Great hospitality! The owner truly went above and beyond. From check-in to check-out, everyone was kind, friendly, and very helpful. We didn’t request housekeeping, but they still left toilet paper and water outside our door without us asking. I had never seen that before, and it really shows how thoughtful and caring they are. You can feel that they genuinely care about their guests and want you to be comfortable. Everything felt welcoming and easy. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so special!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in this lovely hotel in the old town of Chiang Mai. The hotel is conveniently located; shops, restaurants, markets and change offices as well as various beautiful temples are within walking distance. A very nice breakfast is included. The rooms are spacious and super clean, and the lovely staff is extremely helpful. The hotel organised our trips to distant locations like Doi Suteph, and did so very well. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Lee Chang. The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely interested in what you are doing. They are very helpful and gladly assist with taxis and organizing activities. The hotel itself is very clean, with a tasty breakfast. The rooms are well maintained, comfortable, and nicely cared for. It is also very quiet, and the location is perfect. Thank you for the lovely stay — it truly made our trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic hotel - quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped. The room was as pictured and we had no issues. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, we felt extremely welcome. Breakfast is buffet-style and delicious (eggs to order, toast, yogurt, salads, Thai dishes, fruits, etc). We would definitely stay again! I'll add that we had a very positive experience booking a private driver for a day trip through the hotel. We could not find the specific tour of stops we wanted to do online, so we contacted the hotel a few weeks before we arrived and they arranged it for us. The rate that we paid was fair and the service was very good.

After reading all the great reviews for this hotel we decided to book and it was the best decision we could have made! The location, quality of service, and overall hospitality is unmatched. It’s really easy to get around the old city from the property. Right across the alley is a woman who can do your laundry and return it to the hotel the same day if you drop it off to her in the morning. If/when we come back to Chiang Mai, we will definitely be staying here again! Also breakfast is 200 baht per person, it is worth it for the chicken Panang curry that they make- so good I got the recipe! Everyone who works at the hotel goes above and beyond and truly cares about your stay and experience in the city. 100/10. Also there’s the cutest cat who lives in the alley, make sure to give him good scratches!

I really want to commend this hotel for going truly above and beyond when it comes to hospitality. Despite receiving a notification from Booking.com that I had cancelled, they kept the room in reserve for me. When I arrived, they informed me that I would have a place to sleep and it was cheaper than the room I had initially booked. I think this shows real honesty and integrity. When I arrived at breakfast 20 minutes late, I didn't expect so much as a slice of watermelon but they fried me an egg, prepared me a plate of delicious fruit, and politely asked me to be on time in the future. Again just showing that hospitality is really something they take seriously. The room itself was really pleasant. Despite being close to reception the noise was minimal. They were very understanding of last minute changes, polite, friendly, and seem genuinely interested in what I was up to. These little things go a long way and I really want to shout them out for being above and beyond what I'd expect - but seriously, don’t be late for breakfast. Highly - but recommend for anyone in town. Great location, lovely hotel, and people who know what a big difference the little things make

Lee Chiang Hotel was our second hotel that we stayed in in Thailand, and had the best service we had experienced on our trip. The staff were wonderful and were incredibly friendly. Also, the staff were so helpful our whole stay, from recommending activities, local markets and more to sharing some recommendations as to where we can get our laundry done (staff member walked us to the laundry service to help us with requesting the service!). The room was nice and was very clean. Location of the hotel was amazing, right next to a temple and within walking distance to other temples, sights, bars, and restaurants. Nearby we had enjoyed Sun Rays Cafe and Maison Maison for breakfasts, and had enjoyed having a beer at John Lemon for a chilled evening.
