Great local bakery, open early in the week time.
We go there in the morning around 8:15am just before school, we really love the homemade muffins with egg, cheese and Bacon.
The bread is amazing, the most important factor to me, is the flower. They literally make it on the location, the flower is fresh, the bread is mostly made out of sourdough.
Everything is so good, so soft, the bread has moist in it.
You will see there is always a few people queueing in the morning, it is because of the coffee machine that is a bit slow, the the person in charge of the clients is always prompt and swift. You only wait the time necessary to find what you want.
