I've stayed at this condo building twice and highly recommend it for a vacation on the island. While it may not be the newest building around (it's from 1975), it is well-maintained and the location seriously can't be beat. There's nothing between the Leinaala and the beach except a beautiful grassy lawn. Sunsets from the lanai are incredible. If you're into activities, there's 8am yoga on the lawn three days a week and a vibrant pickle ball community at the courts next door. The units are quite large and equipped with everything you might need. And there's an elevator in the building and shared laundry which never seems that busy. The sound of the birds in the morning is so peaceful and the little pool is the perfect spot to take a quick dip before dinner. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful sunset and ocean view guaranteed. Condominium is a bit dated and common areas show age. Pool was clean and well maintained. Back area is also well kept, grass is cut, but people don't pick up after their dogs. Very tight parking lot. 10 min walking to a small mall, streets are not illuminated and there is no sidewalk, quite dangerous at night. Unit I stayed in was updated and clean, but for balcony area. Overall, a good experience which could be better if they took care of some details (to be listed on unit specific review on Booking).

We feel very fortunate to have selected this VRBO for our home while in Maui for two weeks. The location was Central. We had a lovely porch with an ocean view. The condo was stocked with things we might need like chairs and a cooler. There was a pool also and onsite washer and driers.

It was a great start to our stay on Maui... The condo had everything you needed... a fully stocked kitchen (we missed not having a coffee grinder & whisk though), boogie boards, snorkel gear, lawn chairs, etc. It was a bit outdated but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Great location... easy to get to other places, friendly on-site staff and a Priceless View! Make sure to go to the local market and support the local artisans if you can!

Perfect location. Best spot in Maui to stay. Sunset is framed in our lanai every night. The pool was quiet. The beach was just across the green lawn open section of a public park. Nothing but a few palm trees between the private pool and the beach. (Wear your shoes until you get to the sand, there are some burrs in the grass!) Pickle ball was ongoing during every moment of daylight but it didn’t bother us. We learned to enjoy the rhythmic sound. The kitchen was stocked with all you’d ever need. It had binoculars for whale watching. They had beach chairs and an umbrella as well as several coolers. I’d love to come back.

We had a relaxing stay, our condo was clean and comfortable. Our neighbors were great, the condo complex is pretty old and in need of updating, but in good condition. The location is what you're paying for, beautiful palm trees with an ocean view. The parking is free but there is only one parking spot per unit, so if you have family or friends that want to stop by they have nowhere to park. I would recommend this complex if ocean views are important, if not there are nicer places a few blocks from the beach in Kihei.

Beautiful view of the ocean from our condo. It also included everything you could ever need. Would definitely come back.
