Enjoyed a delightful meal of steak and fries here. The gravy goes well with the steak and the salad provided a good balance to the heavy main course. Its french onion soup and crab cake (part of set lunch) were yummy too! Please leave some room for the dessert, otherwise you will regret it. Love the Paris Brest- a choux filled with rich and creamy praline cream. And the chocolate mousse is perfect for lovers of rich dark velvety chocolate mousse. Wonderful service from Uma, who single handedly managed the floor on 1 Aug during lunch, and it was quite a crowd then. Despite so, she maintained her smile. Do grab the promo of adding $10++ on top of the original $29.90++ for free flow steak and fries, I learnt that it is being extended till end of August and that really is quite a deal!

We were offered a great table with a view. The steak was good though I would prefer the sauce to be served separately. This was requested but not followed through. That said, the overall service was good and made up for this small issue. Overall, nice ambience and does remind us a little of the restaurants in Paris. After dinner, we had a nice walk down to watch the awesome fireworks!

Made a reservation last wed night and specifically indicated outdoor seating, but was brought to a table inside. Not sure why there’s even an option to indicate preferences if they’re not checked. Starters and appetisers were okay, but the main issue was the steak. It was served cold. After I informed the waiter, they took the plate away without saying a word. The replacement steak was warmer, but again, no apology or acknowledgement. All in all, disappointing experience. Won’t be returning.

Service is excellent. Nice view of MBS & Singapore a river. Food is reasonably yummy albeit some misses & overall slightly too salty. The bistro is celebrating their 15th Anniversary, so their signature steak is going for just $29.90 (regular price $48.80). We had the Foie Gras (nicely seared); marrow beef tartare (interesting combo); crab cake (a bit salty but yummy). And of course the signature steak - the first piece they served was quite possibly the worst steak we have tried - totally rubbery, took herculean efforts just to slice it. I think it was the cut. Very veiny. We flagged to the manager and he very promptly & apologetically removed it and had it replaced. The replacement was a vast improvement - reasonably tender & went well with their special sauce (generous with their sauce & the manager kept asking if we needed more sauce...). The truffle fries were nicely crisp, could not stop finishing it up. Had the lava cake. It was not a regular cake that we expected, firmer more chewy texture - maybe French style? We did not enjoy it much but can see how someone else might really like it. Overall, very pleasant experience - and definitely would recommend our friends to give it a try themselves esp. during the promo period. Oh just to flag, tap water is not served but free flow still or sparkling water available at SGD3 per pax. & the bill doesn’t seem to include GST & service charge but there’s option to add tips when you pay.

Went for the buffet picanha steak. Not worth the money at all as it was so super tough, even when medium rare. So much tendon in the steak. Not even one was good. I still forced myself to order a few more to see if there was one decent one. Unfortunately, none made the cut. Will not be returning due to the quality.

Our second time coming for the steak here. Food is great, perfectly cooked meat with their signature sauce. Lovely seating outdoors, very good service, highly recommended

$39.90 for free flow steaks and fries. The steak is pretty tough, including the medium rare portions. Not really value for money even when you can eat a lot of steak. Nice view of Marina Bay Sands from this restaurant.

We came to the restaurant on a weekday afternoon, which was quiet and relatively empty. The French styled steak was good and delicious. Especially love the steak, the sauce, and the additional white asparagus that we added on. They also have free flow fries as well which we did not opt for extras. The service was fast due to the low footfall on a weekday afternoon. The view here is good as well as it overlooks the MBS. Overall, we had a good lunch here and will consider coming back should we crave some French style steak.
