Relaxing experience. I was able to sleep during the first half of the treatment. Me and my girl friend went together today and all the staffs are very friendly and nice. They let you choose the scent as well. I’m happy we went here today whilst here in Bangkok. Lovely experience! Thank you! 🥰

It was a great experience, I will definitely come back The staff were very friendly and professional. The shop was clean and had a lovely signature scent I booked the Deep Sleep package, and it was truly worth the 2 hr. The head massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep The reception explained everything clearly and provided great service After the blowdry, I felt very refreshed my head felt light and comfortable Highly recommended ❤️!

Recently went to LeLe studio and had high expectations due to seeing the posts on social media, but after experiencing it for myself, I wouldn’t visit a second time. Don’t get me wrong, the massage and the hair spa was comfortable. The place was clean. But it was hot and stuffy and room looked totally different from the videos on IG. Perhaps they used a special room for those IG sponsored clients. I paid almost 4000 baht for a 2 hours deep sleep spa that included facial massage, which to my horror, my makeup was completely removed. I guess it was communication error, or just a lack of experience thinking that facial massage can be done without makeup being removed. The lady who did the treatments for me did a great job, she was good at the shoulder massage and I fell asleep during the head spa too. At the end, she even helped to blow dry my hair, and lent me her eyebrow pencil. Staff at reception were completely unhelpful. Overall, I realised you can get much better service and ambience at this price so yea, do shop around. Update- Realised I cannot comment on the reply from LeLe studio. Shocked that they said they tried to look for the cosmetic item I requested for, because both the two receptionists replied immediately “Sorry we don’t have”. It was the therapist who despite not being able to speak much English, lend her personal item to me. It is definitely okay if you cannot accede to every customer’s request. But please DO NOT lie about trying to look for it. Now this is another reason to drop a star for this studio. Unbelievable. Please read all other reviews for this studio, there were other poor reviews about the service of the receptionists.

I found this place on Instagram and was really excited to try it but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations for the price. The massage was nice which is why I’m giving 3 stars but it’s something you could easily get at a regular massage parlour for around 500 baht. Overall, it felt overpriced and more tourist trap than a true hair spa experience and my hair felt very dry afterward as if I had full beach day :((( usually my hair are soft and healthy! Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this.

One of the best head and neck massages ive had! The masseur was very skillful. She applied the right amount of pressure at the precise pressure point and really loosened up my tense head and neck muscles. I almost fell asleep a few times during the treatment. They also deeply cleansed my hair leaving my scalp feeling refreshed and clean. The hot presses towards the end were divine. The location is a bit away from the city center. But it was definitely worth the travel! The shop isnt very big so be sure to make your reservation ahead of time!

I went in for the 60 minute head spa and it was such an incredible experience! The service during the treatment, before and after was all exceptional. The snacks at the beginning were so yummy too. Thank you for the incredible experience! My hair feels and smells incredible!

Today I had my first Hair Spa Treatment at Lele Studio and it was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly kind, and I felt comfortable the entire time. The head and neck massage were deeply relaxing, the scents were soft and soothing, and starting with a cold tea and ending with a warm tea and fresh fruit was such a thoughtful touch. The final blow-dry was the perfect finish — my hair has never felt this silky and smooth. 100% recommended. I loved every moment and will definitely be back to take my bestie with me ☺️

Amazing experience from booking through to the end. The staff were communicative and respectful despite us being late. The head spa treatment itself was beautiful and my hair feels amazing.
