My reservation of horseback riding was suddenly cancelled. I payed for it 230euros. To suit their schedule, I changed train and hotel and payed add 500euros. But finally, cancelled. Because the guide was injured, but they had only one guide. Unbelievable...not professional work. My biggest purpose of going to Camargue was horseback riding. They refund but it was one of my bucket list.... Completely Disappointed. . .

One of my best experience in an hotel since long time.|It’s a huge domain where rooms are small typical houses just next to the national park of Camargue. The landscape is just beautiful, and the area wild and preserved, with all type of birds.|One of the things that I really appreciated is that there were absolutely no mosquitoes.|They have beautiful local horses, that you can ride in the reserve or in the beach. The hotel has two nice pools and an exquisite restaurant.|I spent one week there with my family and we had a great time. The beds, are extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet is served on a terrasse, surrounded by water. The staff is nice and helpful.|I was also able to charge my electric car easily.|Honestly I don’t see anything that I could criticize.it was my first time in Camargue , and I will definitely come back in this place.

Very nice hotel with adorable individual cottages, especially the ones which have been recently renovated. The service at the restaurant and at the reception is extremely nice and personalised. The restaurant offers a lot of diversity and the cuisine is elaborated. I also recommend the horse riding activity as it was a great opportunity to reconnect with nature and discover the Camargue landscape. The two gardian girls were very friendly. The only point for improvement would be to add photostops to the horse trail. Overall it was a great experience and I would love coming again to this charming hotel.

The peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by nature and horses, was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride and were impressed by the charming room decor. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay absolutely delightful.

We spent only a weekend in Camargue, so we looked for an authentic stay and we weren’t disappointed, all the place is magical. All the staff is very professional and attentive, receptionists, waiters… we found very nice premises (restaurant on site, swimming pool, very well organized horse ranch) and a very charming place altogether, amongst nature and lovely views. restaurant is typical and honest; super breakfast to start the day on the terrasse and a group horse ride with Charlotte, we are still dreaming about. What a weekend! We would love to come back one day.

A nice hotel in nature with beautiful lakes around and horses onsite. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, service and quality of food. There was also a lot of English-speaking staff. However, we thought the spa was a little overpriced at €225 for two to « privatise » a small cabane for 1h45m with a small jacuzzi, sauna and 2 30-minute massages. At a similar rate of €300+ per room per night we have definitely experienced better spas in the area, including ‘come and go’ free-to-use facilities. The « privatisation » point just seemed like a way to market around a small spa with no space for more than 2 guests. Also, we arrived at night and there was very limited lighting, making it a bit challenging to find our way to the room / restaurant given the fairly large size of the property (although the staff did offer to give us a lift in the golf cart, which we turned down). There is also quite a bit of noise coming from the road/highway when at breakfast and our room smelled a little of dampness. If you’re there for the horse-riding / being close to nature though, it is a decent spot.

We love the Camargue. This is a great hotel to discover the region. It is a beautiful property. You can visit the nearby chateau or Arles. There are so many great places to discover from the hotel; it is the perfect base. The new owner has done serious upgrades and a great hotel will only get better with the love and attention to detail that the hotel offers and guests expect.

This place is sat back from the road on one of the key roads into the town- we approached it from the town side as the town was packed (it was a lovely Sunday) and missed the turn first time around. We sat at an outside table (with umbrella) and enjoyed our meal. Service was friendly and efficient. I wish we had been given a French menu as the English translation didn't quite reflect reality for all the dishes.
