Leonidas Hotel and Studios

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and we love it. Leo and his team will do anything for you, they are all lovely, hard working people. There is always someone around if you need them, they may be out watering the beautifully kept garden, cleaning the pool or doing whatever needs doing but they WILL be there.|The hotel is kept spotlessly clean by Sofia who does a Stirling job. The breakfast room has recently been refurbished and looks lovely. The terrace is a gorgeous spot to enjoy a drink.|This is a peaceful, quiet hotel, so relaxing. Lots of sun beds around the lovely pool. It is a ten minute flat walk to the beach, five minutes to the nearest bars and restaurants and roughly a twenty minute/half hour stroll to the main town depending on your pace. If you like a friendly, peaceful and quiet place to stay, then this hotel might be for you.

Overall stay was awful . To be exact: ||Mould and dirt on areas such as within the fridge interior and do not disturb card , as well as in the shower/bathroom.||- the fridge was broken during our time here and when we tried to find someone to help at reception no one ever seemed to be there . Any time we did manage to find a person they would say to come back after 2pm and then nobody would be there. ||- unclean taps in both bathroom and living area||- lack of ventilation , to the point there was an awful smell and my partner and I ended up being unwell.||- lots of noise issues, however whenever attempted to call reception, no one picked up.||- lack of any visible members of staff , anywhere to the point we couldn’t report any of the issues. ||We had to relocate to another hotel 4 days in and it ruined the majority of our holiday. We tried to find someone when we left to check out and explain the situation however we still couldn’t find a member of staff and I had to email and explain the situation. I was simply told that there was someone at reception (which was incorrect ) and we should have reported this.||Overall really disappointed in this hotel as it really ruined our holiday and Kos for us . I wouldn’t recommend staying here .

This was my 2nd stay at Leonidas Hotel & Studio. I came last year with my daughter and enjoyed it so much I had to book again, this time as a solo traveller. Brilliant location, giving you the opportunity to have a quiet relaxing holiday or if you prefer a livelier atmosphere Kos town is a short walk giving you plenty of shops and bars. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful and the family who run it are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned and checked daily with fresh towels and bedding when needed. This hotel gives you all you need for your holiday. Would definitely recommend and will be returning as soon as I can.

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel it was spotlessly clean, the room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We knew the location was off the beaten track when we booked its about a 15 - 20 minute into Kos town, the lane where the hotel is situated has a fair amount of waste land and there is a derelict hotel next door, the hotel has a lovely pool with sun loungers and the gardens are kept nice.|Breakfast was nicely presented, the breakfast room looked fresh and clean.|Beds where comfy we had a fridge and kettle and a nice balcony with a pool view.|Staff very friendly and helpful, they have safety deposit boxes in reception for 2 euros a day. Would stay here again.

Clean hotel, staff friendly not suitable for people with disabilities,access lots of stairs without handrails and not near any local bars and shops approx half mile walk to main road into Kos Town no bus service on a regular basis.

Located about 8 minutes away from the beach (on foot) and about 30 minutes away from the old town. In the surroundings you'll find a supermarket, restaurants and many other stores. It's a quiet place and the swimming pool is great. Our room was clean and cozy with comfortable furniture. I'd definitely recommend it!

This accommodation is exceptional and I would highly recommend! If you’re looking for peace and quiet and within walking distance of hustle and bustle of Kos town. The staff are friendly and extremely hardworking, which is seen in the outstanding, well kept, clean accommodation. Never a problem to get a sunbed around the pool area and the accommodation offers drinks at a very competitive price. Around a 10 minute walk to the beach, where 2 x sunbeds and a brolly are €12. 5-10 minutes to the nearest restaurants and supermarket and around a 20 minute walk to Kos town.

It was fine! Simple but clean & comfortable. The room had a kettle, TV, a fridge and air con. Plenty of space around the pool and a nice little bar. It's in a peaceful, remote area, but still a 15 minute walk from Dolphin Square and under 10 mins walk from Lambi Beach. Service is excellent as well!
