I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is just amazing. The stuff is perfect. The restaurant was just amazing. Very tasty and the room very big. I totally recommend. I am coming back for sure.

Perfect Getaway for Some Relaxation I stayed for two days alone to relax, and my room was decorated in a traditional Bavarian style. The view was breathtaking. But the best surprise came in the morning – a breakfast table prepared just for me with an amazing view. The flavors were delicious, and the hotel staff was very friendly. It was the perfect choice for unwinding and enjoying nature. I highly recommend it!

This restaurant was recommended to us by friends and we weren't disappointed. The location is unbeatable. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to sit outside but the view from inside was breathtaking. The service was excellent, had a personal touch, was entertaining but not intrusive. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. It's not an expensive restaurant compared to other fine dining restaurants in the area. Thank you for a great evening. After my experience at the restaurant, I would definitely try the hotel next time I come to Tegernsee.

Leeberghof is usually a very good restaurant. We wanted to celebrate my wife’s birthday at Leeberghof but the bad coordination of the waiters messed it up. We were shown a table we could have and were asked to wait until it’s cleaned. Meanwhile people from another table saw that our table is ready and were moved to our table. We were eventually given their old table. We felt very unpleasant.

Amazing location overlooking the calming Tegernsee and landscape. We have stayed here often and always enjoy it a lot - not always easy to get a room as of joy 12 available. Do visit the restaurant though! On the last stay we got to try the new menu and it was a feast for the senses. The chef brings back amazing concepts from his Asia trips. Perfekt Asian fusion still giving a sense of the local dishes it is derived from. Wonderful.

We spent two nights here recently and had a chance to dine at the restaurant on premises. Loved it very much and the hospitality from the staff here was truly reflective of the Bavarian “gastgeber” attitude, friendly, welcoming and going out of their way to look after you. The room we had was fabulous albeit slightly dated and missing the luxury I would expect in a hotel at this price like bathrobes, plush towels and good toiletries. But everything else was on the money. Breakfast was very nice and extensive, dinner here was excellent and I loved my cappuccino soup and apple crumble. Good wine list and super friendly service. Dogs are allowed here for an extra charge and they had a nice bowl and bed waiting for our dog when we arrived with food and so on. The hotel is on a hiking trail so you can literally step out and go walking into the mountains. The views from up here is fantastic and it’s very quiet during the night. All in all a fabulous experience we would happily repeat again.

Close to 300 Euro’s a night I expected a lot more. The location is fantastic, with amazing viewpoint. We selected a suite to have opportunity to sit and soak in the lake view, unfortunately despite a large terrace with the room the lake wasn’t visible when seated. The hotel has lots of communal outdoor seating for the restaurant and bar, alas you need to book to dine there, and as a resident we weren’t informed. In fact the staff laughed in my face when I asked for a table, I asked if it was an option to sit outside? (where already a couple were seated) - No! A later time - No! If the restaurant is that successful and with nothing else located nearby they really should advise residents to book. The room was nicely furnished, a little tired they could fix the shower, invest in more luxurious towels and bedding. The 2 single beds were average. Breakfast is good, the Prosecco a nice touch, service friendly. In summary, save your money and appreciate the view by taking a drink whilst walking past on the trail.

I recently went to stay 2 nights at this hotel for friends' wedding. It is a great place with an awesome view over the Tegernsee, with a nice bar. Staff has been super friendly during our whole stay, whether it was at the bar on Thursday after we arrived, on Friday during breakfast or the reception and party in the evening or on Saturday when we had to leave. Everyone was friendly and funny, making you feel welcome and comfortable (staying in a hotel). The room we shared (3 of us in a big room, i.e. 2 rooms) felt Bavarian to us Northerners, we liked it very much, it had a truly phantastic view and all of us slept very well all nights. Breakfast was what you would expect, the buffet was small and did not contain everything I would have expected (but I stay in too many hotel anyway), however you could order all the egg dishes and other food from a menu (no extra charge) which would be served freshly made. The only thing I was missing was a good muesli with milk or yoghurt. The food at the wedding reception and the party after was absolutely delicious! In particular the starter (salmon cooked/prepared in 3 different ways), but also of course main and dessert. A friend had a vegetarian menu which looked delicious as well and even produced (without any reason as ours was so good) a bit of food envy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
