Les Collonges

We stumbled upon this address by chance while walking down the Butte Montmartre. The restaurant is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We had the tasting menu and it was delicious: original and sophisticated work and flavors, and above all, excellent quality products. Special mention for the pollock the mille-feuille, and that refined wine selection. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Paris.

An incredible culinary journey through a 5-course tasting menu. Each dish was precise, modern, and beautifully balanced, showcasing French cuisine with creativity and elegance. A true voyage of flavors, refined yet generous. A wonderful discovery and a memorable evening.

This young chef has found just the right balance between simplicity and elaboration in his French dishes. Les Collonges is a cosy, dimly lit beautiful interior with a good wine cellar and waiters who love sharing their best bottles or cocktails with clients.

The Vitello Tonnato is a dream! same with the desserts. A must visit for anyone looking for great wine and nice food.

We came on the opening night and I couldn’t believe how well everything was executed. Really interesting menu, good wine, delicious food, and top notch service.
