A neat place to check out as a family, read more about the 4 stars f your kids love, it’s worth checking out. The inside is bright, colorful, and has something for everyone. The big Lego play structure is always a hit, and the race car station where kids can build and race their own cars is hands down the highlight. There’s also a nice little play area outside the entrance, plus a gift shop with member discounts (10% off), which is a nice perk. Parking is easy if you get close to the door, and once you walk in, LEGOLAND is right on the right-hand side. We also love that there’s a frozen yogurt place right next door with a few non-dairy flavors a fun little add-on treat. That said, there are a few downsides. Some of the attractions are really small, like the little indoor train game where you “zap” zombies (not my favorite). There’s also a mini ride and a mini movie theater, but the attractions sometimes lean a little on the scarier side for younger kids. The hours don’t make a lot of sense no evening hours during the week, which isn’t very helpful for families with school aged kids. Depending on the time of day, there aren’t always many staff around. And if you go during a field trip, it can get really busy, so it’s worth checking online before heading out. Overall though, we’re members, and our kids enjoy it every time we go. It could use more seasonal updates and interactive features, but for a small space, it’s a great place for Lego-loving kids. I’d give it 4 stars.

I took my four year old son a few days ago. They were having a Halloween special event where you make your own Lego potion. There was only one person working at the table and we waited in line for quite a long time- no problem. When it’s our turn, my four year old who had a stammer (it’s like a stutter but he repeats whole words instead of syllables) was excited. He was being polite and started to talk to the lady. She interrupted him and repeated what he said in a mocking way. He started to say we-we-we want to… and she interrupted and said We-we-we. Extremely rude, mean spirited and hurtful. I was honestly shocked and didn’t say anything at first other than to tell her that he’s just excited and has a stammer. I was able to speak to a manager who said he would talk to the employee. But he didn’t really apologize or offer us a free ticket or anything at all. I didn’t ask for anything I was just very hurt that someone working around kids would be so mean. My kid loves this place so we will probably return, but I really hope that someone in management does something about the young lady who treated us this way. She shouldn’t be interacting with children until she changes her attitude.

I recently visited LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Phoenix with my daughter, and honestly, I was disappointed. The only reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They really tried to make it fun for the kids and were patient and welcoming. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. We paid over \$30 per person expecting a mini amusement park experience, but it felt more like a glorified indoor play area. There are only a couple of small rides, which were okay but not worth the price of admission. After 20 minutes, my kid was already bored — and we had seen and done just about everything. The activities are very limited. A small indoor playground, and a couple of LEGO build stations, there really wasn’t much else to do. It might be okay if tickets were under \$10 or part of a larger entertainment complex, but at full price, it just doesn’t offer enough. Save your money and try something else.

FIRST TIME VISIT!! Riley at Check in started off our Lego adventure with a very warm welcome and was super sweet to our son! Delanie the master builder took the time to talk to us about their creating process and talk to my son about his interest in her builds and was very sweet and gave him a mini figure! At the end we visited the gift shop, and Mason Took incredibly good care of us and really made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I can’t believe I just said that I had a good time spending a lot of money but sure enough here I am saying that every penny was worth it and then some we really cannot wait to come back!! THANK YOU! This might be our first time visiting but definitely won’t be our last!!

Google
This place was amazing fun for myself and my nearly 5 year old. I would recommend it for families with kids aged 4 to 9. They have a showroom that's interactive with buttons to liven the scenes, Lots of building stations, a playplace type playground, VR, 2 rides and a movie theater. They also sell Starbucks coffee and have a decent cafe. The only lacking section imo was the car building area with ramps that didn't have enough supplies. We spent 4 hours there and my kid still wasn't ready to leave, but it was closing time.

Google
I didn't realize this was inside the mall. The first couple rooms are really dark, kinda scared my almost 2 year old. The place is small but pretty spacious, fun and cute, had little activity centers for the kids. Has a little coffee and food shop, a really big and clean bathroom. Its a cute experience to do once.

Google
I went with my kids and had a great time riding rides, playing games and even building with Legos. The place was clean, well organized and the staff was super friendly with the kids. It is a fun way to spend a few hours indoors especially with the nice air conditioning.

