I think the 4 stars is right on par for this hotel, however we had to leave 3. Overall the hotel itself is a 5 and the service felt like a 3. We had 2 primary concerns when it came to service. 1 - the golf cart that takes you anywhere within 1 mile that is promoted by this hotel never worked for us, we did not get to use it a single time. First time we waited 30 minutes and it never showed up, second time the battery was dead and we could not use it. If you advertise it, it should be available. 2 - THIS was extremely upsetting, online it says complimentary late checkout is available just request it morning of, at least 12 but sometimes even 2. We requested a late checkout on a Sunday, and we got none, not even 1 hour for 12PM. Actually, by 11:20 they were calling our room telling us to get out and had men coming to our door. We had an extremely late flight that day, 7pm so we spent the entire day at the pool. The problem was, we were at the hotel till 5pm, NO ONE EVER CHECKED INTO OUR ROOM. They cleaned it and it remained empty the ENTIRE DAY. Why are you advertising late checkout when available but then just denying requests for no reason? The hotel itself, room, pool, location - all beautiful, almost perfect. But the service really leaves a bad taste in your mouth especially for how much they’re charging.

I absolutely would never stay at this hotel again. The photos below are what our windows looked out onto. The bed was lumpy, like the old mattress in your grandma‘s guestroom. The standard king room we were in was very small. Most important of all there is insufficient parking not only at this hotel but in Miami Beach in general. We were in a normal sized pick up truck and struggled to find a place to park. There was no space that could accommodate a pick up in the hotel’s parking facility. We had to drive around for half an hour trying to find a place that was legal to park and that our truck would fit into. So be forewarned. I think the hotel should inform guests about the limitations on the types of vehicles they can accommodate when a guest makes a reservation. The other very weird thing about this Hilton was the list of available news channels — they offer Fox News but not MSNow. Very peculiar bias. Also, there’s no beach at the hotel; you have to walk a block down a city street and then over to the beach. The best thing about the hotel was the staff — who were all absolutely first class. And the other best thing was the restaurant; we had breakfast there and it was delicious, and the service was superb.

Google
Great boutique for the value! Small and easy to navigate, in the middle of south beach so you can get anywhere by foot easily. Lots of decent food nearby, and the hosts and workers were super attentive. No pool and small gym but for the value just 1 block off the beach it's totally worth it.

The Lennox Hotel has impressive decor, a small but well-designed pool, good music, and strong art throughout the property. The bar is compact but well executed, and the hotel offers a convenient golf cart service for transportation within one mile.||Although I booked a good room category, I was placed in a basement-level room that was extremely small. When I requested an upgrade, the front desk initially told me there were multiple rooms available; five minutes later, when I chose one, I was informed the entire hotel was suddenly sold out. The staff did acknowledge the mix-up, but given the level of the property, I expected a more proactive or polished response.||The layout of the hotel is also confusing, requiring guests to walk through the bar to reach the front desk, and then navigate several hallways, doors, and pool areas to access the rooms.||While the design elements are strong, the overall experience means I would not stay here again.

The hotel is excellent — luxurious rooms, great bedding, and strong AC. The valet service, however, needs major improvement. They park cars off‑site, staff only one attendant, overcharge compact SUVs as oversized vehicles, and take 30–45 minutes to retrieve your car. This happened twice during our stay, including at checkout. We understand parking is limited in the area, but with the premium they charge, the hotel should staff the valet properly.

I stayed at the Lennox Hotel in Miami Beach from January 1st to January 8th, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, most of the staff were unfriendly, condescending, and unwelcoming. The room was tiny and claustrophobic, with a view of construction scaffolding and constant noise from guests above me at times so loud that it felt overwhelming. The biggest issue, however, was with the laundry service. I sent a small load of laundry on Saturday and only received it on Tuesday evening after four days and only after repeatedly demanding its return. At checkout, I was shocked to see a charge of $257, with the false claim that I had requested “express service.” I absolutely did not. Waiting four days is the opposite of express. For reference, this was only 3 pairs of pants, 3 T-shirts, 2 pairs of underwear, a swimsuit, and 2 pairs of socks. In addition, the booking website clearly stated that I would need to pay an additional $279 including taxes at the hotel. Upon arrival, this suddenly became $359, with no explanation. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Between the overcharging, the misrepresentation of fees, the poor service, and the uncomfortable room conditions, this was not the experience I expected or paid for. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Google
Complete ignorance and zero accountability from start to finish. The lack of organization, professionalism, and basic guest care was shocking—especially for a hotel that positions itself at a premium level. Issues were brushed off, no one took ownership, and communication was poor at every stage. Instead of resolving problems, the staff passed responsibility around and left us chasing answers. That is not hospitality. There are countless better hotels in Miami that actually respect their guests’ time, money, and experience.

