restaurant the occupied the space for many years - I didn't believe the rumor! When Lebus opened up - I wanted to rush over, but decided I would give them a few weeks to work out the kinks so I could take it all in and enjoy everything that the new Lebus had to offer. Now that I have visited a few times, I decided to write my thoughts. First of all, I was a fan of the old Lebus location. The first visit, I sat at the bar and had some drinks (wine) and a few starter plates (spicy meatballs and hummus. On my second visit, I had the shrimp polenta and my friend had a burger. The food is great and the service is prompt and attentive. I love the renovation to the space - flowers - the wood choice - it makes it warm and inviting. The crowd seems to be a nice mix of younger; older; neighborhood folks, some that traveled a little and old Lebus regulars. No doubt, I will be a regular at this location too. Great addition to the corner of Ridge and Midvale Ave.
