One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time! Food was hot and full of flavor. We all tried each other’s food and loved every bit of it. The Banana Foster stuffed French toast was my absolute favorite (I had it yesterday and I’m already craving it). The next time we are in the area, we will definitely be stopping here again!

The menu is what drew us in on our road trip north (thank you, Yelp!) This menu is impressive - so many good choices! We chose the Southern Benedict and the most popular one the waitress recommended, Benny Florentine with a side of Hash. Great big portions enough to share, fantastic kind service and fresh ingredients.

Breakfast place in an office building! I honestly didn’t expect much, but staff was very nice and food was pretty good + portions are pretty big. It is very busy, which speaks for itself!

Went to brunch with friends! It was a little bit of await but worth it! The food was amazing! Everyone was happy with their choices! Pricing wasn’t bad either!

Stopped here on my travels. Quaint, friendly and unassuming. Very nice portions. Had enough left over for lunch. I had chicken fiesta omelette (I think). I liked that they gave me the option to upgrade my hash browns to french toast. The waitress didn’t introduce herself but she was great and the people in the neighboring booth (a mother & daughter) were also great unexpected company. I would definitely come back should my travels take me back that way.

This place is beyond fantastic. The food is great, great quality. Nice portion sizes. Healthy and delicious. Super Friendly staff and Lena herself was in the back making magic happen. . Food was so good. Im looking forward to going back. A++

Great breakfast. I had the sirloin Benedict. Husband had the country bowl. My mom had the California omelette. All the food was awesome. Everyone tried each other's. Service was great. We had a 30 minute wait prior to getting a seat. Well worth the wait.

I love Lena's omelets. I frequently get their "Southern Omelet" smothered in their tasty sausage gravy. The portions on all their menu items are always huge and we always end up getting a "to go" container to savor their awesome food one more time at home. Definitely recommend Lena's for breakfast or lunch. They're open for breakfast and lunch until 2pm on Sundays, too!

A Great Spot for a Hearty Breakfast My family discovered Lena's Kitchen this past weekend and we knew it would be good by the size of the crowd waiting in the large lobby. Luckily, the wait wasn't too bad--about 25 minutes, which is very reasonable for a popular spot on a Sunday morning. The food lived up to the hype. It's not a fancy place, but they serve solid, satisfying breakfast dishes at decent prices. Portions were huge--enough to take some home for leftovers. The Reuben was excellent, packed with a generous amount of corned beef, and the Southern omelette was delicious as well. Service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I'd return to!

Amazing place. I'm visiting Michigan with my friend and this is by far the best place they've taken me to. It's comfort food in a cute little dinner. The service was great, fast and simple. I really enjoyed going here and will be going a second time before I leave.

This is my favorite place for brunch! There are so many options for any craving you could have and I love the cozy diner feel. Portions are very generous too so I always leave feeling completely satiated and sometimes even with leftovers!

Yelp came through again! We picked a winner based on Yelpers' reviews!! Food - fantastic Service - unbeatable Ambience - good They sure pack this place. We understand why the tables are so close together. It's a small space, and there's a fairly high demand for breakfast/brunch. We lucked out and got seated in a booth. There's seating outside the restaurant for guests waiting to be called on. It's a hidden gem for sure and you have to know about this place to dine here. We saw a few people leave after learning that the entire party must be present in order to be seated. We're accustomed to this rule and don't mind it. It's truly understandable considering the popularity of this place; however, the sign could be more presentable. The food? I'll let the pics speak for themselves. Suffice it to say, our bellies were quite happy. My husband could not stop raving about his choice. I had Nutella Lovers Pancakes (with bananas and strawberries) and he had Meat Lovers Griddle. Be warned: there's an extra charge for credit card payments. I think it ended up to be about $1 extra for us. Check in with Yelp and you get a 10% discount. We will be back!

Went here for brunch and this place was busy! It's hard to see it from the outside since it's in the lobby of a hotel, but they have several large signs in the parking lot that help you find it. The place is clean and pleasant and has a good decor. I loved the taste of their Hollandaise sauce!! Their Omelette was tasty too. My son liked their French toast and also the sausage. I am not a fan of Oreo Pancakes but my wife likes it and she got that as a side for an additional charge instead of the regular pancakes that come with the Griddle / Skillet. I would definitely recommend this place as their service was superb too!

Hello. I normally don't do reviews like this, but after my experience yesterday, I feel the need. My one star isn't for the food...it was great, as usual. However, I am not a fan of having sweat drip down my face as I am waiting for, and eating a meal. It was so unbelievably hot in the dining room, my entire visit was ruined. I wanted to get up and leave, but my wife insisted we stay. As I looked around my table, I could tell I wasn't the only diner suffering through the heat. Your poor waitstaff was obviously in a great deal of discomfort, as well. I'm not sure how you expect people to sit and eat a meal in these circumstances. We won't be back until the fall.

