My family and I have been regular patrons of Leroy and Fox, especially enjoying the wings, drinks, and typically great service. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was a complete letdown.
From the beginning, we were served spoiled salsa that was clearly old--it made me feel physically sick. The wings were also undercooked, which was shocking given the usual quality we've come to expect.
Our server, Sky, initially seemed kind, but her attitude shifted dramatically after we expressed concerns about the food. Rather than showing understanding or offering to make things right, she became visibly upset. She later returned to our table and aggressively threw down our boxes and bags, which felt completely uncalled for. Our feedback was primarily about the food, not her service, so her reaction felt especially out of line.
To make matters worse, when we asked to speak to the manager, Foster, his response was dismissive and condescending. He stood there with a blank stare, offering no apologies or solutions. Instead of listening, it felt like he was minimizing our concerns.
As we prepared to leave, Sky returned and sarcastically remarked, "I thought we were all good," despite her earlier behavior. She then proceeded to chat with other staff who were pointing and laughing, which only added to the unprofessionalism of the night.
We didn't ask for anything to be comped, even after being served unsafe food and poor service. We simply wanted to be heard and treated respectfully.
This experience was deeply disappointing. If you choose to dine here, I recommend avoiding service from Sky or the manager Foster, as their handling of our situation was unprofessional and unacceptable. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this visit was a complete departure from what we've experienced in the past.
