😂😂😂to all you 5 star reviews from friends and family. None of you have ever had a good hoagie if you think this place has a good one. Thank you for the lettuce hoagie with 3 slices of meat. Nick Zizza, you are now on a 3 month suspension from recommending food spots and a year of probation. Wawa has better and that’s pathetic

Best hoagies on the entire island. Get the Italian Cheltenham with all the works - you won't regret it. Can't wait for our next beach weekend so we can come back for dinner hoagies!!!

Simply the best hoagies I’ve had in a long time. Very fresh rolls, a solid amount of quality meats, and a great deal for an 18” hoagie. What’s also great is how the leftovers taste the next day. A great hoagie also tastes great after marinating in the fridge overnight. It was worth driving from Boston just to get one of these masterpieces. Think I might do that again right now… My ratings: I rate places relative to the category. The food and service at a great dive bar and an expensive restaurant may be equivalent, but I’d expect more at the later, so the dive bar could get 5 stars, while the restaurant gets 3. It doesn’t mean the restaurant is bad, it’s just not top quality compared to similar establishments.

Amazing Italian hoagie with the works. Quick service. Excellent communication on the phone. Solid product and value. What more can you want?

We had a veggie sub, Turkey club wrap and chicken tenders and everyone was ecstatic. The veggie sub was delicious, the wrap was packed with Turkey and bacon and our boys loved the chicken tenders. They were big pieces and they gave plenty of sauce. They were crazy busy but still very friendly and the food was ready quickly. We’ll definitely be going back.

This is my absolute favorite place to buy hoagies! They never disappoint are always friendly and it’s a pleasure to see the smiling faces on all the staff!

Small shop but it runs efficiently. We stopped in here about 11 am, right after they opened on a Sunday morning and they already had phone orders and sit ins! That's how we knew it was going to be good! I ordered the Italian 9" hoagie with everything on it. It was delicious and the right amount of food for one person. Good proportions of meat to cheese to sauces to bread. Couldn't go wrong here for a beach day lunch!

Take out only and very friendly counter service. Exceptional hoagies - 5 stars. Wonderful fresh Italian bread - crunchy on outside and soft/chewy on the inside. Highly recommend the Lee's Italian Cheltenham hoagie. Onion rings were ok at best, but lots of breading. I doubt I'd get them again. The supreme cheesesteak with fried onions was pretty good. I ordered it with hot peppers and forgot to specify I wanted the hot banana peppers, not the red pepper relish (did not like the taste). So my mistake I'd have to try it again.

This is a great place. Coming from Maryland you don't always get great subs (or is that hoagies?) They have a great selection of quick and delicious food. They have nice people working at the counter and they provide service with a smile. This is definitely a take out place as there is no place to eat in. But you're at the beach (or is it shore?)

I live in Texas and wait all year for our trip to stone harbor for lee's hoagies!! They have the best hoagies in the world!!! Their hot food is great too! My son loves the mozzarella sticks! They also always get the order right, which is impressive because we have 8 people in our group! I Lee's !!!!!

Just found this little gem this past summer. The hoagies are outstanding. I would highly recommend Lees hoagie House. Side note: they close for the off season after 10/06/24.

The absolute BEST hoagies in the entire county. Vegetables are fresh & flavorful. House specialty pepper dressing is to die for. Meat to topping ratio is absolutely perfect. Hoagie is dressed beautifully, but not soggy. Bread is crispy & has a nice toasty, bold flavor. Lee's hoagies knows how to make a gorgeous sandwich. I've added a little cross-section action for you because that's what matters when you're reviewing a hoagie shop. Perfect.

Was looking for a good Italian sub and found Lee's. It's a small walk in take out street front shop. My Italian was very good. The service was efficient and quick since this place is doing a lot of business. Stick with the medium size since it's about 12", the large is definitely a two man sandwich.

I had a good roast beef hoagie The rest of the group had wraps that they were not really happy with. Kind of messy and not made like the descriptions Prices were about average

If you want a really good sandwich - go here. My fave: turkey with lettuce, onions, provolone, oil/vinegar and oregano. Arguably a Top 20 sandwich that I've ever had and I am a serious sandwich connoisseur. Enjoy

Love this place. It's a must every time I'm in stone harbor. Great steak. The other sandwiches look really good as well but I e only had the steak and cheese.

The best hoagies around and the staff/owners are really friendly. Top off the Italian with all the suggested toppings (Oil and the peppers spread a must) and you'll be in for a great sandwich.

I grew up and spent many years in NJ, at the Jersey Shore. I have since moved and traveled all over the USA and have tried many versions of submarine sandwiches and hoagies. Lee's Hoagie House was the best surprise on my recent visit back to the Jersey Shore. This is, without a doubt, the BEST hoagie I have ever had in my 68 years. I hope and pray that these owners decide to franchise where I live now in Maui. While I know this is highly unlikely, I strongly recommend their Italian hoagie (extra meat) for the best hoagie you've ever had. I can't wait until my next visit to the Jersey Shore to get to visit Lee's again.

As advertised, hoagies were excellent and staff was friendly and nice. We had the italain with everything was fresh and I highly recommended

This is the best hoagie shop in Stone Harbor, and I grew up working in a hoagie shop here. But I didn't know they were a chain until we actually went there. Typically we have ordered from another place, but wanted something truly local like you expect in Philadelphia and down the at shore, and this place delivers. The deli meats are fresh and seasoned right, the oil and vinegar blend is perfect, the cheesesteaks are delcious, and the bread rolls are soft and fresh. Also the staff are friendly, and also local. But call your order in early because you will wait up to a half hour. And, of course, parking is non-existent on summer weekends.