We recently visited Lego land for one reason because my son follows @masterbuilderalec and we drove between countries to come and view and see his work. After paying the entrance fee for three our excitement was building to meet the master Alec. As we made it through the “main legoland build”, which was really cool and after going through the rest of it that was the only thing we felt was worth any viewing. I know they state that there was a movie and formula one builds kids play area maze rooms for other birthday stuff simulators that were not working, dark room area that also was not working. When we went to build out so called Lego car there was barely any Legos to build anything and the containers holding the tiny little pieces of Legos was encased in a wood station and when you go to lift up the plastic Lego container you could see all the way down inside the copious amounts of garbage Legos ridiculous amounts of dust ball’s. It was discussing. Then we went to see about Alec who apparently don’t work there he is brought in from time to time and doesn’t have any kind of schedule with Lego land. We honestly wanted to meet him only and the amount of money to go in here was extremely over priced to say the least. We lasted about a total of 15-20 ands no Alec. So we decided to leave because it just wasn’t worth it. I reached out to management and they graciously returned the money and we then instead bought Lego. I honestly would not pay to go back inside and would much rather spend money inside the store itself. I’m giving it a low rating based on it being so dirty and a lot of the stuff we were going to see either want working, not enough products and the main guy Alec. I would give the manager a 5 star for her kindness and ability to reimburse us. We drove from Canada down to Mexico and then drove back up to Arizona stayed an extra day so we could go there specifically. Over all it was lacking, over priced and dirty.

Yelp
My son and I did a trip out to Tucson and Phoenix during spring break. Since we are LLCA pass holders, we figured why not visit this discovery center. We had only visited once discovery center (Toronto), and don't have much experience with them. Like most they it is located in a mall. I don't mind this as there is ample parking. We arrived just before opening and were greeted as soon as they opened. They had the Ferrari build event going on, we were kind of bummed they were out of the lanyards, but my son could at least participate in the event and received his pop badge. There isn't a whole lot to do, but there are a few rides. It's an easy way to spend an hour, I'd say maximum 2 hours. I appreciated that there was a little cafe with tables and chairs so I could sit for a bit while my son explored. Don't worry, he's old enough. The staff while not as upbeat as most at LLCA, we found them mostly friendly. We brought pop badges from CA to trade and everyone my son offered to trade with was so excited. Overall it was a nice way to spend a some time in air conditioning. We also checked out SeaLife and were thoroughly impressed.

Yelp
Overall, I found this a bit underwhelming. They had a ride where you could shoot at targets, but it was more of a calm kiddie ride than anything exciting. Another ride let you pedal your seat to go up and down while circling around -- again, nothing too thrilling. The most impressive part was the Lego sculptures of Arizona landmarks, which were genuinely cool. For the price, though, I don't feel it was worth it. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't go again. The kids thought it was just okay. There was a Lego play area where kids could build, which might be more appealing for younger ones around ages 5-8. They also had a food court and a small movie theater.

Yelp
I got to tag along with my grandsons and I had a real good time. Rode a couple rides, played a few games, worked on my ninja skills and then watched a few movies. And then I played with Lego's. All packed in a couple of hours. The place is well organized and lit well. The floors and restrooms were clean...nice. The staff were very nice and the ones interacting with the kiddos were great. If you have to be indoors your time is well spent here. Last words...air conditioning.

Yelp
Pretty much sucks! The Lego building station didn't have enough bricks to build cars, pumpkins, etc. Broken rides! Broken sinks! It's pretty sad. I'm sure it was great at some point. Just needs some attention.

Kristin C.

Yelp
Absolutely LOVED IT!! I'm nothing but a big kid at heart and had a blast looking at the various Lego displays and of course having so many sets to get in front of me was incredibly dangerous!! I was visiting from out of town and will be back for sure! Not sure why the little cookout brings me so much joy, but it sure does!

