Lee cake

The cake I order is great and I love how it came out just like the reference cake picture I sent. The tastes amazing and I loved it but they delivered the cake really late. I asked for the cake to be delivered at 6pm and I received it 8:35pm. The picture is not the right color because of printer problems.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Lee Cake Shop. I placed an order with clear instructions, but the cake I received was not made as requested. On top of that, it was delivered more than an hour late, which completely disrupted our event plans. I also tried to contact the management multiple times to sort things out, but no one responded to my calls or messages. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I expected better service and reliability, especially for something as important as a celebration cake. Would not recommend based on this experience.
