L'Ermitage

The room and the general premises of the hotel were really nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel was good value for money overall. The service, however, was quite rude. No smiles, no hellos. The reception did not know answers to quite basic questions about public transportation or things to do, and did not offer to help in finding out information.

I arrived quite early to this Ibis Styles-branded hotel and I was prepared to drop my bags off at the reception and return closer to the check-in time. But I was so pleasantly surprised when the receptionist said my room was ready and let me check-in early. She was friendly and efficient. My room was a good size and I liked having a large, deep bathtub in the bathroom. I stayed for three nights and every morning I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the hotel's proximity to the Old Town. I experienced good service and great value.

I have visited the hotel under the previous name and grown to trust its service. You hold the same standards! I will definitely come again and tell friends too. I hope next time we’ll get a room without a double blanket, with a shower, not tub. I’ll ask for them before arriving. All in all, you’re my favourite place to stay in Tallinn!

I have a very good stay at the ibis Styles Tallinn. The hotel is very new and the rooms are comfy. Breakfast have very good options including ice cream! The location is very convenient as it has a bus stop right across the street. I would also to public thank to the amazing staff who transformed my stay very positively. Special mentions to Valeria, Kristin and Tele who were my first point of contact. The restaurant was also amazing and I suggest the Focus Caesar Salad.

Excellent location within walking distance of the old town. I thought the rooms were basic. No tea/ coffee or kettle facilities. Buffet breakfast was ok. There was no iron in the room. The room was clean and spacious. I can’t see how this is rated a 4 star. The hotel is well decorated with a camera theme.

The prettiest and most comfy bed I have slept in. Slept like a log and woke up very well rested. Evening resto small but the duck was great. Amazing artsy design, the friendliest staff. Rich breakfast and the whole buffet area also looked real good. Couldn't ask for more.

I think I and my husband did not have very high expectation as the hotel was marked three stars but our stay was definitely a four-star one. The location is totally central, the bed was just unbelievably comfy so we woke up truly rested, the breakfast was great with loads of choice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Awesome stay!

Having travelled twelve hours on the day of arrival, this was the perfect accomodation. Friendly reception staff, excellent, super clean room and a well catered fresh breakfast. 10/10.