Yelp
Got 40% Off for Summer and decided to check this place out with my toddler. We intended to go to Legoland in San Diego earlier this year, but we didn't make it. Parking was a little far, as the lot was busy, and in the Summer, walking across the asphalt is brutal. Luckily there are some trees there to provide some shade! Walked right in, scanned our barcodes, and were advised one of the rides was down due to employees on lunch, but would be back up within the hour. We followed the prompts and began to explore. The play land was fun for my little guy and the 4D movie was fun for all of us and included some sprinkles of rain and wind for effects. The rides were good in quality and one of them reminded me of the Super Mario ride at Universal Studios...only shorter. There were places all over to create your Lego masterpieces, and even race them down a few tracks. We checked out the dance room, but were bored a little too quickly. Overall, this place was fun at the 40% Off Discounted Rate, but I probably wouldn't pay full price. If there was a Monthly Membership that was reasonable, and we lived nearby, I would consider it for sure.

Yelp
Can't read my, can't read my No, he can't read my Lego face... Honestly didn't know what to expect from this place. The Legoland in CA is a theme park and this is more like a small activity center with a few rides. Located inside Arizona Mills you'd probably assume it's a big Lego store from the outside. It was great for our toddlers, they got on rides, had an indoor playground, built Lego cars, watched a Lego short film and tested their Lego Ninja skills. It's a good way to beat the AZ heat indoors. We bought a package that included the SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium next door. The staff was very helpful in pointing out the package, that saves you a bit on both. Plenty of parking around Arizona Mills and right by the entrance. Design your Lego face along with your personalized character when you enter. You can take photos along the way and use a QR code to see the photos. You finish by going thru the store, so many options hold onto your wallets. All in all nice place to give the kids a break.
google avatar

brittini a.

Yelp
Suggest buying the package deal get the aquarium with LEGOland. We enjoyed both! Lego land was kept nice and clean, only complaint I'm sure it's hard to keep it together with all the kids, the car Lego building area was a bit rough, hard to find all the right legos to build a car or enough right parts.. the rides was fun and the theater 4d experience. Staff friendly plenty of activities and to dos for kiddos to keep them entertained and going. They have a small snack area nothing to crazy there I felt the need to buy but at least they have the option.
google avatar

Yelp
My grandkids age 8 and 5 1/2 loved the virtual reality, the rides and all the experiences. Both would come back in a heart beat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of room and seating. The restrooms are great too!!

Yelp
Came for my son's 6th birthday. Alex was amazing and helped us switch ticket days for us. This allowed both of my son's best friends to come for his birthday. Upon arrival, my son also got a birthday crown, keychain and sticker. Their 4D movies were broken which was sad but the kids had a blast doing everything else. The food court area also had a good variety of food and the prices weren't outrageously priced which was super nice. The bathrooms had fun Lego figures on the doors and a sink for small children. They have two rides.... One that you pedal and it goes higher. The other is a video game type ride. They have plenty stations with Legos for creativity and fun! Kids want to come back again.

Yelp
If you've taken your little one(s) to LEGOLAND in Carlsbad, you know that it's great for the little ones, but not so great for the little, little ones if you know what I mean. LEGOLAND has a lot of rides for the bigger kids but is very limited on rides and activities for the toddlers. LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Arizona Mills is perfect for tots that aren't quite tall enough for most amusement park rides. It's a small facility right in the mall and is very interactive for LEGO lovers. We began our visit on the interactive Kingdom Quest ride. You ride along in a little cave shooting characters to save the princess. After the ride, we enjoyed the play areas where kids can climb and go down slides. Of course there are areas where kids get to create things with LEGOS. There was an area to build race cars and have them go down the racetrack against cars built by other kids. My favorite has got to be the little LEGO pool that is basically a huge tub full of LEGO pieces. My son actually got in it and pretended to swim. So what happens with all of the LEGO pieces that get strewn around the facility? Well, there was an employee, who very diligently and patiently went around, sweeping up the LEGO pieces off the ground. Phew! Bless her heart. There's a little snack shop in the back and of course LEGOLAND wouldn't be complete without a gift shop. There are cute LEGO lunchboxes available as an option to get to have your food served in. We'll be back so the kiddos can have more interactive fun the next times we're in the Phoenix area.