During my stay at the Lennox Hotel, the housekeeping team truly stood out and made my experience exceptional. Every day my room was spotless — fresh linens, perfectly arranged towels, and everything always smelling clean and inviting. A special thank-you to Maricisela and Silvia: their attention to detail and genuine warmth made me feel completely at home. They not only kept the room immaculate but also went above and beyond, anticipating little needs I hadn’t even thought of. Their friendly smiles and kindness brightened my mornings and set a welcoming tone for my whole stay. The Lennox is lucky to have such dedicated professionals on their team. I’ll definitely be returning, and the incredible housekeeping service — especially Maricisela and Silvia — is a big part of the reason why.

Yelp
This hotel is perfect. So beautiful inside and smells so good, it's so clean and tidy everywhere, the room amenities are thoughtful and so well curated (Molton Brown), the decor is gorgeous everywhere--lobby to hallway to room, the staff are amazing and bring the best energy. They have a golf cart that can take you anywhere you want within a mile radius and private seating/umbrellas on the beach. What more could you want? Speaking of staff, Ivana has gone out of her way to be kind and to make this trip so special. She was so thoughtful and heartfelt in her responses to our communication prior to the trip and is just AWESOME. Cristiano was the same--he made our trip so special as well and is just an incredible person. Victor was awesome as well! Thank you all!! There is no need to stay anywhere else--The Lennox is amazing! We can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Lennox Miami Beach was not a bad hotel but it also wasn't the best. If you shop around ahead of the time and not do a last minute booking like we did, you probably will find something better for $382 (it included the valet and resort fee) for one night (check in 4pm-check out before 11am). The employees who work there were friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were nice enough to acknowledge your questions but sometimes didn't provide clear answers. The valet parking was convenient. But the retrieval wait time took forever. For us, we waited close to an hour. This was unheard of and unbelievable for us. There was one team ahead of us and two team behind us. Hopefully they can make improvements to reduce the wait time for the valet retrieval. I would not recommend this place to others, but I have been wrong many times before so if you must try it out for yourself, please experience it for yourself. Parking is horrible.

Yelp
Let down over all with this place. Besides the space being gorgeous. The staff is very blah and the spaces are full of extremely rude individuals with blaring phone speakers / children unaccompanied and wake ups at 8am for no reason. The whole vibe here could be way better. It will not be a place I return. Again the spaces are gorgeous yet not enough to justify dealing with subpar service and atmosphere

Yelp
Great location. Clean hotel. Workout room with peloton bikes. Pool is a 'hot' pool which I totally enjoyed. Maybe 20 loungers around pool. Food and drink service at pool. As a Hilton honors member we got complimentary continental breakfast which wasn't the regular continental breakfast. We had a choice between overnight oats loaded with fruit and other goodness or yogurt with fresh fruit plus bread pastry options and coffee and juice. Was very good. Only complaint and really this is a Hilton complaint- why only Fred water in day one? I booked three nights I should get three days of water. Why am I getting the same amount of complimentary water as a person who booked one night? Make it make sense!

Yelp
There are way better options in Miami Beach. The staff is really nice...if you speak Spanish. They are outwardly friendlier to their Spanish speaking guests & they don't even try to hide it. No one is helpful, no one smiles. The two women working the front desk were flat out rude. The man who checked us in was a little better but never smiled. Odd for people in a service industry. The pool is small. There's a bar at the pool area...if there's wait staff, they didn't bother to wait on us. Thursday night at 11pm & the music is BLASTING from the venue next door. I tried to call down to the front desk to see when the loud noise would end so we could get some sleep but guess what...our phone didnt work! We had to go to the drug store to get ear plugs. The good: hotel location & decor. That's it! I cannot believe I'm paying $400+ for this nonsense. I will never stay here again and absolutely *do not* recommend this hotel.