I never understood what the hype was until I came here and finally tried it out myself. First of all this place is located in a office building complex, which at least meant really good parking. The waiting area is in the lobby of the office complex. We came here on a Sunday and it was incredibly busy we put our name in and probably wait a solid 20 minutes. This is the first time that I've been here that I've tried to come here twice before and had to wait way too long beyond the 20 minutes and couldn't get in. The portions in here were very big and I think that's where the excitement comes from people that come here Because your pictures were big. I wouldn't say that this is the most quality like breakfast food, but the size of plates is what attracts most of the people here. Overall, it was a decent experience you sat down to order everything happened pretty quickly. I would come back if friends and family want the ambience is bright although things seem to be old it still seem relatively clean.

Special request from my son to come here for breakfast. The lemon poppyseed pancake special they had was SO good. Not overly sweet, not too tart. It was a great balance with lemon curd/cream cheese dollops and whipped cream. My son LOVES the kids s'more pancakes. Everything comes very generously portioned.

We arrived and had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. They won't seat you until your entire party is there. We ordered the veg hash and corned beef hash. The latter came with choice of bread too. Service was good and the food came out pretty quick. Both hash were good but the veg hash didn't have enough flavor. Bathrooms are outside of the restaurant, down the hall. Lots of parking available.

Food was good. Cozy atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly. The French toast were delicious. Will definitely be back when visiting this area.

Breakfast was delicious. I ordered the country fried steak and my son ordered the meat lovers. We both thought the meals were huge and tasted perfect. We ordered a third dish to split... the red,white, and blue French toast. The blue berries were super fresh, the cream and strawberry glaze was great BUT the French toast itself was blah. I'm hoping it was a one-off thing and will be back to try again because everything else was awesome. The service was great, from the checkin to the checkout. Very friendly and fast. Pretty long line in the morning but overall short wait time. It stayed pretty busy. It was very clean, with booths and tables for small or big groups. The location is a little different... it's in the lobby of an office building.

We've been here several times before but first review. It's in an office building but don't let that fool you. Cute decor in spite of the location. The food is good. This visit was wanting on the food. Hash browns dry, poached eggs overcooked. But in the past it was very good so chalking it up to a bad day for the cook. We had a large party. They won't sit until everyone is there, which is fair. Most of us were parking as we tried to get a table. However we continued to see couples getting seated and a few large parties leave. After over 20 minutes we had to ask to be seated. Never had this happened before. Plus we were promptly ignored. Very few drink refills and nobody was impressed with the food. Will go again to update on the food. But be aware that you're going to have to watch if there is a group. Again, this is not the usual experience we've had. Hopefully better next time.

What was the hands-down best place for a unique and delicious breakfast has turned into a semi-above-average place with predominantly cranky (like just plain grumpy and rude) waitresses. Somehow, Lena's has lost its edge. The higher-end price point just isn't worth it.

We went here for the first time and it was delicious. My friend got Big Mama's breakfast and she really enjoyed it. I got the Chicken Fiesta omelette and it was good, I got a half order of s'mores pancakes with it. The s'mores pancakes was delicious but super sweet. Def would get again but I don't know if I could handle a full order. There were so many options and we will def be back to try the others

Had a quick minute to eat between appointments and the corned beef hash Benny was delish! Fresh corned beef is always a game changer but generous amounts of corned beef vs potato is unmatched!

Really good breakfast place it's hidden inside of an office building so a little unorthodox to find but breakfast was on point! Coffee was good, staff friendly. All around no complaints! Will be back!

The food was Great! It was a bigger party so of course we waited a little longer for our food to come but when everything came it was hot and fresh. The serving sizes were really big and really filling. Located inside an office building right when you walk in but the inside is cozy. Came here for breakfast after a long night, and very satisfied 10/10 recommend

I'm going to take away a star for service. I ordered for pickup, and while over the phone I requested country fried steak griddle, to which the person whose name I didn't get repeated my order incorrectly and asked if I wanted the country fried steak and eggs, which I stated no. She then asked if I wanted this country griddle which at the time I thought she was short-hand naming my order, however I did repeat "Yes, the country fried steak griddle." When I got home from picking up my order, I discovered that my griddle didn't have any country fried steak in it, needless to say I was frustrated and rightfully so. So when I called I then got into a debate with the person who I ordered from originally who confirmed that I did not want the country steak and eggs, which I agreed and stated I wanted the country fried steak griddle, she mentioned that I confirmed with her the country griddle and I did say "yes, the country fried steak griddle verbatim" I repeated myself for clarity so there's no confusion. Well, I just learned that there is a country griddle and that's what I got, now there was an excuse as to why she didn't understand how the order shows on her end, which didn't add up for me because the menu shows exactly what is available and I read exactly what I wanted. In any case there was no humility in her voice, and while they did call me back to offer me a discount for the next order, it really rubbed me the wrong way. This by no means is a bad restaurant however this experience has put me off of them and I'm probably not going to be back for a long time. I would recommend ordering in person and dining in, it's likely they're just busy, but in any case I'm kind of done with them.