Yelp
Such a cool experience for both adults and kids! We tried it with friends and kids and it was so much fun going through the activities. We spent over two hours and could have stayed longer if they weren't closing, which was at 5:00pm. I don't like to spoil the fun of these places so I'll just mention that besides the Lego activities, there's a kids indoor playground, food and drinks and display areas that are so great to look at! You can buy the ticket online, and can do a combo with sea life which is cool. You also have 60 days to visit after you've purchased the ticket. We got the combo and visited Lego Land and have 60 days from the purchase date to visit sea life. A must visit for everyone who enjoys legos!

Yelp
My trip to Legoland Discovery Center was fantastic! From the giant Lego octapus greeting us at the entrance to the detailed Miniland cityscapes, everything was such a fun experience. They have many different Lego sets to pick from, but one that I was on the search for was Titantic. After walking through the store, I wasn't able to find it so I asked the employee and he was nice enough to share that they weren't sure if/when they would get it back in stock since it sounds like they were limited availability, and may not even sell it anymore.

Yelp
This probably breaks Yelp rules but I think the fair thing to do is update with my afterthoughts rather than rewrite or edit my initial review. It's been 2 days since my visit to Legoland. And I have since decided my experience wasn't as great as I initially felt. First, there are many many Lego bricks being touched, yet, I didn't see a single hand sanitizer station. Nowadays, kids build with kits. All Lego bricks were single in tubs which is not what my kids prefer so they didn't want to build things. They ended up spending all of their time in the play place and the 2 rides. Yet, the rides are definitely geared for younger kids. But after thinking back on the rides and the play place I have realized there is really nothing for a tween or teen to do in Legoland other than the movies and creative brick building from a tub. This location is very small by 10:30am it was packed and literally difficult to move about. With so many people in the cramped space it's difficult to move about and difficult to get to the rides. We were in line for the rides for 45 minutes to an hour. Also, the gift shop is only Lego kits, Lego figurines and a few Lego plushies. There are no t-shirts or magnets - like small things that just say Legoland on them that aren't building items. Just some thoughts to perhaps help Legoland AZ to improve. I do believe this place has potential.
google avatar

Tawnee H.

Yelp
This place is worth a visit if you have Lego loving kids, but just make sure to set expectations. We got there early which was great because as it got busier, it wasn't as much fun since you had to share the space with so many people. The kids were excited to try the earthquake shaking Lego building set, but in reality, the shaking did very little. The car section was a mess and hard to find the things needed to build out your cars. The rides were just okay. It was fun and worth our time, but one visit was enough for us.
google avatar

Jay B.

Yelp
I mean we know that it's just a LEGOLAND discovery center but I would hope there was a little more enthusiasm from the people working there, more excitement.... Maybe because we don't go there a lot - we were just visiting from abroad, but it's just a little dated. Good to kill time in air conditioning during the summer heat, but so many places can be this in Phoenix metropolitan area.... It would be cool to find that place that blows you away and is just different.
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
So much fun for kids and big kids (adults). It's truly amazing what you can build with Lego's and LEGOLAND does not disappoint! My son had a blast on the dark ride and the play area.
google avatar

Luis P.

Yelp
This is a great place to take kids to interact and build. Lots of things to keep them entertained and excited. The even have a small dungeon ride at the beginning.
google avatar

Keaira K.

Yelp
Takes about 30 minutes from start to finish. Price is WAY too high! I suspect this place may be going out of business soon, it was a ghost town on a Saturday. Out dated, dirty facility. Do not recommend.

Justine J.

Yelp
Master builder Alec is the best! My kids learned so much from him and he is hilarious! Thank you!
google avatar

Diele K.

Yelp
I thought the Lego displays and Lego store in downtown Disney was impressive, but this location is incredible with an octopus fountain display! The store is spacious and has an experience you can book as well. Be sure to take your Lego loving friends/family here!
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
For the price, there isn't really a lot to do. One shooting game/ride, but it kept breaking down while we were waiting in line. There is another carnival type ride that the kids liked. The climbing structure was a hit, but is fairly small. It's a decently cool place, but doesn't keep the kids entertained for too long. For the price, I think there are better things to do.

