Les Arbres Rouges

We stayed in the Sequel room. We were greeted by Charlottes Mum, as charlotte was away for a few days. She explained the room including the picnic bag. There was a small kitchen area with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine with supplies. We had breakfast bought to our room on the first day which was a nice continental selection. The pool area was nice with loungers and sitting area. We liked the privacy of our terrace with chairs and loungers, nice to sit out in the evening. The location was perfect for walking into town for evening meal, there was also boat hire available on the river.

We came for a short week end and had an exceptional time. The place is very calm, and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and bright. Charlotte, our host, was super welcoming and had all the tips to maximize our stays.

We had the most delightful 2 night stay at Arbres Rouges! We received a warm welcome and delicious breakfast, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, attractive and comfortable, with a sliding glass door to an outside deck. The property is beautifully landscaped and very peaceful. We would recommend it and would love to come again! Thank you!

A beautiful stylish Boutique B & B in a pretty village near Nantes - great stop en route in France. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good showers and comfortable beds. The 37euro set evening meal is good value, with each course accompanied by a different wine. Jacques, the owner was most welcoming and enjoyed trying out his english. For longer stays there are outdoor and indoor pools, a well stocked bar and cosy lounge. The whole place exudes style!

Our first visit and we hope to return. Les Arbres Rouge is a wonderful boutique 'bed and breakfast' with superb touches. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and the bed excellent. The two swimming pools were a treat (one indoor and the other outdoor!). Sadly, they did not offer dinner when we were there but Jaques did recommended a superb restaurant to try - L'ecume des jours which was an easy walk into Suce sur Erdre. The market was running beside the river selling foodie delights. Try the restaurant if you are there, it is a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach!

Les Arbres Rouge is a stunning modern B&B located a short (10 mins) out of Nantes. The welcome by the owners was good, the bedrooms clean and comfortable with excellent beds too. ||||Breakfast was typically French, just breads, croissant and pastries, but well executed with good home made preserves, freshly pressed juice of the day and great coffee.||||Our arrival was sadly not in time to enjoy the table d'hotes dinner but we had a good meal in the Casa Nova restaurant in central Nantes.||||Nantes itself is well worth a visit, especially the chateau and the surrounding shopping streets that have a good variety of boutiques, galleries and antique shops.||||Would recommend the area and Les Arbres Rouge if your travels take you to this part of France.

Lovely room could not get in till 5.00pm which is a bit of a nuisance...shower glass broken but quickly replaced with a shower curtain. Biggest issue lack of Internet very frustrating still did not work even after booster put in room. No air con but a fan..website says no food or drink but you can!!! Nice pool !!!

The rooms had been re-decorated in exquisite taste and all mod cons were evident (electric shutters for windows). Couldn't fault anything, and the breakfast in the lounge looking over the garden was superb. owners are delightful and we'll stay again when in the area.
