The hotel is well located, and the rooms are overall ok. However, the overall experience did not match what I would normally expect from a boutique 4-star hotel, it lacks the atmosphere, character, and level of service typically associated with that category. Housekeeping is not provided daily and only starts from the third night, which is unusual for this category. While fresh towels or additional service can be requested, this still feels closer to an apartment-style concept than a full-service hotel.
Breakfast is offered through a partner restaurant, which was fine, but there is no bar, lounge, or snack/food service available during the day or evening. The minibar in the room was empty, with no alternative options provided.
Overall, the hotel feels more like a well-designed aparthotel or a good 3-star property rather than a true 4-star hotel, mainly due to the lack of services. It may suit guests looking for independence stay, but expectations regarding services should be managed accordingly.
