They canceled my booking during the weekend, 3 days before my arrival and I cannot book the accommodation again even though i selected payment on site. Very nice, now you have the ratings you deserve.

A very comfortable room the parking right across the street and very, very friendly staff. We missed the time slot for dinner. So the lady behind the counter Antoaneta Lazari or Aneta recommended a pizza place a few blocks up the street. Her recommendation was spot on! After dinner we came back for a couple of cocktails to unwind. The service here was staller thank you Aneta! The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely! Highly recommended and 2 thumbs up!

Small hotel with a modern design, I loved everything about it. There’s a cozy rooftop terrace where you can chill and relax, small gym and nice cafe. The rooms were nice and clean, everyone was really lovely and welcoming. I was really surprised with a welcome letter, didn’t expect it to be in my language, I appreciate the effort. I’ve had a great time and would definitely come back.

Spacious and clean rooms. Modern design and I love all the pictures hanging on the wall as well as the F1 tribute in the lobby. The only thing that was not the best but only okay was the breakfast. I would say it's average and on par with other hotels (less rated) which I previously visited. But far from saying that you will stay hungry here. You can pay for parking in the garage across the street for 18€ and the garage always has free space and wide enough parking spaces. It's owned by an IT company. All-in-all I would come back here.

Incredible, very nice clean and renewed hotel. Super friendly staff, some good events happening there as well. Would totally recommend. Felt a little sad to leave actually

A very good hotel. Great, nice and friendly service. We were served several times by a very nice Italian. Rooms very clean and modern, very nice bathroom. The hotel has nice roof - terrace. The corridors are very cleverly decorated - it looks like an art gallery. Good drinks at the bar. During breakfast there is not much choice of food but what is there is enough and it is tasty. Unfortunately, the hotel offers paid parking for 18 euros. Only 10 minutes walk to the historic city center. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. A very good base for sightseeing. There is a bus stop and a pharmacy in front of the hotel. Hotel is not cheap but I recommend.

Perfect location. We booked our room the day of our stay and they reserved a couple of town bikes for us. Graz is a great place to explore and Lend Hotel is a great place to start. Super views and exercise room from the roof top deck and enclosure. Awesome breakfast. Roger and Sheila October 2023

Very impressed with this hotel. Modern in every sense. From the interior where it feels like an art gallery. When you enter you are presented with a fresh foyer with open space, modern furniture and lighting. Immediately what catches one’s attention is the formula one nose cone and collection of helmets displayed in glass cabinets. There is no doubt the owner has F1 connection. While you are drawn to these, you then start to notice all the art work on the walls. Each floor is like a gallery. The rooms are spacious and modern. Comfortable. There is a 360 degree viewing platform on top of the hotel. Bar has more than basic offers. Breakfast is menu based and also Buffett with Austrian and continental offerings. The service here is flawless. Feels like a family run operation.
