Leivatho Hotel

Beautiful hotel and gardens for a lovely relaxing stay. The hotel has taken into account every detail and is simply stunning. It’s very chic and stylish. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the owners seem genuinely interested in their guests. The pool is a nice size, and there were enough loungers for guests during our stay. The added benefit was no towels on loungers to reserve them. We might have been lucky, but it was a refreshing change for a beach holiday. The restaurant is good and cocktails even better. We slept really well, the shower was good, and the studio was spotless. There are two local tavernas near the beach, but you will need to hire a car for more choice of eateries, and for supplies.

We Highly recommend this hotel! We were on a couple's vacation for almost a week and it was simply exceptionally perfect. The hotel grounds have a beautiful garden. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped (kitchen, etc.). The hotel's restaurant is amazing and the chef is creative and offers new and special delicious dishes every day. The most cordial and charming service you could ask for. The staff happily answered every question and request we had. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the lovely beach, wineries and good restaurants. The hotel is well maintained, including a large and luxurious pool and everything is very clean, tidy and luxurious to the highest level you could ask for! Thank you so much!

Our first visit to Kefalonia and our travel agent picked this hotel for us. After a week at this hotel we can highly recommend it.|The location is great, close to the airport and close to Argostoli. Very nearby is a wonderful beach, one of the best on the island, and not too crowded. After a day of touring some of us enjoyed swimming in the hotel pool.|Maria, the owner, supervises everything her self. She is a great hostess and made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. Her staff are very attentive and receptive to all our requests.|Our rooms were large, with lots of chairs, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and terrace with sea view. The rooms and entire facilities were very clean and quiet and we could enjoy a relaxing vacation.|Lots of choices for breakfast, which we enjoyed on the terrace. During the day the bar was available for coffee, milkshakes, cocktails, etc.|If you are heading to Kefalonia for a vacation come to this wonderful peaceful hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in quiet location but very near to our favourite beach (Avithos). The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. It’s a very relaxed environment. The hotel itself is chic and comfortable. The pool is crystal clear. Absolutely love this place. Having been twice now, will go again!

Just amazing! The location and the view are perfect. |The staff are friendly and open to support. The food are better than other restaurants in the area and on the island. This year we also had the opportunity to taste long cooking Greek dishes and thar was wonderful. |It is a place to recover and relax. |Placed near the best beaches on the island.

I’ll just economize this review by saying that this hotel deserves every bit and more of their 4.7 star rating. The property, the rooms, the staff, the food…all top tier. Additionally, Nikos, the Manager is the kind of guy you want in charge of your vacation lodging. He is fastidiously on-point. I just hope that the ownership knows how lucky they are to have a manager like him. On that note, my only criticism is reserved for the owner of the property. Our stay was last week as June was turning into July. The lobby doors of this hotel are kept open throughout the day. This means no air conditioning. So naturally, it is, as you might imagine, sweltering in the lobby. And yet, I see no floor or mounted fans for the staff…never mind the guests. Our hearts went out to them daily as we watched them tolerate the climate with steady smiles. But I was however, determined that I would write this review, in which I would call attention to it. As we departed, last week, I couldn’t help to cast my mind forward to the fact that the remainder of July and August lay ahead for them. So, Maria…if you are reading this, please…let your fine staff breathe. I know that air conditioning is expensive, but I would happily pay my proportional amount more to know that they could do the amazing job they do, in at least relative comfort. Thank you for any consideration you might lend to this humble…and human…plea.

Such an amazing hotel. Swimming pool warm. Spotless clean, quality food and drink and very friendly approachable staff. Room stunning and spotless clean . Great value for money. Great location . Room beautiful and air conditioned. Definite recommend

Lovely hotel and really kind, helpful staff. Beautiful dinner and breakfast. Location is close to a good beach and not too far from the airport. My daughter and I had a great stay - would love to return.
