mostly great with many useful amenities. amazing location. very comfortable beds and very clean rooms. staff were helpful and nice. cute that they have bath stuff for sale behind the counter and free treats for guests + 24 hr coffee, but not really much space to hang towels and it’s a bit dark with not much light. wish it wasn’t so loud too.

I went with my daughter and the experience was not that good, first of all the rooms were not clean, dust was everywhere and no one in the 7 days that i was there came to take the trash can out, there was no kitchen so you could not drink wanter from the kitchen sink, only from the toilet sink witch sounds and is disgusting. The only thing that was good was that it is in the center of the city. That was the only good thing.

Very good hotel! Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, 24/7 access to nice coffee, wifi is quite reliable and fast enough, rooms are not amazing, but pretty decent. Hotel is perfectly located in the middle of city with easy access to everything one could wish for. Ideal place for a business trip.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodations are a bit stuffy and outdated, but have a certain charm to them that relates well to the history of the city. So I like it, and have returned at least once again to enjoy a similar experience.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Even those overlooking the street or pedestrian mall are relatively quiet. Windows have sheers as well as thick black-out curtains so sleep was very restful. Staff are kind, considerate, and friendly. The breakfast buffet is ample with hot and cold foods, fresh fruit, various breads and sweets, and an assortment of beverages. My only suggestion for improvement concerns WiFi and internet access-- the network is insecure (open access, no password required). I recommend a network with at least WPA security.

Room was very dark, without a central light, nightlight was broken. Hairdryer was also broken. Room at streetside with lack of noise insulation from the outside and neighbour guests. So impossible to sleep. Moreover, hallway smelled like weed.

Nice hotel and it is very close to main train station of city. 5-8 minute walk. There are many restaurants nearby so yes it is a great city centred location. Rooms are big spacious and clean, however they are a bit expensive. The breakfast is nice but they don't have enough options for vegan and vegetarian. I think they should definitely include plant based vegan soya slices (grilled or sauteed) options in breakfast. Including simple mushrooms can be great too.

Decent 3-star hotel in a great location but definitely not good enough to be a 4-star hotel. At 229€ per night and claiming to be 4 stars I have some expectations and enough complaints about maintenance and cleaning! On purpose I'm leaving out all the details (long story) and (not so nice) pictures to not make or break. Maybe I just had a bad experience. My room had way too much overdue/poor maintenance. Maybe it’s wise to have the hotel manager and the maintenance guy make a round to inspect and fix things before the hotel really loses its glamour and stars.
