I'd already visited this restaurant some years ago for lunch, and being in the area, I remembered it. It was a cool day and I wanted a hot dish for lunch, not easy if you're vegetarian in the Butte! I opted for a lovely, simple pasta dish of fresh porcini mushrooms and rigattoni. Absolutely delicious, loads of fresh mushrooms, pasta cooked to perfection and I liked the fresh grated cheese served on the side, which was copious, so I could add it to the dish gradually. The service was friendly and discreet. Nice atmosphere too. Will defintely go again when in the area.

Every dish is full of rich, traditional flavors – clearly made with passion. Special mention to Simone, the head chef, whose talent and attention to detail truly shine through in every dish. From the perfectly cooked pasta to the unforgettable starters , every bite was a reminder of what real Italian food should taste like. Not cheap, but really good. The home made pasta dishes are really delicious. The resto is very authentic and puts a lot of effort into derails, from food to interior and service. Decent options for vegetarians. Great views from the terrace too. Go by and enjoy!

Nice atmosphere and decent service. Mediocre main courses with small servings, inauthentic taste, pasta NOT Al dente but undercooked. Sauce has no flavour. Wine was also poor. Maybe they could decant in advance?

Nice Italian place located in the heart of Butte-aux-Cailles, the area which assembles a young, trendy and festive Parisian population in its many small bars and restaurants. Menu is simple and compact, it offers some Italian classics. The antipasto we ordered surprisingly had German red pickled cabbage in it. I really liked Linguine cacio e pepe. Pasta cooked al dente, great sauce. Tagliolini alla crema di limone e rosmarino has distinct lemon zest flavour to it, which I found slightly unbalanced. Pappardelle all’amatriciana looked really good. Wine list is well organised and split into stylistic categories for easy navigation. Overall impression is good, but nothing I would specially return for or recommend as a must visit.

If you looking for a really good Italian restaurant you have to try it. Walking distance from most hotels. Really cozy and rustic and the staff spoke English, that's what made it for me, the gentleman that severed us was really welcoming and friendly. Very helpful with explaining the menu to us what was in French and recommending some really nice meal, I had the sheep cheese and Black pepper pasta which was really nice. The price of the meal was really Worth it with a tip to. So if you up for a romantic night out or just a loan ranger go enjoy a really nice pasta. You will have to make a reservation as it gets busy quickly we got lucky as we walked in at opening tome. Hopes this helps

Great Italian place A little expensive but the food is good. The service staff is very nice and attentive. The appetizers are very tasty, I recommend the focaccia it’s great. Had a cocktail it wasn’t all that that’s why 4 stars instead of 5 but it is definitly a place I would recommend

I had an amazing lentil soup and cappuccino here. View of the street is wonderful, wait staff are nice and the food is amazing.

So I kinda hate this place. I found it extremely overpriced for what we got. We ordered a 15 euro salad that was pretty much shredded smoked cheese and lettuce and a cheese plate with barely tastes of 4 kinds of cheese. The staff were inattentive. We seemed to get a lot of eye rolling when we asked for bread, plates, and another glass of wine. I mean, plates?! Why am I asking for plates? Yea, too many good restaurants around to put up with that.

This is my local go to restaurant for every and any occasion. Its getting busier and busier to the point where reservations are recommended for lunch in order to guarantee getting a table. It can get to be expensive if you go for dinner, but the menu at lunch is a life saver: 13,50 for entrée+plat+wine or plat+dessert+wine or 17,50 for entrée+plat+dessert+wine. On top of this, its just fantastic. Authentically Italian, with a selection of dishes and wines that span the country, the products are always stunningly fresh, the pasta always al dente. And I always walk out satisfied and delightfully full. Love. Love. Love. 4.5 stars, if only because it can be a bit overpriced at times.

nice food but service is slow and the pasta is rather expensive. you have to make friend with waiter and waitresses before they serve you.
