My partner and I recently concluded a truly exceptional stay at your hotel, and I am writing to express our sincerest gratitude. The experience far surpassed our expectations. Your hotel's ideal location, combined with the outstanding service provided by your team, created a remarkably comfortable and memorable visit. The warm welcome and consistently attentive service were immediately apparent. We would particularly like to commend Cristina and Gloria for their exceptional responsiveness and proactive assistance. Their dedication significantly enhanced our enjoyment of the stay. The apartment itself was impeccably maintained and offered a luxurious and comfortable environment. The cleanliness was exemplary, and the thoughtful provision of daily complimentary refreshments was a delightful surprise. The secure and convenient location added to the overall positive impression. In short, our stay felt like a truly luxurious and relaxing escape. Our only disappointment was the brevity of our visit. In our 40 years of international travel, this is one of the most delightful apartments we have stayed in. The sublime restoration of this centuries-old building, inside the ancient city walls of Treviso, leaves glimpses of its historic past, and brings all the style and comfort of modern Italy into play as well. Our apartment had been cleverly designed to provide light and space; eye-catching furniture; plenty of storage so clothing and suitcases didn't clutter our room, a small but functional kitchen, and a luxury bathroom with glimpses of Roman frescoes remaining on the walls. Our hosts were extremely kind and helpful, with someone discreetly on-site regularly to answer any queries. There's an elevator if you can't manage stairs - a rare thing in many older buildings. The location, in a very narrow winding street, is quiet but close to large open squares, historic churches and plenty of cafes, bars and shops, lively but uncrowded. We're dying to come back.

We were lucky enough to be able to book this space relatively last minute and from the minute we stepped in, we were in complete awe. Cristina was the most incredible host who clearly has put her heart and soul into the space. Every corner of the property (including even the car park) has been so beautifully tended to. There wasn’t an inch of space that hadn’t been meticulously curated. Treviso was a fabulous city made truly magical because of our stay here. Don’t hesitate to book - we hope to be back again soon.

The Leoni di Collalto Palace was a fantastic place to stay in Treviso. The apartments are new, modern, and clean, with great design and attention to detail. There are many useful amenities, like robes and slippers, fridge, microwave, and expresso machine. The toiletries even include hair conditioner, which is often not available in European hotels. The “mini-bar” items are complimentary. The wifi was reasonably fast. Although the street outside could get a bit noisy at night, the windows were quite good at blocking out the noise. The staff was very helpful and communicated all the necessary information. The only negatives were that, although there was a safe, it was very tiny, and the bathroom had very poor lighting. The apartment could really benefit from a lighted make-up mirror because it was almost impossible to see anything in the bathroom.

Wow most amazing accomodation .|Right in the centre of Treviso . Walking distance to the best town and shops if you are shopping . Right across the road you have the best Italian Restaurant I’ve been to Alfredo and many many others . |So convenient to everything walking distance .|The building just beautiful. Our Apartment was the ground floor . Kitchenette , table and chairs TV , beautifully bathroom , high ceiling , huge bedroom with TV walk in wardrobe comfortable bed and pillows . It has an outdoor sitting area . |Finally a place that has an iron and ironing board and a Laundry Room finally . Been travelling for over 4 months and it’s the hardest thing to find and a Complimentary goodies in the Bar Fridge. Coffee machine and great teas . Christina was the host so so helpful from beginning to end . Would definitely come back to Treviso and stay here again . Was just perfect . Perfectly set up , spotless and new .

OMG! What a great surprise! A well decorated apartment with everything you need for you stay. Spacious, clean, located in a perfect location. The bedroom is so beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom is amazing and the kitchen has new appliances and well equipped! I wish we could stay longer! The host Gloria was very nice and happy to help! I hope to visit this place again!

We had the absolute best time here and found it very hard to leave, it is such a beautiful location right in the heart of beautiful Treviso, this accommodation is like a dream and Christina was the best, so incredibly warm and welcoming and we will never forget her kindness and generosity of spirit, ||Five Stars the best place we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, already dreaming of returning again and again
