Very interesting interior. Great service. Decent beer. The only downside was the schnitzel. We made a reservation 4 days in advance. The place was packed. So plan your visit ahead of time. On Friday evening, there was no room to drop an apple. We were warned that we had 20 minutes to place our food order; after that, we would wait a long time for the food. The schnitzel was a bit dry. For the sake of the beer and the interior, I would come back again.

Found this when we visited the palace and were delighted. Great selection of beer, including a special tasting offer with six small glasses with notes. Beautifully decorated and friendly. I accidentally knocked over my beer and they not only replaced it but didn’t charge me for the spilt one. Excellent pretzels the ideal accompaniment

Really nice food. Like, surprisingly good. Best spatzle I've ever eaten omg. And the sauerkraut, amazing. Beers were excellent too. Very reasonably priced. Can't believe how easy it was to get a table at lunchtime on a Sunday. Absolutely worth a visit if you're going to Charlottenburg like we did today.

The food was good and as expected for traditional German fare. I would give 3.5 stars if possible. Service had to be marked down simply because it was slow. It wasn't the fault of the server, he simply was the only server. Luckily, I had time to kill, but others left because they didn't get drinks in the first ten minutes. If you're visiting the palace, I'd recommend stopping in for a meal.

If you wanna enjoy German food and beer, I highly recommend this restaurant! I ordered Lemko Boulette. It was the best potato salad ever I had and my friend loved beer flight😉 All employee are really kind and atmosphere is very special! Thanks Michael a lot for little surprise:-)

Super friendly personnel, very helpful and polite. Food is fine and beer is also quite nice. Places on terrace are not super cozy but the rest just nice place to come for a glass of beer. Also very good online booking system and they can manage very big groups.

It’s a tourist trap but in a nicer way. The great variety of beers. I like West Coast lPA very delicious and fit the style. The atmosphere nice and cozy. The bar and furniture is same like old English pub. Service was fast, professional and the staff was friendly. The menu offers several clearly marked vegetarian options and the potato salad is simple and deeply original. Location is very convenient jus next to Palace. Anyhow I liked my visit.

The staff was very friendly and the service efficient. The bier and food were very good. Had the schweinebraten and fish and chips.
