Leonardo's Pizza Palace

Mammamia 🎉 Leonardo’s Pizza Palace is not just a palace for pizza, but also for their pasta and appetizers. The crunchy chicken toast tasted amazing with that classic saltiness and briny combo. A must-get IMO. Truly a delicious bite. Pizza baked to perfection with a tasty, balanced sauce, cheese, and topping combo. Almost all pizzas (as they should be) are a must-try. What surprised me was the pasta! Granted, it’s probably an in-house pasta, but they nailed it. The sauce? Emulsified to perfection, coating all the pasta well, and that Ala Vodka sauce haunts me for a quick bite. Not to mention the amazing prawn flavour in their seafood pasta. Overall, for the price, Leonardo’s punches above their weight class and is truly a paradise for a quick casual bite.

You have to come here with friends and family. The vibe in here is soooo cozy and warm. The food was delicious and the pizza dough is super fluffy. Pasta was amazing too. Major thing to highlight is the team. Our waiter took care of us sooo well. Wish we got his name. I asked for an old fashion drink and he got me a good one and asked for feedback which shows constant improvement of a restaurant which I deeply respect. Try the food and leave with ever lasting memories.

So unexpected but this cozy spot right off of Lygon was incredible! The fennel sausage pizza, rigatoni vodka sauce, chicken toast and broccolini were all 10/10. The atmosphere is like stepping back into my nonnas house. Will be back!

Best pizza I’ve tried so far in Melbourne! Celebrated my partners birthday there and we had a beautiful experience. The place and ambiance is lovely, the food is delicious and the service is warm - they were very busy and were still very attentive and kind. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time at Leonardo Pizza. The atmosphere was spot on , moody but cozy, and perfect for a relaxed evening. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Service was a bit slow though. We had to remind them about our order after waiting for more than 30 minutes, and the oysters we ordered never came out, possibly forgotten because it was quite busy. Despite those little hiccups, the food was fantastic and the vibe was amazing. You can tell it’s a popular spot for a reason. Definitely recommend making a reservation if you’re planning to check it out. It’s a gem worth visiting.

The pizza is fluffy, crispy and flavourful. They experimented with some flavours and I’m pleasantly surprised I ordered the margarita pizza, it’s simple but done well. Then I ordered the fennel with pork, flavourful and not too salty I ordered another one with potato, with something drenched in oil on top? It resembles chilli crisp oil but I’m sure it’s not it. This addition was the reason why this flavour tasted so good. I would 100% order this again Some parts of the pizza is a bit burnt and tasted a little bitter because of that, but otherwise, very good!

Food and service was great! I really loved how they made their Brussels sprouts, at some point it tasted like I wasnt eating vegetable. Thats how good it is. Their pizza was great too and I loved their dip. 4/5 for atmosphere since it was a bit too loud in there, especially when it started filling up with more people too. All in all great food and experience ☺️

One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Got the supreme with extra pineapples and that elevated the whole pizza to another level! Tiramisu was also amazing. Very creamy and 👌 I will come back with a bigger group of friends for sure!

In my 5 years of living in Australia, I never had pizza that wasn't sub-par. On my trip back last week to visit friends and family, Leonardo's finally changed that for me. While expensive, this place actually knows how to do pizza right. Sauce was flavorful, ingredients were fresh and high quality, and the whole vibe is just right. If I wasn't the only American at our table of 10, I would have forgotten I was in Melbourne! Seriously though, this place is great. I'd recommend getting there early to get a table as we had to wait more than an hour for a table for a large group, but it's worth it!

Anchovy pizza and broccolini salad are really good. Also this is the only place in melbourne that serves bud light