Yelp
I think this hotel is a great value for what it offers. I stayed in the middle of the weeks so it wasn't as busy so we were able to take full advantage of the amenities. The front desk staff aren't that helpful but the doorman was phenomenal. The front desk wasn't really able to answer any question we had regarding my chase benefits or seemed to be bothered when asking about where things are located for the hotel. The private beach area is a nice perk so we didn't have to pack a umbrella and chairs for our trip. It was only a 5min walk from the hotel and you could be dropped off by golf cart if you asked. We were able to catch a ride to a bar nearby which was a nice way to beat the heat

Yelp
We are currently staying at the Lennox and have had to move the a smaller room because the tv was not working and the toilet kept flowing. The smaller new room today was okay despite significant less surface space. Went to shower and there was no water. No water to shower at noon on a Saturday for a full hotel. Was told water would go on soon but the only thing that went on was the fire alarm. We have two more nights here- what further surprises does this reality show have in store? Bedbugs? The only redeeming virtue is the front desk staff.

Yelp
The management! Customer Service. The pool area, which is more like a Jacuzzi surrounded by 1000 chairs.

Yelp
Nice boutique hotel, a block from the beach. Nice rooms, small, but nice. Disappointed that although the room was clean, they definitely forgot to vacuum cuz there was hair everywhere. And, the sink didn't drain properly cuz I bet it was full of hair or something. A plus is the golf cart that can take you a mile from the hotel which is nice but it gets busy quick so you may be waiting a minute for it. So it's either wait, or walk it.

Yelp
I LOVE the decor of this hotel as it feels like you're really in luxury, tropical getaway! The service was wonderful as well. Fidel at the front desk and the entire team was very accommodating as it was large group for a friend's Bach Weekend. The best were comfortable and the double bedrooms were perfect and comfortable. I would definitely recommend if you're staying in South Beach.

Yelp
Stayed one night at The Lennox. Was in Miami Beach on business. Rate was competitive so made a reservation. They mentioned they worked with Hilton but gave no details. Upon arriving front desk, lady mentions no room for parking my car. I have to drive 3 blocks away. Typical Miami Beach scene, rented exotics driving carelessly and e-bikes everywhere. As others had mentioned, front desk personnel used English as a second language and seemed put-out speaking English. I gave the lady grief because they allowed a Spanish family to park their Cullinen in their garage but shot me down.. Third world... To summarize, front desk personnel: No bueno

Yelp
Highly recommend. The hotel is very clean and modern. Note: PH Level (upper floor) The pool is a sliver, but VERY nice. Don't let the photos deceive you, it's like a meditative oasis. Take advantage of the beach with provided lounge chairs and towels. Walking distance to the Convention Center. I will return, for sure.

Yelp
The cutest boutique hotel! Stayed in July and loved the location with it being right smack in the middle of everything and a short walk to the beach. We were greeted with a flute of Prosecco which was much appreciated. We booked the Pool King Room which was perfect for hanging around the pool and having the convenience of your room a few steps away. The room was a bit small however and severely lacked closet/drawer space. The aesthetics were gorgeous though. And the entire hotel smelled so nice and fresh. The staff were friendly and at night the hotel is rather quite. They do have a restaurant on site but kind of pricey. The hotel bar doesn't get much action either but they have a beautiful and spacious lobby to hangout in. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely go back!

Yelp
Sink will not drain. Blinds are broken. Toilet keeps running. Coffee maker broken. Front desk is unhelpful. I do not recommend this Hilton hotel.

Yelp
Right on Collins Ave and formerly the old Peter Miller Hotel, I had a marvelous stay at Lennox Miami Beach for 4 days and 3 nights. Upon check-in, the colleague at the desk went above and beyond to provide us with an upgraded room and gave us a nice tour of the hotel. During our stay, we utilized the gym, which had not one, but two Peloton bikes, the pool and the bar by the pool. Everything was really incredible and the staff here is amazing. This will be my go to hotel from now on whenever I am in Miami. Listed below are a few things that would have made me give them a 5 star review. Cons: -No room service after 9pm -Restaurant closes at 9pm -There is no ice machine on the ground floor or by the rooms by the pool. -There's no ramp to assist with your luggage for the rooms on the ground floor by the pool so you have to pull it up/down the steps.

Yelp
Stayed her for work at the Convention Center. The rooms are small but clean and the air conditioner was great. Wireless is free and easy, and the TV has access to apps like YouTube and there's also the ability to stream from a phone or other device. There's also a small fridge with some drinks for sale; there's no weight sensor so storing your own things is t too much of an issue. The pool area is cozy with plenty of seating areas and a bar at the end. There's also a bar up front with a an extended lobby for sitting and sharing drinks and food. Around the corner is a nice shop with sandwiches and rice plates that are modestly priced and delicious, so it can offset the cost of the bar at the hotel, which is a bit pricey. The front desk and the folks running the hotel are pleasant and incredibly helpful, which is why I'm giving the place 5 stars. Oh yea they offer free rides to the beach. Be sure to tip your servers and drivers!

