My recent stay at Lemon Tree was fantastic from check-in to check-out. At the Front Desk, Sanjeev and Rinki were incredibly helpful, managing to find me a booking on short notice despite the hotel being completely sold out. They went the extra mile to reassure me that if I needed to extend my stay by a day or two, they would personally ensure I was accommodated. Their dedication made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless.
The restaurant experience was beyond my expectations, thanks to the exceptional service from Anita, Manisha, and Nasibul. Anita was consistently attentive, checking in regularly to ensure I had everything I needed. Manisha truly impressed me with her observation skills; I am a big tea drinker and had mentioned that the standard cups were a bit small for me. Without even being asked, Manisha began bringing my tea in a large cup—a thoughtful gesture that showed how much she cares about guest comfort. Additionally, on occasions where I arrived very late for breakfast near closing time, Nasibul went out of his way to serve me fresh, warm dishes, ensuring I didn't miss out while they were wrapping up.
I also want to recognize Muzzafar for his excellent room service. Even though we communicated primarily through sign language, he made it incredibly easy to understand him, and he was very intuitive in understanding exactly what I needed.
While the service was impeccable, the hotel’s location felt a bit misplaced; it would be much better suited on the opposite side of the river. The current neighborhood feels like a 'gray area,' and while the riverside views are stunning, the city-side views are unfortunately quite disappointing. I believe a more vibrant neighborhood would better match the high quality of the hotel itself.
The teamwork at Lemon Tree is truly impressive. I hope the management recognizes these individuals for their hard work. Lemon Tree is now my #1 favorite place for bookings during my travels. Thank you for the best service!
