I am updating my earlier review after the way the matter was handled by the team. I must say, the response and corrective action were absolutely commendable. A special mention to Pankaj Sharma, the F&B Manager a fantastic leader who addressed the issue personally, promptly, and very efficiently. He understood the concern in the right spirit and ensured it was resolved end-to-end with genuine care and ownership. This kind of leadership and service recovery truly reflects the brand values of Lemon Tree Premier, Ulsoor. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how they are handled, and in this case, it was handled extremely well. Appreciate the professionalism and commitment. ​I recently had an amazing stay at the Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor Lake, Bengaluru, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! ​The Front Desk Team made a brilliant first and last impression. Aishwarya, Joseph, and Dhanapathi were all incredibly sweet and ensured my check-in and check-out process was very smooth and efficient. It's clear they prioritize guest satisfaction. ​The rooms were clean and very well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The Housekeeping team was prompt whenever I needed anything. ​Finally, the In-Room Dining (IRD) team was also prompt, and the food I ordered was consistently good. ​Overall, this hotel offers great service, clean rooms, and a wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

My children and I stayed at Lemon Tree Premier for one month, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire team for their hard work, dedication, and exceptional hospitality. The food was consistently amazing—special thanks to Sarath for the wonderful culinary experience. Dhanpati also deserves appreciation for always understanding and meeting our requirements with care and efficiency. A very special mention to Hotel Manager Pradeep for being available 24×7 and truly leading from the front. Having a gem like him genuinely adds another star to the hotel. I have travelled across the world, and these days it is rare to find a hotel manager so visible, approachable, and hands-on. His hospitality was top-notch—marked by empathy, swift resolution (often within five minutes), and genuine ownership. We always felt looked after and truly at home. He was consistently present in the lobby; we never had to search for him—always available, always approachable. This level of leadership and personal involvement made our stay memorable and truly special. Thank you to the entire Lemon Tree Premier team for an outstanding experience.

My recent stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel Premier, Ulsoor Lake was truly delightful, and I couldn't recommend it more highly! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. The hotel itself boasts a fantastic location and the amenities are excellent, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and a perfect sanctuary after a busy day. A major highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. A special thank you must go to the Front Desk team, particularly Sweety and Mallika. Their professionalism, warm smiles, and proactive helpfulness made the check-in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. They are true assets to the hotel! Furthermore, the breakfast experience was excellent, largely due to the attentive service. Dhanapati, the Restaurant Manager, deserves high praise for her impeccable leadership and friendly demeanor during breakfast. She ensured everything ran smoothly and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that room service could be a little faster; the quality of the food was great, but the delivery time could sometimes be improved to match the swift service found in other areas of the hotel. Overall, this was a brilliant experience, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay!

Lemon Tree Premier Hotel at Ulsoor is located at St.Johns Road with Ulsoor Lake nearby. The location was perfect with greenery around and surrounded by nearby eateries too. The staff was friendly and helpfull with Top Notch facilities like pool, gym and Dinning Areas. The Hotel Rooms were of decent size with All the necessary amenities , neat and clean washrooms and well laid out rooms. I highly recommend this Hotel for an Enjoyable and comfortable Stay. If one can get the best deals, its even economical. Thanks to all the staff too for making our holidays comfortable and safe..

I had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Lemon Tree Ulsoor Lake, Bengaluru. The ambience of the hotel is warm, calm, and refreshing, with its location near the lake adding a peaceful charm. It creates a perfect balance between comfort and relaxation.||||The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with all the necessary amenities thoughtfully arranged. ||||The service deserves special appreciation. The staff were courteous and professional at all times. I would especially like to thank Mr. Harshavardhan, Service Associate, for his excellent service, prompt assistance, and friendly approach, which really enhanced my stay.

Felt service could be better - Suite was not ready upon arrival and temporary room organised was not cleaned well Staff/front desk was nice and polite wherever possible Laundry was poor service as clothes were not cleaned. Room itself was spacious and comfortable. Wifi failed and limited support was available. Nobody asked about feedback or comfort.

Booked a room here one only night in prior for the next day. However the next morning was unable to travel due to a personal emergency but the hotel said no refund nor cancellation is possible. Considering the booking was made for only 6 hours before I had to cancel it I feel the hotel could have been reasonable to understand. Or at least, they could have offered a reschedule or credit note. Wont ever book again , nor recommend to anyone.