Yelp
WOW! This is one of the best hotels i've ever visited and my mom is a travel agent so I have been to the top hotels all around the world. Service was 11/10 thanks to AJAX! He is the #1 employee and has a heart of gold. He helped us out so much and made sure we were always comfortable. On the last day, our flight got delayed so he made sure all our suitcases were kept safe and made it easy to grab stuff in and out throughout the day. We also were impressed by Jason at the front desk who also helped us out a lot. We also loved that there was a beautiful pool, a champagne vending machine, a designated beach area, and fabulous location. Hotel was so beautiful and clean and I am coming back to miami just to stay here. I genuinely cannot recommend it more. I rarely ever write reviews but the service was too good not too. trust me and go here.

Yelp
What a lovely hotel. We had an amazing experience...until we were unlucky enough to encounter Supervisor Chula at the front desk. We arrived at the hotel in the morning after departing our cruise, the staff was super friendly, super happy to hold our luggage, give us towels, direct us to chairs on the beach. The day was beautiful. We returned to the hotel around 2:30 and wee informed that our room on the top floor wasn't ready yet, so we hung out near the spa waiting for our room. We never received a call that it was ready, so at 4:00, check-in time, we went to the front desk and met Chula. She was condescending from the get go. Any suggestions for places to eat? She doesn't live there, but they always suggest a place nearby (not super helpful!). Then she gave us room 3105. Which was a fine room by the way, but not the top floor as I requested and was supposed to have for the night and guess what? This room was on the first floor in a very random part of the hotel that Chula never even attempted to direct us to, luckily the rest of the staff was so helpful and one gentleman walked us to the room. The television welcomed some random person, confirming that Chula didn't think we were worthy of our original room. Talk about taking the wind out of the sails of an otherwise perfect stay. My advice, avoid Chula at all costs, everyone else was fantastic!

Yelp
One of the best hotels I have ever been to! Everything is perfect - from the look of the hotel to their service! Newly renovated rooms with versatile details. Whoever was designer, he/she did his/her job great! I am in love with this hotel and would recommend it to everyone! The pool is definitely paradise on Earth! With warm water and happy hour for cocktails it just contribute to your even more pleasant stay.

Yelp
The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is Joe, Mike, and Melody. Those staff members are quite literally the ONLY GOOD THING about my stay at this catfish of a hotel. The front desk staff are deplorable. They're rude, apathetic, and honestly quite snide. First of all, my card was charged incorrectly twice. We tried to settle it so many times and I've even still checking my card constantly to make sure there aren't anymore fraudulent charges. I get $46 food & beverage credit with Hotels.com that they "don't count" towards the minibar for some reason and they'll only let you know that at check out. Half of my stay was with a friend and the second half was by myself. During the first half, small things happened. Examples include housekeeping banging on the door at 9am (where do they do that so early??), coffee and toiletries not being replaced, what sounds like a full on nightclub blasting bass music till 4am and VERY thin walls, and no robes. Fine. But when she checked out and left me on my own, it went downhill quickly. The first room I was moved to had a poorly functioning A/C which seems like a common theme among the other reviews. I couldn't sleep in it so they moved me. They moved me to another room (same queen bed single) but the bed was broken. It felt like a 20 year old mattress. As someone with back problems, I woke up in the morning and my back was completely out. I honestly just wanted to leave but I had one more night. They finally moved me to ANOTHER room that was also the same set up but functional. There was NEVER a time where they offered to upgrade me or anything for the inconvenience which I know I'm not entitled to, but, CUSTOMER SERVICE AM I RIGHT. At $300+ a night, you expect small courtesies when you're inconvenienced. I expressed to reception how terrible of an experience I had from the fraudulent charges, to the low quality rooms, etc and told them I realllly don't want to write a bad review but I feel like I have to because they never even tried to ameliorate the situation and the woman just says "sorry to hear that". You can tell they don't care about the integrity of the hotel. They could have waived the $29/night resort fee for my Motel 6-esque stay or, hell, just let me use my $46 food and beverage credit, but no. Joe, Melody, and Mike are the only redeeming qualities of this place. It's pretty, but I had such a hellish experience that I was EXCITED to leave. I have never felt that way on vacation. I would avoid this place and go to the Fountanbleau, Loews, Ritz, Marriott, Marlin, or ANYWHERE else. It's really not worth it.