Yelp
We met friends at Legoland Discovery Center in Arizona Mills mall on a Tuesday. It was our first time visiting and it wasn't too busy. Tickets are $24.99 before tax, or you can do like we did and paid $29.99 to get Legoland and the Sea Life aquarium next door. We had a blast and spent all day at Legoland, so we have sixty days to return and use our pass for Sea Life. In our group we had two 6 year olds, an eight year old, two moms, and grandma. Everyone was entertained! We all had fun starting on the shooter style ride aiming at targets through different scenes. Then we walked through mini land where all of the scenes and buildings were Arizona landmarks. Some even had buttons to push that made characters move. The baseball football stadiums were awesome but the Grand Canyon was my absolute favorite! This whole room was so cool! In the main play room, there is a snack bar with drinks and food and grab-and-go snacks. Because they weren't too busy we were allowed to leave to grab lunch in the mall food court. (They won't allow this on a fuller capacity day). We all had fun building and adding on to the little city in the FRIENDS zone. The kids made friends and spent a lot time playing on the play structure...which gave us moms some adult chat time. Then we all watched the 4d ninjago movie. They have a few different movies that play throughout the day. We competed in building structures that could survive in the shaking earthquake zone. Competition continued by building cars to race and jump on different tracks. We peeked in the master builder room at all the 6 that Master Builder Alec (Check out his well known youtube channel) has put together. We finished the day by writing the second ride which was a spinning/flying ride that you had to peddle to go up and down. It was a fun day and now I really want to go to the real Legoland Check out more on Instagram @msbusyblonde

Yelp
Great for kids under 9 I would wager. Kind of a "Chuck E. Cheese" without the video games and a bunch of Legos instead.
google avatar

Larry M.

Yelp
Legoland never disappoints. This is an excellent place to bring the kids to enjoy some family time. It's well organized and lots of activities for the little ones to do. The restrooms are very clean. I will definitely return. It's very reasonably priced.
google avatar

Courtney H.

Yelp
Kids absolutely loved it and so did my husband! Lots to do. A 4D theater, snack shop, play places, rides, and more! Super clean bathrooms. Cleaner then the bathrooms in the mall that legoland is in. A big place to buy legos as well. Definitely hours of fun for kids of all ages.
google avatar

Matt S.

Yelp
Experience was not the great at all, set up was very modern and fun . But the employee Vay that works at the desk was rude to my 4 year old saying "I can't talk to you right now I have a million people talking to me" when she was only helping one customer lol. He literally just asked her if they have Lego sea turtles... she treated my 4 year old like an adult instead of being friendly and kind. Very disappointed. Then my father in law , who had a ticket and was meeting up with us a few min later , was denied entry because he didn't have a kid with him. Even though his grandchild was inside. Pretty messed up , lucky to get 3 stars.
google avatar

Pearl W.

Yelp
My son really loves legos so I was wanting to bring him here. We have been to Legoland in CA so this was a different more chill experience. I was surprised that they actually had a couple rides. We enjoyed the shooting game, it was a lot of fun. They had a little playground inside near the food court. They also have 4D movies. My son loved the movie. I wish they had a couple back to back because my son wanted to watch another one, but the next movie wasn't showing for about 30 mins. The build the lego figure in the shop is fun, but I wish it was a little more organized so you can find the parts you need. I ended up giving up on building my figure.
google avatar

Eva M.

Yelp
It was fine and all. My kids are 5 & 7 and spent their time on the little playground and that's about it. They weren't tooooo interested in anything else. Other than the excitement of riding a ride. But paying $150 for a family of 5 on JUST entrance?????? That does not include food, drinks, photos, experiences etc. Not worth it AT ALL. I suggest you'd rather spend it elsewhere. I

Brandon T.

Yelp
Love the aquarium plus package, legoland was amazing. Love the mini lego lands and rides. Tired my kids out and left wanting more. Worth it
google avatar

Kelly C.

