Husband and I stayed in this hotel for a week. We've had a very pleasant experience. The pool and shared terrace were a delight when coming back from exploring the island of Kos. The beds and pillows were great and we enjoyed having the kitchenette in our room. That feature combined with the small balcony adjacent to our room made our appartment feel rather spacious for a hotel. The main public coming to this hotel comes for rest and relaxation, which matched what we were looking for as well. Very kind owner(s) and staff, if we would come to Kos again we'd definitely book here again.

Really nice staff, rooms were functional and clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast was basic but absolutely fine for the money. Very good value overall (really cheap as we booked way ahead of going). Pool area was clean and quiet, only downside were the sunbeds which were a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful apartments - Our room was spotlesly clean, the pool area is lovely and quiet. When we first arrived we felt that the walk in to Kos Town was a little further than we had expected - However on the 2nd day we hired bikes for 5 euros a day and this was best thing ever! A 5 minute bike ride and you are in the resort centre. The staff at the apartments are very friendly, our room was cleaned every day! Highly recommend this property, we will be returning next year.

We were hoping for a peaceful, relaxing holiday and that’s exactly what we got. Lovely clean hotel, good size room, comfortable beds, great air con. Friendly staff. Pool excellent, plenty sunbeds. 5 min walk to supermarkets, 10 min walk to Lambi beach with lots of lovely beach bars. 20 min walk into kos town with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants on the way if you don’t want to walk into the centre every day. Bike hire available locally but we didn’t mind the walk. Very tranquil. Would recommend especially if you’re looking for a quiet, chilled hotel but with everything within walking distance if you want it. Kos is a lovely place to visit!

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and we love it. Leo and his team will do anything for you, they are all lovely, hard working people. There is always someone around if you need them, they may be out watering the beautifully kept garden, cleaning the pool or doing whatever needs doing but they WILL be there.|The hotel is kept spotlessly clean by Sofia who does a Stirling job. The breakfast room has recently been refurbished and looks lovely. The terrace is a gorgeous spot to enjoy a drink.|This is a peaceful, quiet hotel, so relaxing. Lots of sun beds around the lovely pool. It is a ten minute flat walk to the beach, five minutes to the nearest bars and restaurants and roughly a twenty minute/half hour stroll to the main town depending on your pace. If you like a friendly, peaceful and quiet place to stay, then this hotel might be for you.

Our staying was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The warm hospitality made us feel like home, and we will definitely choose this place again in the future! Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Leonidas Hotel & Studios was really lovely. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression and set the tone for the rest of our visit.||We stayed in room 120, located at the back of the hotel. At first, the room felt a little small, but once we moved one of the beds around, it felt much more open and airy. There was plenty of space for two friends sharing, plus our luggage. The small kitchen area had all the basics, including the most important appliance—a kettle! Gotta have a proper coffee in the morning. We brought a couple of our own mugs, as the cups provided were a bit on the small side for that essential morning brew. There was also a small fridge that was spotless and worked perfectly.||Sleeping:|We both got a really good night's sleep, helped by the bonus of two pillows each—such a simple thing, but it made a big difference. The white bedding was clean and fresh, which was lovely to come back to each night.||Bathroom:|Very clean and totally functional. The only small niggle was the showerhead placement—I think it would have worked better on the wall to the left, as it made showering in the small space a bit awkward. That said, it didn’t affect our overall experience.||Balcony:|Our room had a small balcony with a table and two chairs—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening chat. There was also a handy drying rack, ideal for towels after a swim.||Pool:|The pool was a real bonus—refreshing and a good size, with a smaller children’s pool nearby. There were plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas, though be careful as the sunbed handles can get quite hot! A couple of lilos were floating around too, which guests shared and enjoyed. While the pool bar wasn’t open during our stay, the reception was just a few steps away and had cold drinks and crisps available.||Breakfast:|Breakfast was a simple continental setup, but it had everything we needed. There were a couple of cereal options, toast, cold meats, hard-boiled eggs, and some salad bits. Spreads included honey, jam, and marmalade. Tea, coffee, juice, and water were also available—plenty to start the day.||Location:|The hotel is in a great spot—just a 10-minute flat walk to the main street that leads into Kos Town. From there, it’s about 20–25 minutes into town, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants along the way. The road is fairly quiet and mostly lit by nearby houses (and moonlight!), but we always felt safe walking back late at night.||Staff & Cats:|The staff were genuinely lovely—always smiling and happy to help. And of course, it wouldn’t be a Greek hotel without a few cats around, which we loved. They just added to the charm.

Overall stay was awful . To be exact: ||Mould and dirt on areas such as within the fridge interior and do not disturb card , as well as in the shower/bathroom.||- the fridge was broken during our time here and when we tried to find someone to help at reception no one ever seemed to be there . Any time we did manage to find a person they would say to come back after 2pm and then nobody would be there. ||- unclean taps in both bathroom and living area||- lack of ventilation , to the point there was an awful smell and my partner and I ended up being unwell.||- lots of noise issues, however whenever attempted to call reception, no one picked up.||- lack of any visible members of staff , anywhere to the point we couldn’t report any of the issues. ||We had to relocate to another hotel 4 days in and it ruined the majority of our holiday. We tried to find someone when we left to check out and explain the situation however we still couldn’t find a member of staff and I had to email and explain the situation. I was simply told that there was someone at reception (which was incorrect ) and we should have reported this.||Overall really disappointed in this hotel as it really ruined our holiday and Kos for us . I wouldn’t recommend staying here .