Yelp
Let me start off by saying this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone!. We booked a room here on Thursday, our first night in Miami before we left for Key Largo for the bungalow resort the next, the room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Fast forward to Monday we booked another stay on our way back from Key Largo, we got to our room and did sanitary check ( this is a must for us ) we found hair almost all over the bathroom floor also dust on the window blinds, then we also found hair on the sheets! We definitely knew this room wasn't cleaned so we called the front desk and they sent a nice gentleman to clean the room, he stated the girls didn't clean the room, he did a great job in cleaning the bathroom and changing the sheets ( my wife even gave him a hand in putting on brand new sheets ) because he was such a nice guy. I didn't get his name but he did awesome work and apologized numerous times which wasn't necessary to me but I understood. Other than the those issues I would return because the hospitality was great and the hotel is beautiful and is conveniently located!.

Yelp
3.5 Stars. I've never stayed in Miami before, so it's hard to compare. Overall, fairly quite, the hotel pool closed at around 9pm so the bar and music are off at a reasonable hour. We could barely hear the street noise as well. Finding a beautiful quite centrally located hotel was key. The downsides, we paid for a king-sized bed with a view, and received a queen sized bed with a view of an inner courtyard wall. We let the staff know who just fumbled around saying they needed to look into it. The room was clearly smaller than what we paid for and not worth $400/night. The front-desk was disorganized, there were only two people in-front of us and it took literally 1-hour to check-in. Appreciate that you are offered water while waiting and bell-service to the room. The pool is nice but small, it was often crowded. The restaurant is fairly nice and overall the decor and amenities were pretty good. For the price paid, would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Yelp
This hotel is definitely not worth the money. cons: -Elevator was broken the first couple of days we were there and had to take the stairs -The shuttle they display on their website to drive you to the beach was never "working" -There is absolutely no room service after lunch aka you will not be able to order any food or drinks in the evening or night time. -The pool temperature is very warm as it is a "spa pool" -The spa is closed due to covid - The pool and bar closes at dusk -Staff is not totally service oriented -Ice machine was broken on our floor (level 2) pros: - Early check in with no additional charge (because the room was ready) - The staff is very kind, yet the con to this pro is that they are not service oriented -Aesthetically pleasing hotel, on the nicer end of the beach -Quiet -Very clean I called down to the front desk for some water bottles to be brought up to the room and they told me I had to come down to the front desk to get them and that they could not bring them up to me. When I walked down to the front desk, the two employees were on their personal cell phones yet could not walk the water bottles to my room... Overall, the hotel definitely has potential, but it just needs a lot of help. For the money I paid to stay there, I would have much rather paid a little bit more at a hotel that offered better amenities. One day we literally went to The Confidante Hotel to lay out by their pool, and it was a way better vibe than the Lennox. No hatred towards the Lennox, but they have to step their game up or lower their prices!

Yelp
Our visit here was not what we wanted to plan. We frequently visit Miami to stay on South Beach. However, this place was a secret paradise. The pool area was the hot spot. Folks were basking in the sun and enjoying drinks with loud hip music playing over the speakers. This hotel is upscale and sophisticated. You will get your Miami vibes on! The location strategic, allowing you to navigate Miami as you wish.

Yelp
Lennox Miami Beach is a great place to stay in the middle of everything. I really like the location and everything that they offer here. I like the pool area and the laid back atmosphere that they provide here. The staff here is very friendly and attentive. Quality stay every time I have been here.

Yelp
Every so many months my husband and I take a kid free vacation and this time around we choose Lennox for our Miami Beach getaway! The aesthetics was the first thing that pulled me in to the booking of this hotel and I loved that they they had a special at the time we booked which made it that much more affordable. The service here is impeccable! We were greeted every time we walked in and even told to our day when leaving. It seems pretty simple, but it's things as simple as a greeting that makes your stay that much more special! When arriving our room wasn't ready since we arrived to our hotel earlier than expected but the staff here made us comfortable right away! They stored our luggage so we could either enjoy the amenities their hotel has to offer until our room was completed or explore the strip of Miami Beach luggage free! Once our room was ready we noticed immediately that it was extremely hot, a warm 81 degrees to be exact! When I called to the front desk and expressed that we were having trouble adjusting our air and that our room was too hot for comfort they adjusted our room temperature from the desk which gave us privacy to still get ready for our day without having staff coming in our room to adjust it for us! Once our room began to cool off staff did come to our door to assure us the problem was fixed and to not hesitate if we need anything else! A plus in our book from day one! Later in the week it poured buckets on us just a block away from the hotel and the staff jumped to get us towels to dry off when we came in. From the valet to the aesthetic, to the relaxing pool, this hotel gets 5 stars easily! We will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family!