Grabbed lunch to go from here yesterday and today. Both days ended up grabbing grilled cheese for the kids which they loved. I had a cheesesteak wiz wit yesterday and with hot peppers. Was really good as was the roll. Today had the "super sized italian" was basically the italian with all of he meats and extra cheese and meat. Was really good. Staff in there is amazing and they were working hard and positive the whole time. Great food and customer service. Would recommend calling your order in to save some time.

Lee's is delicious. I love their olive oil blend and the meat was freshly sliced. Good size portion and bread was solid

After growing up in Philly we craved a cheesesteak while visiting the Jersey Shore. The steak was good, but it could use more cheese. Overall I'd order from here again.

Very good subs. We ordered 10 subs for lunch on the beach and the order was complicated. They hit a home run. Well done, Lee's. Bread was a little soft overall but the meat made up for it. My wife said it was the best sub she ever had BUT she is from Maryland where subs are trash. I'm from Jersey and I say 3 stars as not even close to Sacco.

Just as good as I remember. No idea why anyone would wanna go to Wawa. Everything was fresh and I love their seasoned oil. Def will come again when I'm in the area!

We stopped here today while in Stone Harbor. It's the only solid hoagie on the island. The customer service was better than last time. The place was very very busy for a Monday. We both ordered Italian, they rolls were so fresh as were the meats. We will surely be back for our beach grub.

Best sandwich spot in Stone Harbor! John and Robin are incredible! They are very nice, genuine people who are passionate about their business. Every meal that leaves the shop is crafted with high quality and speed, an excellent combination mastered by few eateries. In short, Lee's is a great go-to for a quick lunch or dinner.

Best hoagies and very friendly service. I had the meatball parm, the Italian and the tuna on wheat. All were perfection and a great accompaniment to a day on the beach.

Hell yes. Called in a sammy that thing was ready in 7 minutes and it was great. The "Covid" service was great and I highly recommend Lee's

The best. But I AM biased. I grew up eating Lee's Hoagies outside of Philadelphia, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this outpost in Cape May, run by the founder's grand-daughter. Please understand what you're getting into here: This is a real Philadelphia hoagie -- not a grinder, not a sub, not a hero... submit, and do not argue! I'm sure the friendly staff would be happy to add mayonnaise to your sandwich if you ask, but for God sakes man! Don't do it! The place is very clean, but it's all about the food. There is a very small counter where you can dine in, but you may prefer to take out. My only regret is that after all these year's Frank's Black Cherry Wishniak soda is no longer available (at Lee's or most anywhere else...) If I lived within 20 miles of this place I'd go every day.

This place is absolutely amazing! The owner and staff were so delightful! I have never had a hoagies as good as this in all my life! My kids and I enjoyed it better then any meal that we had on our vacation! This place is a GEM!

When I visit Stone Harbor it is our mandatory first stop.I come here upon arrival and leaving,. The subs what can I say yummmmmm (no cheese whiz,but it's a taste of Philly).The owners live in Philly and there pride for there city shows.

Super Nice folks with the best ingredients take the time to ask you the right questions to make sure the hoagie contains exactly what you want - even if you forget yourself mayo? onions? And then they put it together with thought and precision - The full size hoagie will not fit in the fridge. They do nice things like wrap it separately if it's obvious that you're splitting it with someone. They deliver to the beach. (I've never actually had that, but it sounds great) Don't ask me about the non-hoagie things, I don't get that there. Although given the clean kitchen and quality work ethic, it's probably pretty good, subject to carry-out. Some things just don't carry out. Thank goodness hoagies are not one of those things. If you do get the beach delivery, eat it under an umbrella. The seagulls know what to look for and will swoop down and snatch them right out of your hand. If you're under an umbrella they usually can't see it from the sky. Usually.

I dig this place! Very solid hoagies at the Jersey shore. The people that run the place are friendly and I like that they offer delivery by bicycle to some parts of the island (including the beach!) for only $1. Whenever I'm in the mood for a sandwich and not in the mood to make it myself, I will be calling up Lee's. I haven't tried their cheesesteaks yet, but I eventually will since I have heard good things.

It's the bomb and the people who work there are hilarious plus they have fantastic food!

Best hoagies on the island without question. The chicken salad hoagie and turkey hoagie w the lees oil and hot pepper spread - unmatched! Can't beat it anywhere (except maybe another Lees location)

Sandwiches are great, very fresh bread. Delivery to the beach is awesome. Wings are HORRIBLE.

On Sunday called in an order of 7 hoagies a sandwich and wings. The girl who took the order on the phone was fantastic and made sure she got everything exactly right. The food was delicious as always but it was great service!

12 years of Sunday school and Lee's Jewish hoagie has me considering a bris. Though Lee's employees have the typical jersey shore attitude of "what do you want?", they were actually very accommodating to our gluten free order. The Jewish hoagie was delicious. Even a half size is plenty to share. The enormous pile of meat and veggies were delectable and the bread was quite standout.

Great sandwiches- turkey with the works is the way to go. Beware- they are HUGE, a whole is more than enough for 3-4 people. Always a good idea to call in your orders during high season and weekends.

On a rainy day at the beach we found this wonderful place. The food was great and the staff friendly! I highly recommend these very meaty subs.

Best cheese steaks and sandwiches Stone Harbor has to offer. Buffalo chicken is a must if you enjoy hot stuff. Everything else is amazing too. Been coming here for years and I do my best to Eat here every day while in town. Beach delivery or pick it up you can't go wrong with this place!

Best tuna hoagies ever! They actually use albacore tuna, and lots of other Lee's Hoagies don't. Very impressed. Had their chicken fingers delivered to my office today and they were excellent! Great customer service!!