Yelp
If you have a child about 10 and under, this place is pretty cool. I've been to Legoland and was quite surprised how much they have here to do. The center is at the mall. It has two actual kid rides and a 4D movie theater that plays 4 different movies at different times. There are also several areas where you can just build legos, a small little cafe, and an indoor play structure. The mini land- was so cute and had miniature replicas of things and places in AZ. I came with my sister and her kids and she was contemplating getting a season pass, so the kids could have a place to play indoors in the summer. My nephews and niece had a blast, and I did too! We got the cheapest pass, which was 25.99 a person.

Rob T.

Yelp
None of the interactive games were working. We paid to do the VR experience and nobody was available to activate the ride because they were too busy cleaning. Absolutely not worth the money, complete rip off. Grandkids were heart broken. Staff were rude and did not care if anything worked. THIS IS NOT LEGO LAND CALIFORNIA It's a complete rip off
google avatar

Susan A.

Yelp
I came here once for a Yelp event and then we came recently because we wanted to take my daughter for the first time. I think they're a bit overpriced for being so small. I mean, you're basically playing with legos or there's two rides that you can go on. I think our daughter enjoyed the rides more than the legos. It might be a little more fun for older kids. ( our daughter is 3) But either way I think they're overpriced. You can probably go through the whole thing in an hour.
google avatar

Dustie M.

Yelp
I was excited to find this online as my 4 year old loves legos and I used to love them as a child as well. Photos from the website do a great job of selling the venue and look as it is a fairly large attraction. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed in very quickly as we had purchased tickets online ahead of time. After about 15 minutes of exploring we had seen all of the areas and went back to give the ones that peaked our interest some time to have fun. The build stations seem to be the main focus, which makes sense. The problem we ran into is most of the build stations were broken, missing critical parts or so crowded with unsupervised kids that my daughter couldn't really play with much. We did check out the wizard couch ride which my daughter loved and the 4d theater was a huge hit with her. Overall, it is a bit underwhelming. My daughter made the best of it and was able to have some fun but definitely some room for improvement.

Yelp
Exceeded expectations extremely well priced.. The 4D movie was unique and memorable. The 12 year old and 3 year old both had a blast.

Yelp
My kids and I have visited the Legoland theme park in California and while in town we decided this would be a fun activity for the whole family since we did see that the center had rides as well as activities for the kids. Purchase price to visit is about $25 per person, children 3 and under were free. We figured it was a solid deal considering they did have some rides. The Legoland discovery center is located in which looks like an outlet mall that was about 15 minutes from our hotel in Phoenix. Not gonna lie when I walked up I wasn't very impressed. It looked pretty run down. We entered the Legoland and we were able to try our first ride which was pretty exciting for the littles ones. We then went through the rest of the Legoland which had different Arizona monuments, parks, sports arenas, etc. there were a few areas where the kids could build so many different things. We did also get to see a 4d movie which lasted about 15 min. The reason I don't give this place more stars is the fact that the ride, one of the screens were broken so you couldn't see what you were trying to "shoot" and when we came back to try the ride again (about 30 min later) it had been shut down. It was a fairly fun place but for the price I don't think I would go again. It's kind of overpriced when half the stuff isn't working. But, glad we got to try it out.

Yelp
My 3 year old daughter got motion sickness today on the Wizard ride. Freddy went above and beyond to help us! I approached him to ask for an empty popcorn bucket or garbage bags, and he happily obliged PLUS gave us sprite and club crackers. He wouldn't let me pay for any of it. He was an angel in disguise today. Thank you for taking care of our family!

Yelp
As standard of a Lego discovery center as you can get. Not great. Not terrible. Kids had fun. If you've never been to one it's a weak stand in for Legoland. But it fills a small need. We lived close to one previously so it didn't quite have the same magic if you e never been to one. The aquarium is run by the same company and once again is just so so. You can easily burn and entire day between the two places. The mall itself feels run down.

Yelp
Very fun place to take the kids and to have a good time. Purchasing the aquarium bundle was definitely beneficial. However I didn't feel there was as much as there could be and also I think the logs should be organized a bit better at the end of each day even though I could see that as being time consuming and monotonous.