Yelp
My first stay here and I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Located right on Collins which is walking or close driving distance to many things. The beach is literally 1 block over. You are given beach towels and 2 complimentary chairs and a umbrella at the beach. Major plus! The room was clean despite a little small but very nice so i didn't mind. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The ambiance of the pool was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend a pool view room to get the full experience as we were on the end so not directly over the pool. A must stay for sure

Yelp
What an experience from beginning to end! When we were dropped off, we were pleased with the location. Close to south beach but not so close that you hear every businesses music blaring when trying to sleep. It's in walking distance to the beach (they are on the corner of 19th and Collins, beach is on 19th street). The nice young lady at the front desk provided us with bottled water, as well as a pamphlet on things/excursions to do in the area. Also informed us that they have a golf cart on the premises that would take us anywhere within a 1 mile distance from 10am-5pm which was great. The hotel is extremely chic and decorated beautifully. The aroma when you walk into the front office is very pleasant and made me feel like I was walking into my candle lit home. The rooms were also nice and from what we could tell, cleaned very well. We had floor to ceiling window (or door, I don't remember), facing the bar area, but was blocked off so we couldn't access the pool/bar unless we went through the front entrance. House keeping was friendly, but they didn't replenish towels unless we called, which doesn't make sense if they remove them all from the room. They also don't replenish the toilet tissue, and when calling to the front desk they couldn't provide it because it was before 8am. Huhhh?! Any who, what made this hotel memorable was the bar staff. Sonia, Ingrid, and my favorite, Bryan were all amazing! Friendly, funny, and so personable. Bryan made some bomb drinks, that were both delicious andd strong. I watched him curate drinks that weren't on the menu with ease, whether it was something he had heard of or not. I've never set at a bar and enjoyed myself the way I did at Lennox! Then, right behind the bar was the pool. So we could still order both drinks and food with ease. Cannot wait to return!

Yelp
Friendly staff, modern/stylish/comfortable ambiance about the place. Cons: NOTHING is complimentary.

Yelp
Be careful with the people at the beach because they were trying to rip you off and charge you money and they'll be overly aggressive with you so try to stay clear from there Beach services

Yelp
Love this new hotel. All the employees made me feel so welcomed and valued. Had breakfast at their outside terrace and the food was really tasty and prices were reasonable for the beach. Felt like I was in LA or something, really cool to feel like you're on a little getaway :) Can't wait to go back and try lunch or dinner. If you are in the area, this place is a must.

Yelp
I have never written a review in my life as I am a pretty understanding person and I respect all people working in the service industry, however my experience this week was soo bad that I decided that I have to say something. This is a special occasion for my wife and I so we decided to book a special place or the so called "luxury" experience hotel Lennox in Miami Beach. Nothing even close. Waiting 36 minutes for the so called valet to bring our car, in 92 degree heat. The complimentary water is non existent. The advertised golf cart to take us to the beach never showed up and actually never saw it during the whole week of stay. Filthy hotel refusing to clean the room and only did twice in 5 days after we spoke to supervisor who did not even care. The complimentary coffee is never provided and the "private beach" is a joke. Is not private, but public and ran by outsourced company. You get two broken chairs and filthy moldy pads if you are lucky and have listened to the attendant Angelo's mumbling and drunk bullshit before that. The place is a joke. The pool is filthy and the pool bar closes at 8pm so go to bed early. The drinks at the bar in the hotel do not resemble anything you know and are full of water. The bar is tended by a girl claiming to be Argentinian and has no idea what you are talking about. The restaurant is the same pathetic excuse of service. Spilling coffee and eggs on the floor at breakfast, the servers are confused and have no training or a clue what to do. I apologize for sounding frustrated, but I am. This week was special for my wife and I and we wanted a special place. Lennox ruined it for us so I hope this doesn't happen to you! All the best in your next vacation! Al Zax