The service at this place is AWFUL! Food is decent but customer service is REALLY bad. We were sitting there and a lady came up to us and told us that we had to leave because they had a 90 minute table Limit! WHAT???? Also did it to the table next to us!!! That's horrible. Also SUPER LOUD and very crowded in there. Asked for a booth and she said no! Instead sat us at a table when a booth was open right next to the table! Whoever runs this place needs to train their employees to be more accommodating and respectful to its patrons or it won't be in business for long. People don't want to be treated like second class citizens from waitstaff. Just Pathetic!

If heaven were a brunch spot, this would be it! Located in an office building, you'd never think to check this place out. The wait was long, but service was speedy so it wasn't as long as it could have been. The menu is full of crepes, French toast, pancakes, and a number of other things. But the first few mentioned are most important, at least for those who gave a sweet tooth. The portions are large so are a great value. The food was fresh. The coffee was hot and they came around to top it off. I have 0 complaints and look forward to my next trip!

Lena's Kitchen was so delicious! We ordered a western omelet and a fruity pebble waffle with cream cheese with a raspberry/blackberry syrupy drizzle. The food arrived quickly and server was great and knowledgeable about the different food items we asked about. The plate sizes were large so be aware you might have plenty of left overs for later!

Food was delicious. Service was excellent. The restaurant was clean even as busy as they were the tables were cleaned and re set. No dirty dishes left out.

Great food, the service was very prompt, and it's a nice little hidden location. Their menu has a lot of things to choose from, so they are sure to have something for everyone! There are quite a few dishes I'm looking forward to trying. I was surprised to see this hidden gem tucked away in to an old office building, but it gives them excellent parking and a good location. We found a great new breakfast place and are already planning our next trip there! **Note the buildings bathrooms are not owned or maintained by them, (it's pretty obvious it's the building's responsibility) don't let it turn you off, but bring your own soap, cleaner and paper or just avoid them all together if you can**

I found this place looking for breakfast. My moms middle name was Lena so I knew I had to eat here. So 7 of us went and were all very glad we did. Food was fabulous . They never let coffee get empty. There was a lot of food on our plates. Two of us women could have shared one plate. There were three crepes on this plate about 7 inches long each. I would highly recommend Lena's.

Banana Foster Stuffed French Toast....it's as good as it sounds! Loaded with caramelized bananas & pecans, sweet cream cheese is oozing from the cinnamon French toast. It's absolutely fantastic! French toast lovers don't miss this one @lenaskitchenwixom. They refill your coffee constantly & service is super friendly! Get there early - they get busy!

This is such a well hidden phenomenal restaurant! Fresh food great service really good attitude of everyone in there which makes a difference!

First, I feel like it hasn't been highlighted enough that this place is in kind of a weird location, it's in a huge office building and if you didn't know this was there you'd likely drive right by and miss it. I'm sure the people in the office building love having it though! We came on a Wednesday morning so it was pretty empty, probably about half the tables were full. As such we were greeted and seated quickly. They have Coke products which was a nice surprise since online it said Pepsi - so I got a Diet Coke. I ordered the sweet & savory waffle which is basically two waffles with an omelette in between. It was A LOT of food, way too much for me to eat all of. And my husband said his hash was the same. So come here hungry! The waffle was very traditional and super delicious, the omelette was absolutely loaded with bacon! I enjoyed both immensely.

I adore Lena's kitchen! Whenever I bring my family here, it feels like home. The staff is welcoming, and the service is excellent. The food is consistently outstanding, with fresh ingredients and delightful twists of creativity.

Unusual location but clearly people know about it. Nice atmosphere. Food is good but not great. I ordered a savory crepe yet the crepe itself was far too sweet. Good menu selection especially if you have a sweet tooth but I do not. Price point is average.

My family has Ben coming here for a few years and we have never been dissatisfied once! Yes, sometimes there is a wait but it's always worth it to sit down and enjoy their food. I have Celiacs (a gluten allergy) and have always been catered to my needs. All in all, great food, great memories, cute ambiance that makes you feel at home. One thing I would work on for them is spacing the tables out from the others but I can't really complain because of the popularity.

