Les Collonges

We stumbled upon this address by chance while walking down the Butte Montmartre. The restaurant is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We had the tasting menu and it was delicious: original and sophisticated work and flavors, and above all, excellent quality products. Special mention for the pollock the mille-feuille, and that refined wine selection. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Paris.

The Vitello Tonnato is a dream! same with the desserts. A must visit for anyone looking for great wine and nice food.

This young chef has found just the right balance between simplicity and elaboration in his French dishes. Les Collonges is a cosy, dimly lit beautiful interior with a good wine cellar and waiters who love sharing their best bottles or cocktails with clients.

We came on the opening night and I couldn’t believe how well everything was executed. Really interesting menu, good wine, delicious food, and top notch service.
