Leonardo Boutique Huntingtower Perth, a Design Boutique Hotel Perth, United Kingdom

"This fine country house hotel rests in 6 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, only a few minutes' drive from Perth. There is free on-site car parking and free Wi-Fi. After exploring the castles and ruins of Perthshire, guests can enjoy a fine whisky in the homely, Scottish bar or dine at the Huntingtower's spacious award-winning restaurant. There is also an outside seating area for warmer months. Each bedroom is unique; some offer a modern feel while others have bright colours and a more traditional decor. All rooms include tea and coffee making facilities and a bathroom with free toiletries. The Hermitage, which is a 30-minute drive away, has wonderful, easy walks through woodland, leading to ancient caves and a stunning waterfall. Activities like kayaking, 4x4 off road driving and golfing are also available. Perth rail and bus stations are 3 miles from the hotel." - My Boutique Hotel (en)

Stayed over Hogmanay for a couple nights. Staff were great and very accommodating. Hotel looked great with the Xmas trees, lights etc. our 17 month old enjoyed it. Room was nice and nothing to complain about. The main thing that stuck out was how great the staff were. From the check in desk, to the restaurant/bar etc. didn't manage to catch any specific names of folk unfortunately but they were all great. Even warmed up some milk for us a couple times too.

My partner and I stayed here just as a base to visit the Enchanted Forest in Pitlochry and given we got a pretty cheap deal, we were just hoping it was clean and comfortable, but it exceeded our expectations!||A beautiful period building, we loved the old Scottish feel to the place. Check in was quick and the receptionist warm and welcoming. We loved the complimentary juice / water on offer in the foyer too! ||Our room was huge , clean and comfortable. Bathroom yes a little dated, but keeping within the traditional feel more than adequate. ||The best part for us was breakfast which we had in the room - beautiful. Arrived on time, hot, and tasted delicious. If I had to make one, tiny complaint it would be that there was no potato scone! Can't have a Scottish breakfast without a tottie scone! ||We also have to say that all the staff we encountered from check in, to the night porter and young man who delivered our breakfast were just lovely. And it makes such a difference when you're treated so nicely by staff. ||We would absolutely stay again when in that area.

Just back from a last minute overnight stay with my 10 year old daughter to reset from life 😅 The staff, Skye and Tracy who looked after us were both amazing, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable and special stay, thanks ladies! Hotel was clean, decor was tasteful and modern. Room was well equiped with lovely views over the garden area. Will be returning hopefully in the very near future 🤞xx

The woman reception were very helpful and welcoming. Our 14month old son really likes Manthi I think was her name. She was very kind. The waitresses that were in for breakfast were very accommodating. The breakfast was good. Buffet selection was ok. Room was very spacious we were in the bottom floor. also there was plenty of dogs to pet which is always good. Only really bad point was there was no Guinness. And the magners was a little flat. But the Latte was top notch. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay. We may be back.

My second visit here. the first was a business trip so I wanted to come for a leisure night with my husband. We were not disappointed. The room was lovely with a beautiful view over the magnificent beech tree in the front of the grounds. The grounds generally are beautiful. Evening meal was good - we are vegetarian and had stuffed peppers. It would have been nice to have more vegetarian choice. Staff at this hotel are really friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning.

Great location. Lovely big room. Excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Didn't have dog with us but dog friendly rooms available and nice walks nearby.

This was for a weekend away for my elderly Parents who had not been well. From the look of the pictures etc it looked exactly what they needed. |Now they are a sprightly 87 and 90 Young at heart couple and were looking forward to a weekend away just chilling by a fire and reading and relaxing. |We stay approx 1.5 hours away so they left in plenty time to allow arrival before the darkness descended. ||On arrival I was called by my Mum who was in literal horror at the state of this place. They were shown to a room that they said was an upgrade! Filthy, run down and not fit for any animal to stay in never mind a Human! ||They refused to stay and even some of the staff agreed that this place was not fit to be called a Hotel.||Now although they agreed to refund and Manager called to apologise My parents had to then make the decision to leave and return home in the pitch black which for any of us is not ideal but at their ages was scary. Luckily I have tracking on them and so spent the next few hours watching every mile of their journey home. ||I did try to book the Best Hotel in Scotland as they would be passing but unfortunately no rooms available. Suppose it is my fault for booking but please do not go by pictures and go by the honest reviews.
