My husband and I loved our stay here! Very clean place with an amazing oceanfront balcony. There is a full kitchen and the AC works great. Close proximity to Rincón. Hangout on the balcony and you might just catch a glimpse of pelicans fishing, or maybe even a whale! We would definitely stay here again!

This is not a family place they charge for children although they don't have a place for them to sleep there is only one bed I think it's a full size really small. They charged us 50 dollars for our ten year old and also charged for a rollaway bed that was really uncomfortable the mattress was no more than 2 inches thick. For a couple is good not fancy but is cute and it's clean. The view is great we rented a one bedroom suite there was a.c. only in the bedroom not in the living room.

This is an amazing place with wonderful people that work there. When we arrived they gave us so much information on what to do and where to go. The resort was amazing. I also had the pleasure of fixing their internet from hurricane damage when I was down there so any guest that stays there now will have extremely fast internet service to get some work done while relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be returning to visit the friends we made at the hotel. Wilson and his wife are amazing people. If you need any information he is your go to guy.

Guava room does not have description on just how big the balcony is. Great room, quiet road, beach is just down the stairs although i suggest you wear shoes due to rocks. There is plenty of sea life to see if you bring a little food with you, the tarpon favor meat over bread fyi lol. Loved our stay, the price is great for what you're getting. Anything you need just call and it will be taken care of.

Pros: 1. The ocean is 6 feet away when you are here. Can't beat falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves! 2. Location is close to the beaches and dining spots. Rincon public beach is less than 10 min away. There are 4-5 restaurants within 4 min drive. Cons: 1. You can't go down to the water from the deck. Looks like you could in the past, but I don't think they are going to fix the broken stairs any time soon. 2. Interior: bedroom is OK, living room is quite outdated. You are provided with 2 paper thin bath towels that are useless. I used hair dryer instead. No beach towels and chairs provided.

Beautiful place by the water! Wilson, the manager, was very helpful and dedicated to make our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this place! Limited parking but excellent location. Studios have everything. Great stay!

Google
Nice place great views, close as you can get to the ocean without being in a boat. You have to go elsewhere for the beach. Room and bed are comfortable, AC only in the bedroom. Parking across the street from the cottages. I would stay here again

Google
The place itself and the environment around it is BEAUTIFUL. However, the hotel called us a day before our check out date with some confusion about them thinking we were checking out that day when in reality we had already paid for that night. Also, the big jacuzzi tub in the Banana Suite didn't have any hot water hooked up to it 😞 I tried to fill it with cold water and see if the jets were set up to heat the water by themselves, but unfortunately they weren't.

Yelp
This was a great spot with an amazing view! It's on the sea wall and there is no way to touch the water but the view is so spectacular. When u go remember to throw away the toilet paper or any tampons. The plumbing is shotty but they do advise. This was an amazing vacation with an amazing view. And it is close to the surfer beaches and has a lot of food around. There's a bakery nearby that makes the best guava cakes and cafe con leche. If i could move here i would in a heart beat. It's a perfect spot for a getaway. You do need a rental car and the driving in PR is INSANE but totally worth every second. I can't wait to come back! Thanks lemon tree for making my first visit to PR the best And most amazing!!!

Yelp
Apartments literally hovering over the ocean. More like a tropical retreat and nothing like a resort. Air conditioned rooms, full kitchens, and lounging area aside from the balcony overlooking the water. To get any closer to the ocean than this you would have be in the actual water. 10 minutes to downtown Rincon which is not too bad. Parking is a coin toss but manageable. Free WIFI was flawless. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Ocean waves will melt the stress and sing you a lullaby all day. We actually got to see sea turtles from our balcony. Good place to read a book or spend a honeymoon..or both!

Yelp
What a beautiful room we had at the LemonTree! It was so airy, and spacious, and comfortable. I loved the balcony too, with its fabulous view of the ocean, but my favorite part was the lounge chair with foot rest next to the bookshelf.... I loved sitting there with my coffee and reading my book. Our suite was the "Banana", which had a fairly large Jacuzzi. I didn't think I would be interested in soaking in warm water (hello, Caribbean!), but after a morning of diving and some time spent in the cold pouring rain, it sounded perfect, and it was extremely relaxing. It was a great preparation for my afternoon nap. We booked the LemonTree over the internet - the website was very web 2.0, showing real time booking status of each room. The online booking was itself painless. When we arrived in the afternoon of our first day in Rincon, we found an envelope with our name on the office door, greeting us and giving us directions to our room. We may not have ever seen our hosts at all if Martin hadn't gone to the public area to use the grill one night. The couple who run the place were both quite friendly. Speaking of dinner, we cooked all our meals in our room. The kitchenette was pretty tiny, and one of our burners didn't work at first (Martin reconnected it pretty quickly). But we managed to make some decent meals. Rincon has at least one decent-sized supermercado about fifteen minutes from the LemonTree, where we stocked up on groceries. There are multiple beach toys provided, including noodles, boogie boards, and floats for the kids. There really isn't much beach, though - it appears to have probably washed partially away over time. So there isn't a lot of room to lounge on the sand, but the water is easily accessed. I would love to come back to the LemonTree. Next time we'll probably trade the Jacuzzi for the suite with the larger kitchen. But either way I know I will be happy.

Yelp
The place was a little difficult to locate and could not get a hold of anyone via phone number. When we arrived we were lucky to run into some early bird residents that showed us where to pick up our keys..... Overall the stay was great and the view was awesome and definetely recommend it.

Yelp
Currently staying here and the place is great! It's a small space you get but I don't feel like you need much else. The view outlooking the ocean is absolutely stunning, I adore being able to hear the sounds of the waves crashing into the shore every night. It's very calm and serene. The location is on a narrow and steep road which is a little scary to drive through considering it's a two way street that's run like a one way street. But overall that is not a big issue. Currently because of the hurricane Internet and TV is not working. Which was a bit of a bummer, considering we like to have TV on when we get ready for the day or wind down from the day as well. But overall, I would still stay here again even without working TV, it definitely does make you feel closer to the ocean. We got here around 6:30PM our first night here and were able to stand out on our balcony and watch the sun set and the views were definitely beyond gorgeous. A/C works well too!

Yelp
This place is perfect for a tranquil Caribbean getaway! Absolutely stunning location and any closer to the ocean, you would be wet! Beautiful spacious apartment with full kitchen and huge balcony. Close enough to the Rincon action but far enough away to totally be secluded and unwind. I would stay here in a heartbeat, and no doubt I will be back! thank you.

Yelp
Bella Jane was very attentive to my needs. I found this place online and sent them an email. She called me back and answered all my questions. I liked that it was right on the water and away from the town. I arrived in the middle of the night and she made sure I could get into the room without any problem.

Yelp
We loved our stay at lemon tree. The room was great. We would suggest asking a lot of questions at arrival. We couldn't figure out the TV and on our last day we found the directions underneath a fan in the kitchen area. Make sure your questions are answered.
