LEON Carnaby Street

Generally good. Need to sort out the sauce orders. When I order 2 sauces please feel free to charge me for 2, rather than giving me just one. Perhaps change your settings and instruct staff to fulfill the order correctly

A bit disorganised compared to other Leon locations. The tills were presenting us with different drink options depending on main item chosen, which shouldn't happen. I put in my email address to receive a receipt, but it never came so I had to request a duplicate which took ages. Food also took over ten minutes even though the location was quiet (everyone who ordered after me was served before me). My drinks weren't initially given to me with my order so I had to request these, and despite sauces being clearly speficied on the order, not all of these were supplied either. While I was waiting for my order, another customer returned to say her food was stone cold.

The food was great, service was quick and we got to eat very quickly. Healthy and delicious. Will go again.

It was my first time trying Leon, I had an amazing food and the stuff were really nice and welcoming. I will definitely be coming again.

Leon's is a great place to visit if you are in a hurry and don't have time to eat a sit down meal but you want something healthier than what you can grab and go. Leon was a must stop for me and my friends when we needed a quick snack. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Leon on Carnaby St used to be my favourite but unfortunately not any more. I did see lots of changes there e.g. staff I’ve ordered a smoothie and noticed that wasn’t filled up to the top. So I’ve asked a member of staff could he fill it to the top, his answer was we don’t fill them to the top. I am a regular customer so I do spot any changes in portion sizes etc. Really disappointed.

the staff we're lovely, Its great to see as many gluten free options as gluten options for once, as a family with a lot of dietary restrictions it was an amazing amount of choice. The atmosphere was surprisingly calm for London and it was great to have a bit of a break! Would highly recommend, next time I'm in London I'm definitely going again

Misleading photo, way smaller than the menu pic (i had the wrap) the chips are old and saggy, expensive. Horrible experience