Yelp
I am absolutely in love with this hotel. I'm only here for a quick two night stay before continuing a vacation, but I am truly bummed I'll have to leave! This place is brand new and superbly decorated. It also smells amazing when you enter (I know...that's so weird to say right?). Best of all, the staff are top notch! Management genuinely cares about the guest experience and it shows from the second you walk in. First impression was great; upon check in I was greeted around 9:30p on a Fri with a big smile by the evening crew (Claudia and Reynaldo are so great!!!). They were super fun, provided a speedy check in process, and had a good sense of humor to boot. We talked for a bit and they made wonderful suggestions the entire time. Reynaldo even showed me to my room and explained how all the fancy lights worked. He is awesome and provides quality service all around. Next day at the bar, he was energetic and happy - and so entertaining. I predict he will become a staple of this hotel. Also, the private beach section is perfect and I was shocked that even the guys who work there were nice too. The chairs were comfortable, too! They even have little beach bags at reception... so don't forget to grab one. The bar inside is small but elegant. Kim is phenomenal. Her conversation at the bar was awesome!! She makes amazing drinks, too. Honestly, the experience she gave was top notch. South beach has a lot of tourist trap hotels and this is absolutely not one of them. I've stayed at high end hotels all over the world, and I can't stress enough - stay here!

Yelp
My husband and I stay for two nights and it was a decent start. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. They offered a wine upon checking in which was nice. We had the pent house floor with a view the bar next door. Loud thumping music up to 4am in the morning which was fine. The rooms were small compared to how much the rooms were per night ($500+). Only complaint would be the tv which kept going out when we got back to the hotel and the carpet which had some nasty residue upon checking in.

Yelp
Basically I have a Hyatt credit card and I am able to redeem my points in different hotels. This hotel I guess is technically owned by Hyatt so if your have the credit card you can definitely redeem your points here. The only downside is that you can't redeem the points for the food in their restaurant, which isn't really that big of a deal. Regular check in time is at 3, but our flight arrived in the morning and we were able to do an early check in at no extra cost. As soon as you open the doors a beautiful breeze smacks you right in the face, and it will feel so good. I literally have no idea what type of air refresher they use but oh my goodness it smells sooooo good! The service was amazing! They offer you water or drinks and they take up your luggage, well they insist you let them do it so why not! They also have a golf cart that can take you up to 1 mile. There are also beach chairs with umbrellas that are available to use. The beach is no more than a 10 minute walk, which was convenient, but if you don't feel like walking then you can request to use the golf cart. There are plenty of attractions near this location, which is Collins Ave. they also have a pool, bar are, gym and they also have room service available. I think I would recommend this hotel because I had such a great time, not sure how pricey it is because I was able to use my credit card points, but either way, it was a great place to stay!

Yelp
The attendants at the front desk and pool bar were extremely helpful and welcoming. The pool area is by far the highlight of the hotel. We spent most of our time here. We wished the pool bar had more extensive hours, as they started serving after 2pm. There is also easy access to the beach with seating and towels available. Easy to rent bikes on hotel property were also nice. I had read many reviews prior to booking and knew the hotel was located next to a bar/club. Knowing this, we requested a room away from the club. Even so, we ended up in a room facing the club directly. This was a bit frustrating. The view from our room was pretty horrible (see photo). Despite the room location and view being subpar, the rest of the hotel was nice. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with a lot of time spent at the pool, this hotel is for you.

Yelp
This hotel is doing some shady business. They'll take your information in check-in and charge your card when you leave for nothing. When I try to call they always trying to tell you "the manager is not here today" come on. I got no response through Email or phone, going to file a complaint at BBB.

Yelp
The Lennox hotel is extremely deceiving. Do not trust the pictures that show up on Google. For starters, our room was over $500/night and can only be compared to a broom closet. It was nextdoor to the pool doorway which made it impossible to relax from the constant door slamming and chatter from the foot traffic . To top off our trip, we were awoken in the middle of the night by someone vacuuming in the hallway. This is a far shot off from luxury. If I wanted a rowdy, cheap experience, I would have chosen the Dominican Republic instead. After contacting the hotel to let them know our disappointment in our stay, we have been met with absolutely abhorrent customer service. It has been virtually impossible to reach a single person at this hotel who will help us. Book elsewhere and actually have a trip you'll enjoy.

Yelp
This is such a beautiful property. They have completely remodeled this boutique hotel that has been on Miami Beach for years! I still remember walking by from my highschool down the street. I believe they have a new restaurant opening up soon! Check out the pool & Bar!

