Lee Chiang Hotel

The Lee Chiang hotel delivered the best customer-staff experience throughout our entire Thailand trip so far. The hotel owner and hotel staff were extremely friendly, everyone spoke perfect English and they have put a real effort to cater to our needs, to ask about our daily activities, to provide helpful recommendations and suggestions and to make us feel at home. It is a small hotel, but it completely corresponds to its description, the rooms are big enough with comfortable bathroom and good A/C and comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is also very good within the old center of the city. All in all the best stay and I already want to go back!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is nice and helpful, and there is everything you need. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable. I love the open space on the ground floor; there is a small lounge very well decorated, it's peaceful. I thank the hotel staff because they helped me print a document necessary for my trip to Thailand, it was very kind and I appreciate it. This hotel is a little piece of paradise and Chiang Mai is the best city I have visited in Thailand.

Part of our last stop of our trip, through northern Thailand we stayed at Lee Chiang Hotel. The owner and their team were very accommodating and shared use full tips. Nearest 7-11 and restaurants are just 200 meter walking. The hotel is located right behind a massive temple, Wat Phra Singh, very popular amongst tourist. Rooms are small and cozy, well fitted with comfortable bed and clean. The hotel has no elevator but the staff will help you with your luggage up the stairs. Great value for money if you seek to explore Chiang Mai old town.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Lee Chiang Hotel in Chiang Mai. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. They really treated us like gold. Awesome location. I’ll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone, great hospitality, and excellent value for the money.

Decent for what you’re paying. Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful with information, and quick to respond. Most of the things to do are on the opposite side of the old town but it is nice to have quiet while still being a 5-10 minute walk from food and less than 1 minute from a gorgeous and one of the bigger and nicer temples. Definitely request a Mountain View if possible as the temple view is just a peak of one. The rooms would feel much nicer if the bathrooms were renovated. AC is very strong once you give it 5-10 minutes after getting back into your room. Breakfast is limited but still good, but it is worth wondering 5 minutes away for a nice coffee. Staff are definitely what makes this hotel great, but otherwise it is fine for what you are paying for 7.5/10 overall (8.5/10 if you consider price and location) but staff were 10/10

Located perfectly in the old town of Chiang Mai, close to the most vibrant parts of the city but at the same time extremely quiet during the night. The structure is very clean and well-maintained. The staff takes your stay to the next level, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have the best time during your vacation. Definitely recommended!

We were in Chiang Mai for our honeymoon and chose this hotel for it's convenient location. Quiet and peaceful. It is just one short walk away from the main hustling bustling road. The grab cab picks and drops you up from the door. ||100 meters walk to Wat Phra Singh. You walk in from the back entrance and walk out to the main road across the temple and there are bars, excellent restaurants, very nice craft shops, also money exchange counters and 7-eleven. ||The owners are super welcoming and helpful. They helped us to plan our days and also marked places on a map for us (very helpful). They called cabs for us at negotiated prices to explore places around the city. You can tell them what you are looking to explore or shop and they will tell you exactly how you should go about it. We had an excellent experience with the friendliest staff :) (will definitely miss this) ||The higher floors do not have a lift but if you have walking issues, they will put you on a lower floor. And they help with luggage so it is not an issue. ||The breakfast is nice and decent. The special thai item on the menu was always the yummiest! Specially the fried rice. The best thing was the salad bar where you can make your own salad. I loved that there was fresh juice and fruits. ||The room is very comfortable. The little details for comfort are quite noteworthy. The water is hot and great. Good showers. The air conditioning is excellent. The bed is great. We had a gooood sleep. This is important because you walk a lot in this city! ||You can also give your clothes for laundry at an extremely reasonable price and you get it back on the same day if you give it in the morning.||We made most of our time in the city because the hotel staff helped us plan our days. We are definitely coming back to stay here. Special shoutout to Thom and Kishore for being the best hosts ♥️

We had a great stay in Lee Chiang hotel. The room is super clean . The room was getting cleaned everyday. The staff is so nice and helpful and gave us tips and honest recommendations on where to go in Chiang Mai. We enjoyed our stay there so much! The hotel location is also good near everything without the noise of the main street.
