Leonidas Hotel and Studios

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel it was spotlessly clean, the room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We knew the location was off the beaten track when we booked its about a 15 - 20 minute into Kos town, the lane where the hotel is situated has a fair amount of waste land and there is a derelict hotel next door, the hotel has a lovely pool with sun loungers and the gardens are kept nice.|Breakfast was nicely presented, the breakfast room looked fresh and clean.|Beds where comfy we had a fridge and kettle and a nice balcony with a pool view.|Staff very friendly and helpful, they have safety deposit boxes in reception for 2 euros a day. Would stay here again.

This was my 2nd stay at Leonidas Hotel & Studio. I came last year with my daughter and enjoyed it so much I had to book again, this time as a solo traveller. Brilliant location, giving you the opportunity to have a quiet relaxing holiday or if you prefer a livelier atmosphere Kos town is a short walk giving you plenty of shops and bars. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful and the family who run it are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned and checked daily with fresh towels and bedding when needed. This hotel gives you all you need for your holiday. Would definitely recommend and will be returning as soon as I can.

Located about 8 minutes away from the beach (on foot) and about 30 minutes away from the old town. In the surroundings you'll find a supermarket, restaurants and many other stores. It's a quiet place and the swimming pool is great. Our room was clean and cozy with comfortable furniture. I'd definitely recommend it!

This accommodation is exceptional and I would highly recommend! If you’re looking for peace and quiet and within walking distance of hustle and bustle of Kos town. The staff are friendly and extremely hardworking, which is seen in the outstanding, well kept, clean accommodation. Never a problem to get a sunbed around the pool area and the accommodation offers drinks at a very competitive price. Around a 10 minute walk to the beach, where 2 x sunbeds and a brolly are €12. 5-10 minutes to the nearest restaurants and supermarket and around a 20 minute walk to Kos town.

Basic but fully functional looking in need of touch ups here and then . Clean and quiet in day as described but be aware which doesn’t come up in other reviews that the sport court next to hotel holds events on with loud music and shouting and playing football till gone midnight which I don’t think is fair . Paid money for a hotel but few nights out of my week I cudnt get to sleep . Tried to ring reception few times no answer I would hate to have an emergency if this is in manned . The rest are f holiday was fine altho breakfast was the same things every day , cardboard cereals , bread , a ham slice or cheese slice , egg, apple yoghurt and sliced peaches , cucumber and tomato. Water , coffe urn kettle with tea bags and thin orange drink . If you’re walking alone the lane is rather dark but you can see the main road .

It was fine! Simple but clean & comfortable. The room had a kettle, TV, a fridge and air con. Plenty of space around the pool and a nice little bar. It's in a peaceful, remote area, but still a 15 minute walk from Dolphin Square and under 10 mins walk from Lambi Beach. Service is excellent as well!

Small hotel which is family run in an ideal location 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Leonidas is very clean and friendly, pool area is fab lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. I can definitely reccomend if you just want to relax and unwind while on this beautiful island of kos.

Leon the owner, is fantastic and can't do enough to make your stay perfect. The rooms though basic are extremely clean and comfy. |The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaning staff are always happy and helpful. |Great location being located close enough to lampi beach and Kos town, but far enough out for peace and quite. There is a lovely pool with bar serving cheap drinks and food. This hotel is a diamond find and we've booked for next year already.