Yelp
Had a great experience taking my son here for his 4th birthday. He had a blast and spent hours playing. This is a great place for Lego fans 10 and under. All of the staff members were great and very friendly, made his birthday super special.

Yelp
I brought my son here for a one on one day with him. He is 3 years old and he seemed to enjoy it. It's a bit over priced if you get the single ticket for what is offered. I was able to purchase the double ticket for legoland and sealife so it saved a few bucks in the end. If anything I think parent tickets should be at discounted price since there is not much for parents to do but I guess it's one way for the company to make money. Overall it was a cool one time experience and the fact my son enjoyed himself made the visit worth it.

Yelp
Dirty place. Everything is filthy. Food on the floor, dirty tables, gross. Bathrooms are filthy. This place is disgusting.

Yelp
We have a membership for Legoland/The Aquarium so to get the most out of the passes we visit here at least twice a month as the kids enjoy being able to hang out for an hour or two building creations to their hearts desire. Though there are several area the staff could work on, if you've never been here before here is a bit of info: Tickets are cheaper if you purchase online before visiting the attraction otherwise you will be paying double what you would purchasing tickets online. When you first go in you can take photos and do a little video experience thing, we usually just skip over the photos and the video (the staff let you through a side door into the main area). Once you are past the little video/interactive experience you'll find the first of two rides. It is a laser gun game where you ride on a cart through a five minute (give or take) course where you can help defend the castle and save a baby dragon. Sadly half the time we go each cart has at least one non-working gun, the last time we went the front half of one of the carts didn't work. After exiting you can see your photo along with any you took at the front, the pricing is as you'd expect from an attraction like this and they are a bit expensive. Venturing further into the attraction you'll enter "Mini Land" where you'll find about a half dozen small cities or scenes made from legos that have interactive buttons you can push, most just make noise but some allow you to play small games. Once past "Mini Land" you are in the main part of the building where you'll find a 4D Theater, the second ride, a toddler area, a playground and five different lego building areas, plus bathrooms, a cafe etc. 4D Theatre - Mists water and bubbles, plus it blows air and has light shows for different parts of the show. If you do not wish to get wet or get bubbles in your hair, I would skip this. Our kids love it but we always sit where my husband doesn't get wet since the water is chilly. Merlin's Ride - Two people allowed on per "cart", it has bike pedals where you'll need to pedal in order to raise the cart up as you skin around. Small feet are unable to reach so you'll need an adult or older sibling on the ride with the smaller child. Play ground - best for children 8 and under. Our daughter is ten and doesn't like going in here as much as she used to as many areas are a bit short for her. Lego building areas - All of them are a lot of fun and you'll find hundreds of legos to use and build with. If you love building you can end up being here a while. Bathrooms - Are generally always clean, have toilet paper, paper towels, and soap handy. I haven't had any issues with their bathrooms. Cafe - I HIGHLY suggest eating before coming here especially if you know you'll get hungry. We are a family of four, I ordered a nacho, three hot dogs and a mini pizza (the girl turned two of the hot dogs into a meal). Even with the 20% membership discount we still paid almost $35 for everything and it was far from worth it, the "nachos" are gas station quality just small round chips with a little big of plain cheese. The hot dogs were just that a regular hot dog in a bun, and the pizza took a while to get a small mushy pizza, we were all disappointed with our food. The cafe area also generally isn't clean, I see staff walking around a lot yet half the tables end up staying dirty for the 1-2 hours we are there and when I want a place to sit in the cafe area I usually have to clean the table myself. - Photos are from a members only type night so I was lucky to get photos of the place with no one in it.

