Locals said to try Leetvermaak and it was great. Friendly staff, informal vibe. amd reasonably priced, well cooked food. Here's a fricassée of guinea fowl with mushrooms and meatballs, salad and potato cakes.

We came here with our boys and they totally loved the food - as did we. The tapas-style starters are great for sharing and very well done in terms of taste and texture. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. A bit out of the main crowdy area but well worth taking a small detour.

Been here many a time on my own, with friends and family and not had a bad experience yet. Food's great, service is good and attentive without being stuffy.
And they organize great concerts to boot

Service was terrible. Waited for almost 2 hours before food was served. When the meal came, one order was incorrect and the fish was lukewarm. The manager was annoyed that we sent the fish back for reheating. He also would not believe us when we insisted we had not ordered the pasta dish. Not a nice way to spend an evening.
