Lemon Tree Hotel Vadodara

I recently visited Lemon Tree Hotel and had a decent experience. The food was good, and the staff was courteous. However, there were some issues with the parking facility that left a negative impression. The parking entry was not well-designed, making it difficult to navigate. The parking area itself was also not well-maintained. Moreover, the parking is located underground, which might not be ideal for everyone. What's more concerning is that I noticed leakage from the hotel's bathroom into the underground parking area. This raises concerns about the hotel's maintenance and infrastructure. Despite these issues, the hotel's staff and food were satisfactory. However, it's essential for the hotel to address these parking-related concerns to improve the overall experience for their guests. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and works on improving the parking facility. With some attention to these areas, Lemon Tree Hotel could provide a better experience for its visitors.

Stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel Vadodara - a great experience overall! The location is super convenient, especially for airport access. The service was excellent - staff were courteous and very helpful throughout the stay. The in-house restaurant deserves a special mention for its delicious food and good variety. Great service, excellent hospitality, and a hassle-free stay. Highly recommended.

Great place.. Nice service by KalPesh Rahul and vinayak. Decent servers and ready to eat everything. Opens up early so one can have early morning breakfast here.

Located at heart of the city. Impressed by hotels policy to give employment to disabled people. Good hospitality… Stayed around 18 days and felt like at home. Laundry charges are extremely expensive.

I had booked dinner for 2 people at Lemon Tree Vadodara, paying ₹2000. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and far below expectations for a reputed brand like Lemon Tree. The buffet included only one sweet item, that too a basic desi sweet, and no starters at all. For ₹2000, this kind of limited menu is shocking and unacceptable. There was no variety, no value for money, and no attention to customer satisfaction. Despite raising the concern, there was no proper response or resolution from the staff. It felt like we were overcharged without receiving the quality or service promised. I truly hope the management looks into this seriously, as this kind of experience damages the trust in the Lemon Tree brand. I do not recommend this dinner experience to others unless they improve their menu and service
