I had a pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. The location is ideal for business travelers, with easy access to corporate offices and the airport. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. I especially appreciated the cheerful decor and the fresh lemony fragrance in the lobby—it adds a nice touch. Housekiping services has been pretty good and Mr. Bhola raja manoj ravindra housekeeping staff had been very helpful in respect to keeping the room clean and tidy. Much appreciate the services . Food was good testi options especially during evening times. However, it’s more friendly and accommodating for business needs than personal trips.

Waww superb room cleaning. ...Raja Rajan from housekeeping and bhola his team leader assist me my cloth folding and make towel art for me . This was special gesture..I am really happy to see the towel art .cleaning of room nice and manage my things . At all super hotel ..really recommend it

Recently i visited in lemontree hotel udhyog bihar the staff was friendly the room was comfortable but needed better maintenance, staff were polite and service was a very fast , and breakfast had limited options. End by saying it’s decent for the price but has room for improvement.”

Terrible experience at Lemon Tree Hotel. The reception staff tried to forcefully move me out of my legally booked room, insisting my stay was over when I still had two days and one night left. They even blocked me from returning to my room until they finally checked and realized I was right. On top of that, the food was below average..I even found hair in my meal and a piece of plastic in my lemon juice. Absolutely disgraceful service, careless staff and zero professionalism.