Yelp
This place is super cute, themed out fully! If your Kiddos are ages 3-7 they will enjoy it. My girls are a little older and I have a tot, there is nothing really for a tot here he's under 2, there's a slide and soft blocks to play with. There's two actual rides, one moves forward and you shoot lasers (similar to buzz light year ride in Disney but shorter and slower) a plus to this. You can have your baby lap sit with you. There's another ride (similar to Dumbo) pros to the rides is that the lines were short and you can ride multiple times. We went on a Friday, and the girls rode it many times as there wasn't much else that interested them. As I said this place is fun for little ones, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.. and it was a drive for us. So there's a jungle gym area, there's little pockets throughout the place, like a disco dance place, a 4D theatre that was pretty cool, the movie was like 10-20 minutes maybe? It appears to be short staffed they are on double duty, wiping tables and helping with attractions, but everyone was super nice and helpful. It's pretty clean in comparison to other indoor playgrounds. Best value would be to upgrade your ticket for the aquarium as there's not a ton to do here unless your kiddos will sit around building legos which my weren't into. I'd also skip on the extra 5$ VR experience, it was very short.

Yelp
We had our family outing here that included myself, hubby, in-laws, and our 2 kids currently aged 7 and 3. One of the few places I would consider truly fun for the whole family. Yes, this place is catered towards children and I feel that there was enough for adults to do to be entertained. The waiting time for the rides were fairly short and we were able to fully explore and play in each area we visited. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and made our time here so much more enjoyable. I couldn't help but notice one staff member in particular who looked so bored and uninterested! I certainly don't blame how she feels but she should have tried to hide it a bit better. My kids received a little Halloween bag with some starting LEGO pieces with the task to visit different stations around the center to pick up more pieces to eventually build a LEGO ghost. It was such a cool, simple, and fun thing for the kids to do to mark this seasonal holiday and make our time here more memorable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I didn't break the bank on admission. Pro tip: buy your tickets online to save some money! A couple of dollars saved per person really adds up. I would also advise to have a meal either before or after your visit. The cafe does have some simple food and drinks but I feel money is better spent on a true meal at the food court or one of the restaurants in the mall. I cannot recommend this enough for any LEGO fan! I am looking forward to coming back.

Yelp
For $25/person, everything should be working. Be sure your kids are wearing socks - otherwise you will have to buy them from the cafe once you are inside in order for them to play on the indoor playground - a fact they failed to mention when we bought our tickets. The very first ride was not staffed; when we asked about it, the employee first said they were cleaning it, then that they were fixing it; she told us to come back in an hour or so, & if it wasn't working she'd call someone for an ETA. I asked why that couldn't be done now - a manager was called, & lo & behold, it was now opening. Only 1 of the 3 guns kept score on the ride we were on; one score display was covered w/electrical tape, the other stayed at zero until the very end of the ride when it suddenly clicked on. One whole scene of the ride was completely omitted, because the screen was totally black. In the Miniland, the buttons on the interactive football stadium did not work; nothing happened when the buttons were pushed or the joysticks were moved (too bad, because this is the only one that allows kids to move the figures) The rest of the display was pretty cool, there were some interactive things for the kids to do (buttons to push) but honestly, we've seen much better on LEGO Masters! The café area is nice, parents can sit & chat while the kids play; however, it only takes payment cards - no cash at all. The area also isn't staffed or supervised beyond parents watching their own kids; there were several kids running around on the play structure in bare feet. There was no Master Model Builder working, so the kids didn't get to actually see anything being built. I was hoping that this would be a place for my son to learn some new skills & expand his building ability. With QR codes & a hit show on TV, would think that there would be more interactive exhibits & e plotting opportunities - there aren't. There are LEGOS to play with, but no one is staffing the area, & I guess since no one is stopping kids from taking LEGOs home, there are nowhere near enough pieces to build anything to completion; but it doesn't even matter, because there aren't enough instructions for more than 1 or 2 kids at a time to look at in order to build, & there isn't anyone there to help or guide them. There is also no one cleaning up LEGOS, so you must rely on the parenting of others. There is a Creative Workshop, w/lessons on a loop, & it looks like the times are supposed to be scheduled & posted; but the board is empty, so you have to watch the screen jump in when you can, & wait for the timed lesson to run out & start again. But again, this is not staffed, so much of the time is spent searching for pieces. All in all, it might be ok if it was staffed properly, but today was frustrating.

Yelp
Awful it took 10 minutes for 12 dollars.Highly disappointed and not recommended. The drive was awful very hard to get to Legoland.the map is very unuseful.
