The 25 Best Things to Do in Dubai

"Legos come to life at Legoland Dubai (sister to others across the world, including in Florida), where 60 interactive rides and 15,000 Lego models entrance the young and young-at-heart. Aimed at families with children between the ages of 2 and 12, the theme park was created from 60 million Legos and encompasses six lands, indoor and out. And now there is a Legoland Hotel that allows families to really immerse themselves in Lego for a weekend or overnight stay. In the heat of summer, the outdoor attractions can be a little too much to bear, but the indoor ones are just as good—and they're air-conditioned." - Melinda Healy

Legoland Dubai – Theme Park Review | Condé Nast Traveler

"What’s the vibe here? Legos come to life at Legoland Dubai (sister to others across the world, including in Florida ), where 60 interactive rides and 15,000 Lego models entrance the young and young-at-heart. Aimed at families with children between the ages of 2 and 12, the theme park was created from 60 million Legos and encompasses six lands, indoor and out. In the heat of summer, the outdoor attractions can be a little too much to bear, but the indoor ones are just as good—and they're air-conditioned. Any must-sees? The biggest draw here is the indoor Middle East–themed Miniland, which has a miniature display of Dubai's famous skyline and other recognizable city landmarks, all made from millions of bricks. Each display is interactive; there's also an area where you can make your own skyline on a dedicated play table. Was it easy to get around? Although there are six areas, the park is relatively easy to navigate—just pick up a map when you arrive. There are also ample rest spots and bathrooms, and most attractions are accessible. What—and who—is this best for? You'll need at least a few hours here to make the most of Legoland. Families with young children will be in their element here; the park now has a new attraction - Legoland Hotel." - Melinda Healy

We had a wonderful time at the waterpark! The kids absolutely loved it, and the atmosphere was vibrant and full of fun. The accessibility to all the games and attractions was fantastic. As a mother, I really appreciated the well-organized changing rooms — they made it easy to manage more than one child at a time. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional throughout our visit. Highly recommended for families!

Legoland Dubai is a vibrant, family-friendly theme park that blends playful creativity with immersive attractions, perfect for children aged 2–12. The park is thoughtfully divided into themed zones, including Adventure, Kingdoms, Imagination, Miniland, and more. Miniland is particularly impressive, showcasing intricate LEGO-built replicas of iconic Middle Eastern landmarks, from the Burj Khalifa to the Pyramids of Giza—crafted with millions of bricks. Rides are mostly gentle and interactive, designed with younger kids in mind, such as driving their own LEGO cars or sailing on themed boat rides. There’s also the Legoland Water Park next door, with slides, lazy rivers, and build-your-own raft activities, offering a refreshing break from the desert heat. The atmosphere is cheerful and colorful, with friendly staff adding to the welcoming feel. Dining options are adequate, though prices are on the higher side, and the variety could be broader for picky eaters. While older teens or thrill-seekers may find the rides less exciting, Legoland Dubai shines as a place for family bonding, imagination, and hands-on fun. If you visit, plan to go early in the day and avoid peak summer months for a more comfortable experience. Overall, it’s a joyful escape into a LEGO-built world.

We came for a visit in June. The kids loved it, especially if they are Lego-crazy. The place definitely had a lot of rides. We were able to even get free kids entry. However, some of the rides were closed due to the hot weather. Would recommend a days time for the Lego Theme Park. Make sure to bring your own water, nothing is free inside and it's all costly.

A fun and creative theme park perfect for families with young kids. The rides are safe, colorful, and full of Lego-themed excitement. There's plenty to explore, from mini cities made of Lego to water rides and building zones. A joyful place that brings out the kid in everyone.

The park is great for younger kids, and the overall environment is enjoyable. However, it’s disappointing that most of the rides have a height restriction of 110 cm and above. Since ride access is based on height, it would be fair if ticket pricing reflected that as well. I paid full price for my child’s ticket, but she was only allowed on 2-3 rides. A more flexible or tiered pricing structure would be appreciated.

LEGOLAND Dubai Park was the perfect adventure for our family of three! Our 3-year-old was absolutely thrilled from start to finish—there were decent number of rides and attractions suited to her age, and the park was clean, well-organized, and family-friendly. The water park was a refreshing bonus in the Dubai heat, and the interactive LEGO zones kept all of us entertained. Staff were helpful throughout. It was practically empty on a hot summer day. A must-visit for families with young kids!

Legoland hotel was A great stay for the kids...rooms were fun, food was kid friendly with lots of variety. Very close to the park Park itself was ok. Some fun rides, but if we had gone when it was busy and had to wait in line for the short rides I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much. Most rides lasted 20 secs if you're lucky. The pasta and pizza buffet is good value for money. Would recommend getting the refillable cups and making the mini figures. The indoor lego structures were my favourite part. Not much to do with toddlers except for the duplo land but that is a stretch in summer...
