Les Filles Cafè

Had a lovely meal here. We had the labneh for starter and the mushroom burger and risotto and all the food was great. Their €25 bottle of wine was nice too. Service started off very well - we were shown to our table promptly, orders taken and got our drinks in no time and it was just a short wait for our mains. After that it took ages for our plates to be cleared away and we eventually gave up trying to flag someone down for a dessert menu. That was a shame as otherwise it would have been perfect! But it did seem quite busy. Interior is cool and stylish with nice furnishings. Great options for vegetarians.

When there is no value for money it's hard to mention all the good things but unfortunately when you pay 50 euros at lunch for only 2 dishes (water and 1 wine) and you get hungry from the table - there is a problem. Service was great, the atmosphere is great and the location is great but not to have a menu del dias and to charge 27 euros for a super small dish of fish with puree - it's a shame. You can have amazing food in the city for 27 euros but this was too much and we went to eat more after that in another place...

The interior design is just gorgeous. Same goes for the terrace. They serve home made lemonade, which is very hard to find in Barcelona. The food is prepared with care, right amount of sauce. I had the trout and it was delicious. The roasted cauliflower is very good as well - and the portion is huge! I would definitely go back.

No tables outside during summer, the red not a lot of tables so it usually gets full, better book one beforehand. Homemade drinks come with sparkling water and it doesn’t say that in the menu.. service is very good, the guys were kind.

We came for dinner. The food is average and the steak tartar portion is small. The platter with hummus, avocado, labneh, cheese and olives is good for sharing but the sauces are quite plain. We ordered white wine - garnacha and we didn’t like it

Walking walking. Wanted something off the main streets. Beautiful, quaint, quiet cafe. Fresh bread and salads amongst other things. Perfect spot for lunch

Atmosphere and Service are great. Unfortunately the brunch not so much. The eggs were cold and overall the dish was too watery. I will go back again and I will update my review after.

As expected from reading the reviews, this hidden place has a lovely outdoor terrace and the service was good. However, the food was very average for the price and definitely not worth returning for or even recommending. The green curry was very bland and honestly the prices are too high for the quality. On a positive note, the loup & filles juice was one of the best I’ve ever tasted.