Yelp
I've been to South Beach Miami many times, and each time I've stayed at a different hotel. Whether it's on Collins or Ocean Drive. Now, I think I have finally found a gem! Location: Collins and 19th. Great for walking anywhere. Lincoln Road Mall, Starbucks, and any type of cuisine you choose. Only two blocks to the beach, and when you get there, they have complimentary chairs and umbrellas. Perfect for a swim, or a 2 hr nap . Hotel: can I just say it smells great when you walk in! It's also easy on the eyes. Decor is very nice. Chic and eclectic. Rooms are small, but not your typical "South Beach Small." Definitely more comfortable than any hotel I've stayed in here. There is a restaurant on property. I can only speak for breakfast. Very good avocado toast, and mimosa made with freshly squeezed juice. The pool is pretty nice too, drinks, and food from the hotel restaurant. Can't forget the bicycles they have on property for rent. First 30 mins were free. Service/Staff: Here is why they only get 4 stars. After calling multiple times to inform that we would be checking in late, our reservation was still marked as a no show and canceled. No biggie though, they were able to reinstate it with no issue. Biggest problem is response time for requests. Asked for extra towels, and that took two hours and a second phone call. Also didn't get the housekeeping we requested on day two. Overall, still the best place I've stayed on SOBE. Give it a try.

Yelp
This place is such a disappointment, for the price of the room I was expecting the room to at least resemble the pictures on their website, it's not even close. The room is small, has no windows and the shower looks like something you would see outside, leaving the beach. I will never stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless I wanted to ruin someone's trip to Miami.

Yelp
Stayed here this weekend for my honeymoon, we decided on a staycation because of Covid and we loved it! Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and all wore masks. Hotel and rooms are stunning and extremely comfortable. I desperately would love to know what the smell in the lobby is because it was the most delicious smell ever and I need my whole life to smell like this.

Yelp
I went for my dads birthday celebration. It was AMAZING. It was so much fun that we decided to extend the stay one more day. We live in Miami and we wanted a staycation, and escape from the real world for a little. The pool was amazing, it was quiet, and perfect for us to relax but also enjoy our time. The Mojitos and Margaritas were TOP TOP. We drank bottomless mojitos and margaritas until the night, sun tanning and walked to the beach for a little. I would recommend a 10/10. I cannot forget to mention how delicious the breakfast was. Best coffee I have tried in Miami.

Yelp
The first night I was there I asked for extra sheets and a blanket and was told by the front desk staff Diego that because the housekeeping staff was not there he didn't have access to the linen closet. I've never heard of anything that dumb before. I was extremely upset because I never sleep in between the bedding at hotels because I know housekeeping doesn't always do what they are supposed to! I pulled back the covers and lo and behold there was hair. So my first night there I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Went down to the front desk the next morning and spoke to Giuseppe and he just kept apologizing. I also told him that the bathroom sink was draining really slow. He apologized again and said that he'll send someone up to fix it. Last I checked apologies are great and all but changed behavior and comps speak more volumes. There was none! No one ever came to fix the sink either. I kept finding miscellaneous hairs in the bathroom and towels which I feel is disgusting. Went to the beach and couldn't use the umbrella's that apparently are supposed to be included with the resort fee. The restaurant onsite prices are ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all!

Yelp
Until this evening, I would have given the hotel 4-stars. The Lennox Miami Beach is a charmingly-restored beach hotel. More chic than charming, actually, it features a lovely pool, beach access, and a nice restaurant which serves excellent food (strange that it closes between 9-10 pm, though!). However, beware of the misinformation found on the hotel's website (as well as third-party sites): first of all, rooms are SMALL. King balcony rooms are described as 484-538 square feet; on Hotels and Expedia they are more accurately reported at 376 square feet. Secondly, the $28.50 per night resort fee (according to hotels.com) is supposed to include amenities; the complimentary water and coffee, however, are a ruse. Upon arrival, guests receive two bottles of water and six Nespresso pods. No matter the duration of one's stay -- even if its 5 nights! -- guests are charged for additional bottles and pods. Note: The policy is much more accurate on the hotel's website (on which the resort fee is increased to $35/day). Thirdly, there is no mention of the BLARING indoor/outdoor nightclub next-door, Baoli, which goes off at 11pm during the week (hence the 3-star-rating). Finally, while there are in-room safes, there are NO CLOSETS. Instead there is a half-wardrobe with one drawer. Translation: longer clothes (dresses, skirts, etc.) must be hung on external hooks and without proper drawers, one guest is forced to live out of a suitcase. All-in-all, an "almost" gem of a find, but at $750 per night, not really a deal. Next time we will try somewhere else.

Yelp
I have stayed here a few times. The only hindrance to our vacation this time was that the morning shift employee is quite rude and unprofessional when helping us with our luggage or transporting us in the golf cart. The air conditioning was not damaged, so that made for restful evenings. The rest I highly recommended. The pool area is beautiful. The restaurant food is always good. The reception staff is helpful.
