Leopold Hotel Oudenaarde

The hotel was easy to get to and with a huge and free car park. It was located about 2 minutes walk from the town square which had a few restaurants and some beautiful architecture. The check in was lovely and the room a good size although I always find the warm air heaters a pain to actually warm the room up. The bed was fantastically comfortable, the best sleep I have had for a long time! The room was very quiet too and had a good sized desk and decent wifi. We didn't opt for breakfast as we felt €22 each was too expensive.

We stayed during a cycling tour. A stylish hotel run by a professional and dedicated team in an excellent position in the beautiful historic town. We enjoyed a comfortable room and an extremely comfortable bed. Our bicycles were safely garaged. A high end hotel reflected in the exhorbitant price of breakfast at 20 euros each ( our only criticism).

The hotel is modern and well kept. There is a big free parking nearby. Very close to the city centre, good breakfast selections. Friendly staff. 4 stars only because there is no gym, bit definitely a good place where to stay.

Unfortunately, various TV channels were not available during the entire stay last week. Furthermore, it was extremely cold and in the bathroom there is no heating. I also experience it for the first time that a room has no window to open…..

Great room - plenty of space for three in our studio. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed a beer to in the bar one evening - Roman brewery on tap

A great place to stay if you are visiting the region and optimal for cyclists with a locked storage room using room keys and option to padlock to racks within. Cycling themed, handy for town centre and the museum plus pf course the legendary routes. Breakfast was nice, we disnt eat dinner as there are so many interesting reataurant choices in town.

Well where to start. Rooms are 4 stars and the location as that what this hotel claim it is "4star".but staying here for long time "weeks" you will start noticing that there is no food in kitchen for your dinner, or it comes still frozen or you can tell is ready meal from microwave. Room service leaves hair in your toilet, dorr wide open or stuff in your room that's not yours . I felt sorry for people that work here and they have to come up with appoligising every night beacoz food was absolutely horrible or they didn't have half of things that's what on menu. They are drinks in menu but not in the bar. I don't understand how manager of this hotel let this happen and making sure that customers will not come back. This hotel isn't cheap also but definitely not worth 4 stars. So if you stay here for 2 nights to enjoy city centre then is fine but if you planing to stay for longer periods absolutely not. And big thanks for staff and reception for doing there best and trying there best.

this hotel impressed me the first week, but after a week it started, they didn't have the food on the menu, they didn't have meat for at least a week, when I ordered a pizza, they didn't have onions, then peppers, then mushrooms, in the end I only got ham and cheese when I ordered a Burger the first week it was amazing, the next week when I ordered a Burger because other dishes were not available, I got a completely different Burger where the meat was completely others, heated in the oven, it's sad that you can't have dinner in such a nice hotel.

This is a nicely situated in the heart of Oudenaard. This is a bicycle town, and the hotel has its own kit available if you want to do some advertising for them. Better to walk the 50 meters to the Peloton Café and look at a wider selection of kit. The hotel, though is clean and well managed. There is a very nice lobby bar. The room s ate a bit on the small side but reasonable if you are well organized. Walking distance from numerous restaurants and bars.
