Review about the restaurant: this used to be one of the good places to eat in Benidorm. Not anymore. That's probably why it has been removed from google maps. We ordered a meat and a fish dish, and got what can be described as canteen food: bland fish, hard meat, frozen veggies and french fries... Another day, two rice dishes for a larger party: arroz a banda with way too many tiny squids and just a few prawns, arroz caldoso de bogavante for 4 with only one and a half bogavante (used to be half per person), apart from a general impression that broths used for the rice were of worse quality..... anyway, I will not be coming back.

Ordered an English breakfast, asked them to please not put any baked beans on my plate, they said a croissant instead, sure sounded great. Breakfast arrived with a salad... Lettuce pickled gherkins and grated carrot etc...???? I think they were having a laugh. Shame as I been here a few times for breakfast but like many places they seem keen to put up prices and win the race to the bottom. 😐 Try the English bar near the waterskiing ride at the end of the promenade, they won't put carrots in your breakfast 😋

Just had dinner at the restaurant underneath the hotel, we had multiple dishes, each one looked and tasted bad. When we tried to have the staff take our food back they acted defensive, saying we did not know anything about the food we ordered and that this is how it was supposed to taste. In summary, avoid this place

Staff friendly and professional. Fantastic food, lots of choice and different everyday. Restaurant clean and tidy.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Worst Food Ever We were a group of 6 people, each ordering a different dish – and not a single one was even remotely tasty or visually appealing. What pushed me to leave this review, however, was the Sterlion beef steak (you can see it in the photos). I took one bite and had to spit it out into a napkin. It was more boiled than grilled, had a terrible smell, and was absolutely inedible. A complete disappointment. Avoid this place at all costs.

A lovely sea front hotel.|What we enjoyed most are:||The friendly helpful staff.||The smart decor and cleanliness.||And the whole atmosphere of the hotel made our holiday very enjoyable.

We called for a glass of wine on a lovely warm day.|We were served quite quickly, wine was perfectly fine but I did notice almost everyone in here was Spanish. The Spanish customers got drinks mats and olives on the table with their drinks, we got nothing, our drinks followed by the bill! |The other waiter was very friendly and attentive unlike the chap who served us.|We were actually going to have more drinks but we took being handed out bill as it's time for you to leave. How incredibly rude.

Perfect place for a relaxing drink with beautiful views over the beach and sea. They sometimes have live music. The waiting service is excellent. We didn't stay or dine here, so I can't comment on their hospitality or food. However we loved coming for a sunset drink.
