ibis Styles Tallinn

Nice hotel. Well located opposite the old town of Tallinn. A walk through the park will bring you to the old town, but it is up hill all the way, which may be a problem for those with mobility issues.|We use IBIS on a regular basis. In the last year we have used Ibis Styles in Barcelona and Zurich. This wasn't the best Ibis Styles I have stayed in. It appears as if it is in transition - a work in progress. Some parts of the hotel are beautiful, such as the lobby and dining area. Our room, which was a superior room facing the street, was large, even a bit too large for two of us. The decor was old and whilst clean, it was in need of updating. The main problem was the windows were truly filthy. They looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time.||Nevertheless, the plus points are:||Excellent location.|Clean room (except windows).|Lovely lobby.|Very nice breakfast.|Courteous staff - but in need of more training. |They gave us wrong directions and we missed our guided tour, which was a pity.||Reasonable price - 252.40 Euros for 2 nights inclusive of breakfast, i.e 126.20 per night.|That is an extremely reasonable price for August.||All in all, we were happy with our stay at Ibis Styles.

Thank you for welcoming us to your hotel! We were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception from the receptionist and the perfect communication throughout our stay. The room was very clean, with snow-white towels and impeccably fresh bedding. I would also like to thank the housekeeper who cleaned our room on the second day of our stay—it was perfectly arranged and sparkling clean! The breakfast offered was more than sufficient. A solid 10/10 experience!

We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street. The staff was always friendly, and our room was cleaned thoroughly on the days we requested. We would love to stay here again next time.

I arrived quite early to this Ibis Styles-branded hotel and I was prepared to drop my bags off at the reception and return closer to the check-in time. But I was so pleasantly surprised when the receptionist said my room was ready and let me check-in early. She was friendly and efficient. My room was a good size and I liked having a large, deep bathtub in the bathroom. I stayed for three nights and every morning I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the hotel's proximity to the Old Town. I experienced good service and great value.

Nice modern hotel 5 min walk from old town. Professionnal teams, a lawyer ready to help. We had a family room, very confortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast is simple by good quality.

The room and the general premises of the hotel were really nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel was good value for money overall. The service, however, was quite rude. No smiles, no hellos. The reception did not know answers to quite basic questions about public transportation or things to do, and did not offer to help in finding out information.

I have a very good stay at the ibis Styles Tallinn. The hotel is very new and the rooms are comfy. Breakfast have very good options including ice cream! The location is very convenient as it has a bus stop right across the street. I would also to public thank to the amazing staff who transformed my stay very positively. Special mentions to Valeria, Kristin and Tele who were my first point of contact. The restaurant was also amazing and I suggest the Focus Caesar Salad.
