I have wined & dined in many places across the world, but my experience at Les Canailles, I dare say, is one of the best I have had yet. (It is no surprise Michelin keeps coming back to rate them!)
The entire team executed our meal perfectly and everyone was so warm and inviting. Special shout out to our sommelier, Yann, who was the concierge to our experience. Each dish was elevated by his selections. He has such passion and knowledge, and it shows.
We regret not taking photos of the wine labels!
To top it all off, this reservation was our first night in Paris… and subsequently no other place/meal/or wine has lived up to the reputation of Les Canailles on this trip!

- Fois gras w/ piping of apple chutney
- Venison meat pie w mushrooms (new to the week)
- Sea bass w beurre blanc flecked with truffle sitting on a bed of vegetables
- Dessert: 3 cheese / wine pairing (omg incredible!)
