I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
From the moment we arrived, there was a lack of clear communication — especially regarding parking, which was poorly explained and left us confused upon check-in.
We had booked a suite, and according to the hotel’s official website, a late check-out until 2 PM was included in the price. Despite this, we were told upon arrival to ask again on Saturday morning. When we did, the reception confirmed it would be possible — but only if we paid an extra €20, to be added to our final invoice. This directly contradicted the information provided at the time of booking.
Then on Sunday morning, while we were still asleep, we were abruptly woken up at 11:30 AM with a call from reception telling us we had to vacate the room as soon as possible. Apparently, nothing had been confirmed in the system, and the staff told us they needed the room ready by 1 PM and that “there was nothing they could do”. No apology, no accountability — just pressure to leave quickly.
On top of that, we could not even enjoy the breakfast we had already paid for. We had made it clear that we would return late from an evening out and therefore would not be attending breakfast — yet no solution, refund, or flexibility was offered.
Finally, for a suite, it is frankly pitiful not to find even a bottle of drinking water provided in the room. The lack of basic amenities and attention to detail was truly disappointing.
➡️ Overall, the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disregard for guests’ comfort completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend.
