Firstly I began by trying the fish and chips here as they had been recommended on numerous occasions by different people as the best chippy around. I can confirm the fish and chips are spot on, the snapper was fluffy and the batter crispy and not greasy accompanied by some decent chips that soaked up the vinegar just right.
Then the other day I came again to try one of the burgers, I chose the Kiwi burger which consisted of a well smashed beef patty, fried egg, sliced cheese, beetroot, pickle, tomato and lettuce topped with relish and alioli and all held together with a soft sesame bun. This was a banging burger I must say!
And today I came to try something for breakfast, a bacon, egg, cheese, alioli and of course HP brown sauce all together nicely in a toasted butty. Great coffee too and a lovely spot to eat in surrounded by smiling facing and served by friendly staff. Amazing little place, definitely recommend!!
