Excellent Italian restaurant in an area in the 11th that has no shortage of good restaurants. Many authentic Sicilian dishes that took us back in our hearts to a memorable tour of that island. Excellent food and service with generous extras like a complimentary amuse-bouche and glass of limincello at the end.

Went there yesterday and I was lucky to get a table outside, coz de wanted fresh air for the dinner. I ordered grilled octopus and Gambas, it was super good!! And the pistachio glace was perfect!! Definitely will come back! ❤️

Still the best restaurant on our street after more years than I like to remember. Just excellent service. Delicious food.

I like the efficient and pleasant service here. The meal was excellent too. Restaurant is on a busy street, but that is normal in Paris. Likely to come back again to this restaurant.

Very tastefully made place. Staff was impeccable. Menu is short but plenty of choice. everything we've tried was balanced and perfectly prepared. Tiramisu was quite nice. There was a way to reserve a table. Would come again if i have the chance

One of the best italien food in town! All the vegetables are exceptionally fresh! We enjoy so much spending lunch here with friends traveling overseas. The ambience, the interior and the food was just amazing. Will come back!

So we passed this place a couple of times and every time it was stowed out with a really infectious atmosphere. The gauntlet was laid down. We headed down fairly early on in the evening, even then it was busy but the staff were really warm and helpful regardless of how crowded it became. The food was amazing, a grilled seafood platter served so simply with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice was exceptional. Everything was so fresh, well thought out, balanced and an absolute pleasure to eat. The recommended wine went down a treat. Left with huge smiles on our faces and would go back in a heartbeat.

A great little restaurant located in the 11th arrondissement. You better call before you come here as there aren't that many tables. The italian chef makes you discover his homeland Sicile. The Antipasti is a variety of Italy's (Mozarella, cured ham, aubergines etc) as a main i recommend the Linguine al vongole. Les amis des messina is located between Nation and Republique and is worth going outside the popular area like St. Germain or the Marais. Service is very good and the staff is very friendly. All works together, great foot and great service.

This place was amazing! We went in and were greeted by a very friendly server, sat without complaint at closing time (which we did not realize until we left) and was served an amazing meal accompanied by delicious wine. All were recommended by our server! We started with an orange salad and pomme frites (I highly recommend) and had the clams, broccoli and pasta and the pasta and pomme frites. For dessert we had the chocolate brioche. Perfect ending to a delicious meal.