Amazing food and service. All the staff were friendly and constantly filling drinks, service was quick all around. The food portions was large and so hard to stop eating. Loved! Loved!

Honestly the food was amazing, even with such a busy line was extremely fast to get it, service and waitresses are amazing! Red velvet French toast is baked and tastes more like a dessert than a real French toast, they have several different options and tons of varieties for all types of breakfast foods! My biggest complaint- we went mainly for the Yelp 10% off, when we went there, they wouldn't accept the Yelp discount, which is disappointing Service-5/5 Food-5/5 Time to get food- 18 min

This place is located inside a office building. A little hole in the wall spot. This place didn't disappoint. The French toast was spot on and looked and tasted delicious. Not too sweet just perfect. The omelette was ok a little too much cheese for me but good. The hash browns were perfect. Toast wasn't really toasted. Biscuits and gravy were above average. My wife said her coffee was fresh. The service was welcoming and prompt. Overall it was very good. I'd definitely recommend stopping in for a meal.

Brought my 11-year old here for her special Mama/Daughter date day and she said it was the best breakfast ever. We got seated right away, we're asked our drink orders immediately, and the waitress was very attentive to our orders but also patient when we asked for more time. Last time I got the sweet and savory crepe and I preferred that to the west coast crepe. I'll go back to that next time. Red velvet French toast was better than the chunky monkey in my opinion as well but all options were good - just personal preference of preferring sausage and bacon to ham and preferring my fruit to be out of my breakfast sweet options. My daughter decided it was the best breakfast ever. Despite it being an hour away, we will be back for special occasion dates for sure!

5 star French toast! I had been hearing the hype about their French toast and it lived up to it! Honestly the best I've had. I ordered the bananas foster stuffed french toast. Sliced bananas, raisins, and pecans caramelized in a cinnamon, butter, and rum sauce. This heavenly mixture is then stuffed between two slices of french toast with cream cheese sauce. Wasn't too sweet either, just right. The french toast was fluffy and airy but had a nice crunch on the outside. Was hot and amazing! Service was quick and the portion size is great! Cool "hidden" spot tucked into an office building. Will be back next week!

Went here on a Sunday late morning with my daughter before a soccer game. Place was crowded. Had to wait 10-15 minutes which I thought was pretty good. This place is popular. It's located in a rather odd place; especially with the pandemic (an office building). They have huge signs directing you where to go. Once seated we were given menus and drinks quickly. Menu prices were like going back to the pre-covid days. The egg combo was super cheap. My daughter had a strawberry nutella crepe. Large portion size. She enjoyed it. My bacon was crispy and hash browns perfectly done with nice crunchy top. Waitress kept the coffee coming. We got our check timely, paid and left pretty quickly. I wish offices where I have worked had a place like this in the lobby.

Best place in the area bar none. Split the breakfast and be ready for some fun creative dishes. You can add any pancake, crepe, French toast dish as a side replacement for hashbrowns for just $4. That will feed two humans all day long.

We experienced good food and continuous coffee refills. They staff was friendly and helpful. Our bill seemed a bit overpriced.

No shortage of breakfast choices. No shortage of breakfast calories. Lena has a knack for creating the impossible; novel combinations of ingredients designed to dazzle all your senses. Its downside is the process of settling on a specific choice. Check out their menu on line and you'll see exactly what I mean. The only logical answer--grab a bunch of friends, order a bunch of entrees and create your own buffet. The service, always perfect. The atmosphere even better! Kudos to Lena!

Food is great at Lena's and the menu is extensive. Service is what you would expect from a very busy restaurant, efficient but perfunctory. Be prepared to wait to be seated as it's always busy, which is a testament to the quality of their food. The restaurant has a nice feel to it and has cute little nick-nacks around the room. Consistently good food every time I've been.

They are open until 2pm today. 10% off your bill, if you check-in. I ordered some lunch for our staff. Called it in ahead. A black bean burger wrap sans tomato, with the side of the honey mustard, A Bacon cheeseburger with no tomato, Mayo or ketchup and a Lena specialty burger and a chicken kale salad. The last item, the salad is of course for me. The orders would take about 20 minutes. It's inside of an office building. The total bill is about $50.35. I did have to get one more set of plastic wares. The man at the front counter seems nice. The kale chicken salad was quite tasty. Just a light touch of dressing. The chicken is good, so are all of the veggies. The Lena's special burger, bacon cheeseburger and the black bean burger were all good. The bottom bun of the burgers were soggy, so those were discarded. The onion fries were plentiful, as was the bacon and lettuce too.
