We stumbled upon this address by chance while walking down the Butte Montmartre. The restaurant is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We had the tasting menu and it was delicious: original and sophisticated work and flavors, and above all, excellent quality products. Special mention for the pollock the mille-feuille, and that refined wine selection. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Paris.

Wonderful food. See attached menu. We both had fois gras followed by grilled squid and Red Deer. Some noisy groups but not too bad hearing

This young chef has found just the right balance between simplicity and elaboration in his French dishes.
Les Collonges is a cosy, dimly lit beautiful interior with a good wine cellar and waiters who love sharing their best bottles or cocktails with clients.
